We were treated like we were appreciated by the entire team at the dealership. They really do want to have a long relationship with their customers. I feel we were given fair pricing and honest answers to all of our questions, never felt like we were being sold, but rather accommodated in our effort to secure a car. The finance team was calm, friendly and casual rather than aggressively trying to up-sell. Good use of technology at the dealership also shows in the finance process with all paperwork delivered on a thumb drive, which makes is much more sense, and now has been loaded into one of my cloud accounts and not stuck in a drawer taking up room. On Tuesday, I bought this beautiful car! It’s a 2021 BMW 330i. Let me just say this experience was amazing! The salesman was super friendly and super helpful. He’s patient, respectful, kind, and the perfect person to go to if you need a new car! He will honestly take the time out of his day to make sure you are satisfied! My experience with Peter Pan BMW was great! This weekend I came in to check out a couple of cars they had as it was time for an upgrade and Henry was extremely helpful and made this process a breeze. Roberto deserves a raise! I would never have considered going to a dealership for maintenance, except for the crazy bad implementation that BMW has of its Active Cruise Control and driver assists. Khalil Manneh is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I worked with 10+ dealers across the Bay Area (BMW, Porsche, Benz, Audi, Volvo, Tesla). Peter Pan and Khalil were the most courteous. There was no pretense, they worked within the constraints we gave them, were patient, and helpful. Andy at Peter Pan BMW was great to work with. He had the car prepared for us to test drive when we arrived. When we decided to buy he quickly completed the financing app while sending the car to be detailed out. Almost all documents were able to be signed electronically and we received a flash drive with all documents instead of a whole bunch of papers. Great experience buying from Peter Pan BMW.

My dad and I went to go test drive a Beamer we saw on car gurus and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff. My dad later ended up buying his first ever BMW and for a great price as well. First of all Id like to give a negative 1 star review but the lowest is a 1 star. I first called and asked if the car I wanted was available, Henry said yes come on by. My wife and I arrived at Peter pan looking at one of their pre owned vehicles. He gave us the key to test drive. We loved the car, we came back and Henry said sorry we sold the car, the car is sold. WHILE I WAS TEST DRIVING THE CAR HE SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! UNBELIEVABLE! DONT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! . Such a waste of our day and time.

When, I returned my BMW X2, they have charged $2100 for return fee out of which was for $750 for engine Oil Change stating the engine light is on . As per the lease agreement, all maintenance is suppose to me zero cost to me. Engine light, dents etc which they charged me was not there at all .When I returned the vehicle, they never gave me any paperwork for potential charges or issues. All that I got is my mileage after two days . Called and emailed the dealership and Financial services both were directing me to each other . This was two years lease and that to an year old Vehicle. Out the 24000 miles, I did put only 14000 miles and end up paying 1/4 of my total lease value .

Wonderful experience here; sales and finance team did not pressure me. Allowed me to make my own decision and were very helpful.
