La Hacienda consistently has great produce. The prices extremely fluctuate. For example, on many occasions, the tomatoes may increase .50 cents up to a dollar overnight. The meat counter is clean and well priced as is the cheese and seafood products. The customer service is always quick and friendly. The store has 5 stars from me because it owns a mobile taco stand that is located in the parking lot. Every food item that I tried from the truck has been excellent and well prepared. I highly recommend shopping at this San Mateo, Ca location.

Cheap produce and excellent fresh dairy options. A well kept and abundant meat counter. American goods are notably more expensive but a great resource for authentic Hispanic imports. They have an extensive meat and dairy counter with homemade salsa and delicious country-style sour cream

The food is good, but on Saturday, the cashier did not allow me to have the key to use the bathroom. The butcher responded rudely to my questions. From now on, Ill have my wife go here instead. I expect the staff to be better behaved in the future.

Great supplies for your Mexican cooking

Friendly and very helpful to non Spanish speakers. They have a nice fresh produce and fruit selection in the front and extensive fresh butchered meat, poultry, seafood and cheese selection at the back corner of the store. We also go here for their tacqueria. Portions are large and plentiful. Try their freshly made juices and drinks, besides the different Mexican sodas.

The managers are such as bad people all the personal that work there are so bad they treat me with my kids by my side in a bad way I got my puppy with me because is an emotional support animal for my son that has special needs and I took the letter that I have from the doctor and even do they treat me so bad in front of the people that were there.. and it was the manager that treat me like that.. I felt so bad so discriminate.. that I will never go to that store.. they don’t know how to treat the customers.. and even that they see me with a child with special need..

Cleanest, friendliest Latin Market I have ever visited. Non Latinos are treated like royalty. The meat selection is amazing and the taqueria inside is great to grab a bite for the family while grabbing the cheapest and best fruits and vegetables in the area.

All the food that is mexican is cheap. The american goods are pricey. Veggies are bountiful. Meat dept is good and employees are cordial. They do have to many goods in the aisles. Hard to get by other patrons

Arrived at 8:35 to buy groceries, just to be greeted by a security guard to tell me that they close at 8:30 even though their online hours say that they close at 9. Either they were just trying to go home early or they need to update their hours. Either way not coming back.

Really poor service in the kitchen.Tjw cashier sneeze couple of of times cpver wotj her arm didnt wash her hands.I wanted a chiken soup their menu say they have on Tuesday but cashier said they dont have.My friend order 4 chiken tacoa ask for green salsa she they dont have.What kind of Taqueria dont have green salsa?By the way didnt see the cashier wash her hands she is handling food and money at the same time. :((((I use to come here in the past and food and service was great after seen this i wont be back.
