I still have my vehicle bought from them about 2.5 yrs ago.This business was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ive even recommended a co-worker here, who found what they are looking for.

Sent several emails inquiring about vehicles advertised online to receive no response, didnt even answer the phone when I called. I just saw that they reposted one of the vehicles which never sold for some reason. Zooming in it looks like there are several big dents, and misaligned doors. Of course you have to actually zoom in as the dont provide close up or even mention that in their ad. Im not above buying a slightly damaged vehicle from someone whos upfront and honest about it, assuming it is priced accordingly.

This place has really been turned around. The new salespeople are helpful for discovering what car truly fits your needs. Especially great since they’re not pushy at all. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an easy, honest, and reasonable place to get your new vehicle!

Bought a used BMW here a few weeks ago. Very laid-back experience, checked out the car and then test drove it before buying. They do no-haggle pricing based on CarGurus market price so if you come in willing to buy at that price youll have a good experience.When I test drove the car I noticed it had a brake light out, they ordered me a new one before I had left the lot. Buying a used car is always risky (but potentially a great value), this place is no riskier than any other place you would buy a used car from. Everyone there was super nice, would recommend if youre in the market for a used luxury car and they have something you want at the right price.

Got a Honda civic 2016 here 2 days ago. The car died on me this morning in front of kohls, with all the warning lights on. Called towing company to tow the car to the closest honda dealership. It turned out the battery is bad, and itd cost $178 to replace. Called bay motors, they said theyd sell me new battery for manufacture price. WTH???? 2 days. Thanks for the disclosure.Updated: Wow How rude of you!!!! Im pretty sure you had all the cars tested before bringing them in, so you were totally aware of the problem. I would have been more than happy to pay that $90 to replace the battery if you had told me there was an issue with it. I was stranded, freaked out because all the maintenance warning lights in the car I had just bought for 2 days went off at once, and waited for an hour in the middle of every ones way for the towing company. I went with $178 battery for the peace of mind, because Honda was definitely more reliable, and because I wasnt going to drive for 4 hours back and forth just to have the battery installed. And now youre yelling at me on the feedback that Im giving you guys. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.12/17/19, I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 star because I actually really like the car.

Purchased a $8,000 used BMW X3 from Alex, after purchasing the car we immediately found out that the car had no heat. The second day we had the car, we took it to a mechanic to review and found $4,000 worth of repairs, including an oil leak which required $2000 of repairs. When we spoke with Alex he told us to bring the car in so his mechanic could review.Alexs mechanic said there were no issues, so we decided to take it to a third mechanic, who reviewed and found the exact same issues, approximately $4,000 worth or repairs. Upon calling Alex after the third mechanic reviewed it, we simply got the run-around.Alex was not interested in helping or providing any compensation to make the repairs, in fact he laughed at us when we requested that he fix the car. The $8,000 car that was represented to us as being a working car ended up costing us nearly $12,000. I would never do business with this person, he is completely dishonest.

Talked to scott about a vehicle for sale before I drove 2 hours to their location and scott had informed me i was qualified for a loan with 2100 down. When I arrived I had the displeasure of meeting Vlad who was rude and stated my loan was not approved. When i viewed the loan the loan was for 7100 and they wanted 2100 down. The vehicle was listed for 8010 on line and at the dealer 8888. If i had bought the car the company would have recieved 9200 for the car rather than the 8010 it was listed for. Vlad stated there was a fee they had to pay to sell the car. Thats why the extra 2100. Verry unprofessional business. I do not recommend this facility for anyone looking for a vehicle for any year make or model. From what was seen on thier website, lot and on Facebook listing for the car i was interested in it was not worth it. When Vlad was confronted with questions in regards to price negotiation for issues with the car i quote we are not selling the car to you anyway so why are you negotiating I personally wouldnt want to buy from any place that would treat potential customers like this.

We were said wed get the license plate by mail. After 2 months we call and they say they dont know what happened with the license plate (?).The person in charge is fine, but the whole procedure looks fishy.
