Excellent products, amazing service. I ordered a light bar kit for my Jeep, when it arrived, one of the brackets was wrong. It was over the weekend, so I sent them an email, and 11 minutes after they opened Monday morning they’d already responded and were on the case. They sent me the correct bracket - overnight from California to North Carolina - and I was done the next day. Their lights are fantastic, and you just can’t get better customer service than Baja. Not my first buy from them, won’t be my last.

I bought the Baja Designs Fog Pockets Pro (447069) to replace the OEM LED fog lights that came with the vehicle; great lights and significantly brighter! Pretty close to a plug and play situation for the install so that was great. Although my package didnt have the U shaped hardware for mounting the lights. This was disappointing as I had the end caps off, the old lights removed and the wires hanging there by the time I opened the box. It was a Wednesday about 2pm and I was really looking forward to using them over the upcoming weekend. I called BD and explained my issue. They of course (like most companies) said we will ship you the missing items. I thought well that is great, but I probably wont see them for about 4 working day, aka Monday or Tuesday. Nope; without saying a word about shipping, they said we will FedEx them over night. And boy did they ever, they even paid for a morning delivery. Just 19 hours after calling them in CA, the needs items were on my Texas door step and in my hands at 10am the next morning. Nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Ive since bought a 30 BD light bar for my front bumper and it absolutely rocks. The lights are the best, and the customer service is beyond reproach!

These are some BadAss lights backed by some great support. We called and talked with tech support just to assure us on a couple of things and they were great. Even adding some helpful input. If you like top shelf lights with top shelf support -this is the way to go.

BDs customer service is second to none. Had a great experience, even though the product I purchased didnt ultimately work out. Professional and courteous. I will be buying from them again.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!A month before receiving the items I emailed them to ask what I should order and I ordered what they told me to. After waiting and waiting for my item to arrive due to what they first stated was an led shortage then became shipping hold ups for parts to build the light I receive my item (headlight for my 2013 ktm). Excited and thinking finally my 300$ headlight kit is here and it is totally going to be worth the wait. I find that NOTHING FITS, not there own electrical plugs not the plastics not the hardware nothing!. After calling very disappointed they say I can send it back and in two weeks I will receive the correct parts which apparently for a 2013 you need a 2014-2016 kit, explain that one ahead of time please. (They didn’t even tho I told them before ordering TWICE what bike I had). I tell them this wait is not a solution that is going to work for me and they agree to overnight the correct parts so that I can reassemble my own unit. I call the next day to confirm the parts did get sent and got sent overnight to which the employee flat out lies and stated they did go out and they went out overnight. They did not they went out ground and 6 days later I receive the item to find that again NOTHING FITS! Hardware they claimed to sent was missing. Of two necessary brackets they send one which won’t work with the straps they previously sent, electrical plugs still missing, hardware missing. And icing on the cake the stock brake line will no longer work unless you contort it to run behind the number plate so will now have to seek out a longer brake line drain fluid and bleed. More money and time with the bike down more hassle more headache. 300+ dollars a month of time and I still have a completely unusable product, don’t have a headlight on my bike and an upset stomach for how upset I am with these people. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!! There are products on the market that are just as good and cost a tenth the price. And you will be treated so much better I guarantee it! I learned my lesson the hard way but you don’t have to. But hey, at least they sent me a cheap sweatshirt to make up for it. No working headlight tho :/

I went to Baja Design because they were the leaders in Led application. I needed several couplers and several plugs. They provided me with all the necessary hardware and didnt charge me a dime. They were extremely professional and I will continue to use them.

Aside from their awesome products, this is a company that truly stands behind their customers. I brought in a wiring harness for a different light hoping to trade it in for the right harness for my S8 30 light bar. I was both shocked and speechless when one of their representatives came out with a previously used/returned wiring harness and handed it to me free of charge (and I was able to retain my own harness); I installed this free harness as soon as I got home and it worked like a charm.I am sticking with BD from now on no questions asked.

Drove 2+ hours to get there. Only to find out they were sold out and product was a month wait. Wish there website mentioned it was on back order 😕

I have been dealing with Baja Designs for a little under two years now and have to say I couldnt be more happy, their product is second to none, extremely bright and easy on the eyes. Their sales and customer service team is excellent, well rounded in the products and the vehicles they go on. We use Baja Designs on our race car and on our street vehicles, they never disappoint.

Fantastic company! I love BD and their lights are the best on the market. Great customer service as well. If you need auxiliary LED lights for pretty much any application, Baja Designs is your best bet. Ive used probably dozens of their products over the years now and not a bad word to say!

I am amazed at the customer service Baja Designs gives. Absolutely excellent. I was missing a part that i had no idea what it was, sent a simple photo of my rats nest wiring on my motorcycle and Jason Ensign knew exactly what it was, asked for my name and address and boom, it was on my front door the next day. Not even joking. If i ever need lights for ANYTHING, you will not see me use anything other than Baja Designs.

If you want the best lights this is the place. I was scared when spending so much on a small light for my drz400 but i would rather have one squadron to 15 china brand lights. very good service also

I bought a 20” BD ONX+ to replace a 20” light from another high end/ reputable company. The light is top notch and appears very well built. I had to utilize the life time warranty due to a developing issue. They sent me a new light and paid return shipping on my old light. All within a 2 minute conversation over the phone. I use the light often while alone on back roads. It is a must have for traveling at night with my poor OEM headlights. Truly makes the drive exponentially safer when you can see EVERYTHING.

Love the light output and quality of lights itself, however, disappointed with customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of someone/ anyone for replacement part (specifically screws for my outer lens) since late January. Called customer service and was told the guy who handles it was in lunch, left my info and was told he will call me back. 2 weeks later, called again, this time I was told that person is currently in a meeting and will call me back. 2 weeks later... same no call or result.

Best lights on the market hands down, but technical support could be a little more engaging. Called in because I had a question about wiring their lights/harness to a different switch (same one used for most Toyotas, but not made by BD) and the support technician didnt seem to want to put much effort into answering some simple questions that he probably knew the answers to since it wasnt their switch. Seems like they should at least try and help since I just paid a premium for their lights and an upgraded relay harness. I got the vibe that he had better things to do.

I initially received some bad customer service. I did receive a response from the new CEO and I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and what he did to make my bad situation a pleasant one. I have now owned a BD lightbar for a while now and I am extremely impressed with the quality and function of the light. I would highly recommend this company because their quality is excellent and the CEO stand behind their product and is a true professional.

This business is a mess. Management cares too much about employees that have been there a long time, even if the quality of their work is poor. Management seem to fire employees for little reason, for no fair reason, or no reason at all (I know that is legal in CA, but they are culprits of it)

I have always loved leds but not the price. So I bought my share of Chinese leds and been good. Until moisture gets in, or just quits working. Id just buy an other pair.Ive bought my first pair of Baja a few years ago. They were on sale and a friend gave me a great deal. Im amazed build and light quality. I have put them through deep water crossing, mud, sand and even a Hurricane(Irma). When I needed the best I knew I depend on Baja leds. Thanks for making a great product. Scott Kroeger

I purchased an S8 lightbar through a third party company who made my steel front bumper for my 2018 4runner. Upon installation It became evident that only half my lightbars amber light DRLs were working. I called on a Monday for help, and Paul immediately sent me out a new harness thinking it could solve the issue. The Harness comes Tuesday and it still wasnt working. I got ahold of Paul again, and we agree that I would drive down to the storefront, so they may take a look in person (Thankfully, I live an hour away). Upon arrival, Paul realized something was going on with the lights internals. Paul helped me remove my entire steel front bumper in the parking lot, so that we may remove the light and they can fix it. Within minutes they were back out with the lights and it was re-installed. Everything was now working! He helped me button my 4runner back up, and even threw me some Baja Design swag! Every company, regardless of size, is going to have hiccups with manufacturing here and there, however, how a company responds to those hiccups is what will keep customers coming back. After my Baja experience today, I will definitely be purchasing some lights in the future knowing that if there is any issues they will go the extra mile!!!! Thanks Baja!

Placed an order for fog lights, went through two factor security just to place the order with a visa, then get an email back saying they want me to pay via paypal / wire transfer, or send over a picture of my ID, credit card, and my most recent bank statement. This sounds like a scam of some sort to me. Called customer service and no other options are available. Purchasing should not be hard. Im not looking for a new passport. Very disappointing.

Baja Designs is really the gold standard for off road lighting. Ive purchased several of their products for off road motorcycle racing applications, including Squadron Pros, XL Pros, and most recently, XL 80s. The lights are rugged and extremely well built, and have a variety of easy to swap lenses available to suit whatever conditions Im riding in. I have yet to have a Baja Designs light fail on me, even under the harshest of conditions.The staff at BD never fails to treat me like a team member, and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I have the right equipment for my needs, and in the rare event that I ordered the wrong light for my application, they make it right, and they do it fast and hassle free.Bottom line: If you want the brightest, most rugged, highest quality aftermarket vehicle lighting available, along with epic customer support, reach out to the team at Baja Designs.

I attempted to contact the owner (Alan) who did not want to engage. Instead it was implied he deflected me to the sales manager, initials DL.I see that in the mean time Deanne has posted; thank you Deanne, I may do that, but at this point the cards are on the table and the below is warranted. From the beginning it was a technician who was angry to be on the phone from the moment he picked up the phone (first initial S), next it was a customer service agent who hung up on me then said they didnt know who I was and couldnt find my purchases when I immediately called back and asked for the person I was just speaking to by name (similar experience on two separate occasions actually, first initial V and all documented), the company in general not notifying me that they werent shipping my order (I had to call and ask what was going on), to somehow, amazingly, seemingly patching me through to an incoming junk call to their own organization while trying to put me on hold. This company should - and Im serious - implement immediate company wide drug testing. I visited the facility twice, in person, trying to get the situation un-screwed. This was partially worthwhile, since yet more problems were discovered in person (missing but necessary components to the order - good to find the issue, but more incompetence). Today the sales manager made the decision to send me away (problems unresolved) and knowing there was a string of bad interactions already on the table. Ive wasted enough time, and given ample chances to correct being treated with repeated incompetence - one star it remains. Baja Designs was a bad experience across approximately seven different interactions and at least four people. Caveat emptor.

Ok at best, they are a little pricey and dont always send you everything that you ordered.

This place is Horrible dont even waste your time JD in sales doesnt care what kind of bike you have an will sell you unnecessary items like dimmer switch thats not meant for your bike. Never an email confirmation on order. Also JD tells tech team the complete opposite of what hell tell you. So in other words the xl pro does not fit a 2017 Husqvarna TX 300 so dont let them sell you one the light has to be personalized mounting per Steven in tech. He said its set up stock suspension/sag and may have to add washers and brackets to meet your liking. If i was spot lighting in the trees at night it would work great. The light all the way down aims about 20-30 in the trees. Dont do it. Little more R&D for that model

Amazing place to visit!

Stay away from this place. The HID lights are horrible. I have a 2 8Soltek Lapaz and the internal reflectors started to fog very badly due to high heat that are generated by the lamps. It is worthless. I called several times and no one is willing to help. Since then I have switched to KC HILITES 70 Watt Carbon Fiber HID and the Quality is 10 times better.

Awful company that doesn’t stand behind their product. Ordered light and conversion kit for my 4Runner on Amazon. Description says bezel is included but did not come with my kit. I already installed it without the bezel anyway. They said the kit sent to me was an old version not including the bezel to which they wanted to charge me $60 to get. I said it’s included in the item description so can you send it to me, they said “they can for $60”. Screw that... I will never buy a product from them again, I hope people read this and it was worth it for your business. I will make sure to share this on my forums.
