I had 2 tires installed without any issue and I was in and out pretty quickly. I ordered 4 tires online but only two had been delivered. Not the shops fault but be careful when you buy/schedule appointments online. Just call and theyll take care of you.
Really great customer service! The guy working was very helpful, had my keys in hand by the time i walked up to the counter, and assured me “they were going to take good care of my car”.Most of the reviews complain about time but when you compare it to the price of a five minute oil change place it’s half the price. They reopened yesterday after the shutdown so I expected them to be busy but it took less then an hour.
The problem with Walmart on Highway 80 is that they dont have sufficient help and the automobile part its very lousy bad management other than that I gave it a two
They did it again! The counter for oil was not reset after an oil change. Checking out took half an hour as the cashier spent that long with a customer hunting something in the parts section, going to the mans truck, popping the hood. going back to the shelves and emerging with wiper blades!So when I immediately return I wasnt willing to wait further I got no apology and the mechanic got in my car with no seat or steering wheel covers and did not spray my car as promised for Covid safety.How I wish Id spent the same $ with a competitor (with $25 off coupon) and stayed in my car.
Great experience here. Got a full synthetic oil change for $48!!! Thats a phenomenal deal in comparison to other places that charge $70 and up no matter what you drive. They did a great job and gave me a great deal. Definitely recommend them for an oil change!EDIT: I come back to this a few months later and I am disappointed. They did not put all the screws back in my skid plate. So it was dragging and now I have to replace some of the skid plate. The price was a good deal but the workmanship was not.
I have always had a good experience there, technicians are great but I am not happy with the service they have shown today with my son. He took his car since 11am this morning for a flat tire and it is 1:35pm and until now his car is being attended. They are understaffed and the only two guys working there took their lunch time AT THE SAME TIME! I dont know who their manager is but as for management knowledge he should know better than to sent BOTH to lunch while there is work to be done. Overall, they did a good job, but the wait was way too long when there were only two cars before his. I would suggest to hire more people to have a faster service.
Yesterday around 6:50 I got a flat tire and took my car to Walmart because they were the only auto place still open. Even though they closed in 10 minutes they helped me change my tire right away free of charge. I wish I had gotten the names of the men who helped me out. After a horrible day they did what they could to make my day a little easier on me and I couldn’t be more grateful. Awesome service!
Went into Walmart for an oils change the guy at the register that checked me in said it should be about an hour ok great no problem. 2 1/2 hours later still not done. Walmart should really have better customer service no one even comes to give you an update about how long it is taking they just leave you waiting! They seem to be under staffed and in need of hiring technicians. Multi billion dollar corporation and they have no customer service and no enough employees! Will never return for tire and lube services!
I have been here multiple times with my fiance and in-laws, never once left as annoyed as I did today. Hours are posted as opening at 7 am, no one opened up until 7:20, and no one spoke to me until 7:30 (I was the first one in line). Car pulls up behind me for an oil change, and the worker (an older Hispanic man I believe his name was Simple) immediately helps him. He then came to my car What do you need girl? I am almost 30 years old, do not refer to me as girl. I told him I needed a tire replaced, and he asked if I knew the size, I did not. He then made me get out of my car to take a picture (something he very well couldve done himself seeing as how I am paying for a service) and directed me inside. Waited a few minutes inside (while the mechanics and the one who helped me were just chatting it up outside), until a department manager came by (Lucilla). She was kind and helpful and I completely appreciate her! Great your female customers with respect please! Im pretty sure if my fiance had been with me, the disrespect I felt wouldnt have happened.
Went for a oil change and get windshield wiper blades replaced. Came to pay and they forgot to add the windshield wipers so I had to wait which was fine. I went to go pay out my groceries up front. Well when its done I pay and ask for my keys.. they cant find my keys. I wait and watch and see someone walk to my car in the parking lot by automotive and open my driver door, reach in, and grab my keys from the dash!! My car couldve been stolen... all I get from the guy at the register is.. sorry we have some new guys...
I did some shopping here. I didnt have any issues, and the pricing was great. I also got an oil change, but they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid, and replace my oil cap. Luckily I always check everything before I drive off. They refilled it accordingly and fix the issue. No other complaints.
I went in with a simple problem.I had a donut on my front passenger side, and a brand new tire on my rear drivers side.Asked for 1 brand new tire to replace my donut, and then for the 1 brand new tire on the rear drivers side to be rotated to the front so that both new tires were on the front.I sat from 1015, to 1220..Went up to the counter after i saw my car get parked after i assumed it was finished, paid and then went outside to look and sure enough they forgot to rotate the other tire. Apparently today is the day where they have 7 guys working in tbe tire center and only 1 of which knew how to work on tires. This will be my last visit.
Waited in line for 30-40 minutes and was second in line and the cars BEHIND ME was service before me. asked me to move so they can service the other car. Told me there was 5 cars in front of me..... Apparently being first doesnt matter. Make sure you give them the keys or you’ll be the last even if you’re before someone...Just go to jiffy lube save yourself the headache
Auto techs are awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. Guy on register today not so much. I called ahead of time to see how long it would be to replace a tire was told 30min. I waited close to an hour! and its not because the techs hadnt done their part! I ended up having to go ask the guy at the register if my car was done yet and he went and grabbed my keys from the counter! How long had my car been done! I had kept an eye out but the techs were busy so I wasnt sure if my car had been serviced yet. I was expecting a call or for him to at least make the effort to tell me my car is done when he was handed the keys.
Had a tire issue and came here for the convenience. The long wait wasnt a problem, but the guy at the register was pretty unfriendly and seemed needlessly condescending. What really irritated me was when he came to get me from the waiting room to pay and pick up my keys, he just pointed at me and didnt speak to me or acknowledge my presence at all during the entire process. I think Ill be going somewhere else the next time I need something done on my car.
Very knowledgeable and experienced staff! I always trust this team versus so many others. As for those who negatively view this center, you need to remember you are not the only one getting your vehicle service that day and its a convinient opportunity to have them work on your car in Texas heat doing what you should do yourselves but are too lazy to do, eg. Thank you, mechanics, for doing your job. I got two new tires and made it safely back to Austin.But Im annoyed I spent 3 hrs here. It did not appear to be a first come first serve situation. Annoyed I expected to pay $54 per tire, but those were unavailable (was told 2 hrs later,) and had to pay $67 each for a different tire. Annoyed they called me to ask if that was ok and said they could knock the price down somewhere to help out, and they didnt. Annoyed that my car was ready at 4:32pm per service order receipt, and I never received a call saying so. I had to ask and it was 5:10 by that time. 40 mins later...absolutely unacceptable. Mechanics, thank you. But there is miscommunication somewhere and its not ok to keep your customers in the dark. Oh, and it seems they never answer their phone. Or maybe thats just my luck.
Took my car in for one new tire after a blow out on the highway. It took 4+ hours. I finally had to leave the car there and call a friend to come and get me because I was so sick of waiting there. It takes 10 min or less to put one tire on. I dont understand why it took them so long.
They work very slowly, are understaffed, and do not prioritize you even if you get there before everyone else. Very disorganized. The only redeeming factor about this Auto Care Center is the low price. That is all. Also, Vinny is a stand-up guy.
I brought my car in 10 minutes till close and the guys patched the tire that had a hole in it and stayed late to do it. I didnt expect anything less and they delivered. Thanks again guys.
Good prices, but very poor service. My car was done for a half hour before they told me, and I only found out because I asked.

Automotive cashier John was very rude and aggressive as if he wanted us to hurry and get out his face. However, we intially came before the section opens to be quick (it was just a tire change). First, he gave us a service order which was $12 that we didnt ask for nor did he disclose ANY of this info. Finally, HE SAID AN HOUR. NOBODY WAS HERE, WE SAW THEM,OPEN UP AND HE SAID AN HOUR FOR A TIRE CHANGE. Something my son could do in 5-10 min. Horrible customer experience and now I know why my friends only shop at HEB. Only reason theyre even getting the one star is because 1. We had to. 2. The tirwd was the actual price it was online.
I spent two hours to get my battery replaced and when asking how long it would take they were upset and rude. Never coming back again. Go to a real shop that’ll take care of you the right way.

Went in for their full point inspection with oil change. The didnt do half of the point inspection. They offered to replace my wiper blades. I accepted. A few days later it starts raining while Im driving. I turn the wipers on and one launches off the car! the other pops half off its mount. I had to pull over and zip-tie the one remaining wiper blade back on the car so I could see. The damn blades didnt even fit my wiper arms.
I waited 3 hours and the guy got the tire on the wrong place. I asked to put the two new tires up front and he still had the old one up front. He also was goofing around. It was horrible.
Needed ONE tire patched because it had a nail... been here since 11:30 AM, and its 1:13 PM and its still not even pulled up. Never again.
Please do not go there, they mess my sons car. The person that change the oil stipped the screw, now my son can not get someone to change the oil.

I called this auto center and told them that i was stranded and needed a tire but when i got there they wouldnt help me because they closed at 7pm. It was 5pm
Needed a tire patched and mounted. An hour and a half later I find out they couldnt patch the tire and didnt even mount the new tire I bought.
Dont recommend. Requested certain brand of oil and was not done instead they added a different brand. Had to wait another hour to drain the oil out and replace it with the one I requested.
