First of all, I never write reviews, but the experience was so great here that I definitely had to leave a comment. My girlfriend and I purchased a 2011 Honda Civic from Carvan Auto. We walked through all other 5 dealerships beside this location and Carvan had not only the best pricing, but also best condition vehicle (we test drove several in the same day). They made it very easy to purchase a car as a first time buyer. The receptionist even referred me to a local credit union for an auto loan, drove me there, and picked me back up an hour later. This is the kind of service Ive never seen before. I will be coming back to Carvan for any future used car purchases.

My wife just bought 2005 Lexus RX 330. The car is super clean, shes very excited. This place is great. Friendly, honest staff. We had an awesome experience

The lady was pleasant enough but the staff knew nothing about cars. I found some pretty serious damage on the Lexus he had there and the only thing he could tell me was, well the car fax doesnt say it was in an accident but clearly, the car had hit something and there was what appeared to be body damage done. When I brought up the concern he couldnt be bothered and said he had no intention of fixing it. Not a bad guy - just a normal car sales man but just be very careful when buying. Im lucky I caught this before making the purchase. Definitely have a mechanic check out anything before you purchase.

My husband and I went in to Caravan Auto to check out a 2009 Chevrolet 1500 today when we walked in we had the best customer service with Mike and mercy they help us with everything the explain the whole process in English and Spanish.. !! Super happy for our purchase with them super super recommend this dealership they have the best cars in town & the best prices I cant wait to purchase my second car with them 😊 super satisfied with customer service I recommend them 100%

Carvan Auto is confusing the people. They Advertise vehicles for different Budgets and Unfortunately those that are priced below $10.000, do not qualify for loan.Not everybody has money to buy Vehicles at a high price and Budget.They Should tell the people that those that are less than $10.000 are cash only.I am not only disappointed ;but angry at this type of business that are not advertising honestly to people.I am giving them one star... They do not deserve not even that.

Great service. It only took me about 30-45 minutes to do the paper work and out of there with my 2009 mini with very low miles and cheaper than other dealers Ive checked out for the same vehicle.
