The work was completed in a timely manner. The staff reached out and discussed all repairs that were needed, and those that were recommended. We never felt pressure to add services. When we requested additional services, they were kind, prompt and affordable.We have used this company for paint & body services, as well. Great work

Got a tune up for my 2014 Equinox. Took 2 days but I was given a 10% discount and a ride to work both mornings! Alex had great customer service. 4 stars because my check engine light was still on and they couldnt find the source of the noise my engine still makes.

Took my car in to fix my horn and it turned out to be a simple wiring issue which they fixed for free! Definitely one of the best prices in town though when I called around. Fixed it in a super timely manner and the guys were so nice and helpful! Definitely will be going back for future repairs

Last week car broke down passing thru town and I had to find somewhere to tow it quick. I trusted the google reviews and thankfully they were reliable. The mechanic Alex was helpful, diagnosed the problem quick, and made recommendations that saved me time and money. Im usually nervous about what mechanics will charge, but the cost here was fair and reasonable, and the service quality was good.

Traveling through Texas and ran over object in road. Went to All Makes Auto and Eddie at shop was able to get lifted and inspected immediately. Located the issue and repaired without charging me a dime. It is rare to find a shop with this amount of integrity, honesty and professionalism. I work in the auto repair industry, and know from my interactions with Eddie, that this is an excellent repair facility. Dont waste time looking elsewhere!!!!!!

Alex thoroughly checked my car and determined there was a crack in my antifreeze holder and they made the repair. There were other issues that I had to wait on because of my budget. They are wonderful people!

Extra plus he made the entire experience very easy and he kept in constant communication.I tried getting an estimate from another place and I felt they took advantage of insurance and maybe the fact that I’m a woman. They are very rude and lazy, the guy in the office got in my wife’s face and was yelling at her. I would NOT recommend this company for nothing. They don’t work on your cars for days at a time, they are rude to females, and have no respect for anyone.

I have brought my vehicles to All Makes on several occasions and I can sum them up on two words. Honesty and Integrity! They will be honest and up front with you about what it will take to maintain or repair your vehicle without trying to sell you parts you dont need. I love these guys and wouldnt go anywhere else!!

These guys were really helpful and super nice! I called over the phone, explained my situation and they understood and told me to bring in my vehicle whenever it was convenient. I was in and out in no time. These guys know their stuff and are very punctual. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

These guys know there way around a truck and how to handle a customer. They are quick to diagnose and explain what the vehicles issue is and get parts ordered so you can get back on the road as fast as possible. They will continue to get my business and I will continue to let others know about the shop if they have automotive repair needs.

My tire pressure was low, and I went to one repair shop, but after filling the tires, 20 minutes later, the warning light appeared again, so I went to All Makes Automotive, they found the problem and fixed it quickly with no charge!

I was in a collision and my bumper was hanging off. I took it to All Makes and they did a great job. They were very nice the entire process and kept me updated the entire time. My car looks brand new and I would recommend this place to anyone!

My insurance would only pay for a repurposed (used, damaged, then fixed) bumper for my car. Eddie was able to get his parts company to price match a new one for me. They also completely detailed the car inside and out before returning it and did it all in 2 days.

A few weeks ago I came into All Makes Collision less than an hour before closing. When I got off work at 5 I came out to find the molding on the bottom left side of my drivers door was hanging out almost perpendicular to the car. I was very upset and stressed by this, because it was so late in the day and I had to wake up very early the next morning to drive 7 hours to make it to my own college graduation ceremony. (I called several places in the area that were open after 5, but this was the first one I found that still had repair technicians on site for the day.) When I came in I spoke to Roger, it was very obvious how upset I was because I was on the brink of tears by this point. Roger came out to look at my car, kindly asked for my keys and suggested I go wait in the office lobby. After a brief wait my car looked good as new and the molding was strongly held in place again, definitely ready for a road trip up i35 the next morning. When I asked how much I owed he said this would be free of charge, congratulated me on my graduation, and sent me on my way with a hug after a very stress filled afternoon! Nothing but great, great things to say about All Collision!! Everyone was extremely kind and courteous, and the service unbeatable. Will always use their services!

I had AC issues. The compressor clutch was going out. They diagnosed the entire compressor, accumulator, expansion valve and other parts pertaining to the ac as going out. The estimate was about $1560. $510 for labor and the rest on parts. I paid the diagnostic and started lookong for the problem myself. I bought the compressor for $198 new and put it in myself. Took about 2 and a half hours. AC works great. Now the bad review isnt only about the outragious price and the fact that they pretty much said every ac component was bad. Im basing my review on no integrity. Charging for extra repairs and the new refrigerant that i just bought as well as the hose attachement i bought went missing as soon as i left the garage. I do believe thats not coincidence. Before you go here make sure you have nothing of value in the car and be prepared to pay for extras. I have no doubt theyll fix it but youll definetley be paying extra for it

I Recommend All Makes Collision VERY HIGHLY. I was leaving San Marcos the next day to drive to New Jersey and had a serious problem with my car that would prevent me from leaving until it was fixed. The local Ford Dealer was not able to fix the body work around my rear tire and recommended that I go to All Makes Collision. The Ford Dealer told me that they use All Makes Collision a lot because they do very good work.I arrived at All Makes Collision about 5:15 pm without an appointment and almost everyone was gone except 1 gentleman in the office. He looked at my problem and was very nice and knowledgeable and said he would fix it RIGHT NOW. He went into the shop and got some bolts and came back outside and worked on my car for a few minutes and Thank God he did fix my problem RIGHT NOW.I Thanked the gentleman and asked how much I owed him and I couldnt believe that he said - I OWED HIM NOTHING. He Fixed my car for FREE and told me to have a nice trip to New Jersey. What a company - EVERYONE should go to All Makes Collision at 1000 River Road in San Marcos, TX for body shop repairs.
