Super long lines. Took probably 25 minutes to get through 3 other people in front of me, not really even big orders. I understand lines happen, but for busy time of days, more cashiers need to be a thing.

Easy shopping @ 715AM.The cashier was friendly & helpful. I was able to purchase the items I needed. 🤠

If you go late (an hour before closing) ignore the fact that the entry doors are closed and go in the exit. Regulars seem to know this, but I nearly left.

A great store for family groceries! Bulk items and low prices. Doesnt have all of the brand names like Safeway but has the most of them for the important and popular things. Store is clean and well-kept and staff are friendly and very quick with bagging groceries.I would recommend bringing a lot of extra bags because some of the both items can be really large.

I love going to this store. I am always in and out. Parking is easy and everything is organized. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. I love the check out process too especially during this pandemic. I feel safe going here. Eggs were a good price and they have masks too.

Large grocery store with reasonable prices on many items. Parking is scarce on surface parking lot. Access and egress difficult to and from Norfolk due to speed and amount of approaching traffic.

Not too busy in the store and plenty of parking in the plaza. Shelves were well stocked and I was able to get in an out quickly.

Efficient employees, line not too long, maybe 10 people but moved quickly.

They need to reduce crowding/limit # of people inside the store at a time during this COVID-19 situation.Came in for some cheap Tomatoes and Oranges and was faced with a enormous line ( with no social distancing btw) stretched back to the dairy fridges. Put my items back and left. Not going to huff 100 peoples viral exhalations to save a few dollars.

Portion and package big C market and normal chains supermarket price are reasonable. Always long line at cashier.

Good fruits & fresh veggies organized line. Employees handling Alcohol/ liquor counter seem frazzled or stressed.

Parking is a breeze & bus line 250 stops are real close. they open 6am 7 days. this store is no frills grocery shopping unlike safeway which offers a pharmacy, deli, self-checkout & a broad range meat dept. employees are always stocking shelves so help is readily available. highly recommend for bulk items & cases. large selection of family sized items.

I love this store from 2pm to 7pm After that a couple of people working the register just dont want to pack your items in the bag They just expect you to do it yourself. Come on!You know who you are. Just do the job right.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, not crowded early morning. Downside is some items are still being stocked and not available.

Have all the regular items you need. Produce department good. Hard to get out of parking lot going north. Check out can be long.

I was really surprised that i was charged for my bags and was not allowed to bring in my reusable bag of my own . Unacceptable!!!!!!

Sometimes I foget about this mini Costco, you can get great prices on almost everything like garbage bags or sandwich bags. Frozen variety is very good as well.I got sodas, mineral water, butter.Again good deals and good service.

The prices seem to be up to 25% off regular grocery store prices. Very crowded with empty boxes littered everywhere which made it an obstacle course getting around the store. The flow of cart traffic is chaotic. The cashier I had was fantastic, speedy, and she had excellent customer service.Before going, ask yourself if 25% off groceries is worth the stress, garbage, and chaos.

Great prices, especially meat, seasonings, kitchen ware, and on seasonal produce. Really friendly staff whove worked there a long time and know you. Always use real people rather than those awful self serve registers. Open long hours with readily available parking.

I normally have an okay experience at this location (although they usually dont have enough checkers). But my last experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.All I needed was dry ice. Ana, the checker misunderstood and charged me for regular ice. When I told her, I needed dry ice, she rolled her eyes and started checking out the next customer who had a completely full basket. She said she would call someone to help. I waited, and when she continued to check out the customer, I asked if she was going to call someone. She told me to wait until she was done with her current customer (she wasnt even getting close to being done).The next checker said she could help me - I went to her stand and a couple customers showed up, so she told me to wait as well.It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced - probably waited over 20 minutes in all for a pack of dry ice, but the worst was the roll of the eyes at me - really??!!

Very clean, good produce, large frozen section and friendly staff. This is the place to shop for family gatherings this summer.

I tend to find myself at smart & final between 7:30 and 9:30pm; its crowded and understaffed at these hours, for some reason. Theres reasonable produce and an unusually extensive selection of bulk/restraint supplies. Its a fair experience and pricing is good.

Looking to have a party or cater one, this is the place to get your paper goods, plastic cutlery and serving, takeout containers, etc. In terms of groceries, carries all the big brand names. Nothing too fancy or gourmet. You can do your shopping here via Google Express service.
