Worst employees ever. They don’t know anything about auto parts. Just spent 40 minutes at this location just trying to get the right windshield wipers for a 2018 Silverado. Not to mention having to return 2 sets because they were wrong. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location either. Seriously embarrassing for NAPA

Make sure if your going to pick up a part at another store and paid for the part to call ahead and make sure that the store does a stock check before driving all the way over to find out they dont have it. Now im waiting to get refund from the one that I supposedly picked up and its been close to an hour waiting for them to confirm I didnt pick up

2 employees, in a busy store on a Saturday morning. Prepare for. a 30 minute wait. Also, only brand of windshield fluid. Napa, at least get the green good stuff

The staff are friendly and helpful, and generally they have a good selection in stock. However, I came in today for some polishing supplies and oil and left empty-handed after seeing the prices. Just about everything I saw was at least 50% more expensive than other retailers. ($40 for 5qt Mobil 1 5w30 vs around $20 at Walmart for the same sku) Im sure not everything is marked up so high, but be sure to price check before checking out.

Bigger location than most with a wider variety of parts. Counter help, that I dealt with, was very knowledgeable and polite. Much preferred experience to similar parts houses nearby.

This place is huge, well kept and well stocked. The counter employees were friendly during payout. This was the closest auto part store when my low oil light came on while running errands.

Do yourself a favor and just go to OReillys. If they cant type a year/make/model into their computer, you will blantantly be told yea, we cant help you. Multiple times I have gone in with simple problems (even with part numbers) and get turned away. If you have any after market parts, dont go here.
