Excellent service! Went in to replace wiper blades and they helped me find the right fit at a good price (plus a good deal on wiper fluid), and installed the blades as well. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and everything went smoothly.

Andrew was more than helpful putting my mind to ease from a 6 month engine light. I went to autozone wednesday November 18 at 245 pm and tried to return a tow ball that I had purchased 5 minutes earlier and paid cash for. I went In and bought the correct size. I showed my receipt and Your associate Luis said that I have to give my personal information if I want my money back. (Like name and phone number) and I wasnt comfortable giving that information away.So I asked for a manager and he said no managers are here at 245pm on a Wednesday. So then I asked Luis again so youre not going to give me my money back?And replied no its our policy and its a little suspiciousthe managers at this store should be disciplined. Luis doesnt know what hes doing so I dont necessarilyBlame him for not knowing.Please contact me and I will remove this. Otherwise it stays

My expectations of brick & mortar auto parts store personnel is already Very Low, so it’s quite a feat to (Unpleasantly) surprise me. This store handled the Task.Ordered a part (walk-in). “Supervisor” who rang me up estimated Friday arrival. Tuesday rolls around, Still NO CALL. So, I relented and made the call. Part had been sitting there FIVE days ... and it is a BIG Part.Hard to imagine, employees incapable of even the Most B A S I C (Standard) of Professionalism, but that’s what you get at AZ

Brought a battery for testing, they said 1.5 hours to charge it up. Came back, and they had unplugged it after a few minutes, and they said it would be another 50 mins to try to charge it again.

I love San Marcos and I was in the area to try and fix my wind shield nozzles since they are clogged.I went inside with my mask on & maintained social distancing. They had a sale on the air freshener trees, black ice scent for 2 for $5. These were the 3 pack ones.I grabbed 2 of course and went to the register because I wanted to know if buying a hose nozzle would be a smart buy to unclog my wind shield nozzles. I asked the employee to come with me to the aisle since I didnt know the name. He explained that thats not what I want to do and that I should troubleshoot. I took his advice and didnt buy the hose thing, but bought a microfiber towel for the cars interior along with the air freshener.This is the 2nd visit I have had to this store within a decade and I prefer them over OReillys.I spent exactly $14, so thats cool & I love that I could get in and get out.

This place is great for getting decent parts and accessories for a decent price when you know exactly what you want. Its a good place to go if one already knows what one needs. If its advice or technical know how one is looking for, I would suggest going elsewhere. They do have some great how-to videos on the web, but I have found that many of the in-store associates are lost beyond the scope of looking up a named part for a specific vehicle. Its a good convenience store for auto parts.

All Auto Zone places Ive been to, the service is awesome and always happy to help with whatever question I have. They even help install basic things in your car. Just awesome. The customer service keeps me coming back to them.

Despite it being super busy, both inside & phones ringing off the hook...the staff this evening was very helpful, patient & courteous...not rude or curt as youd most likely expect of most overly stressed individuals. I called the store to see if they had a part I needed. Guy answers phone well enough, and then I went into my long, detailed question about what I was looking for. Heard a lot of muffled talking in the background. After a minute, I finally had to say HELLO???, got a Im sorry, man, what are you looking for?...... he was talking to someone else and ignored the phone call (WHY did you bother answering it in the first place????) So I wasted my time with my original question. Another case of to hell with the customer, let me deal with my own problems. (note: added to review after response from the owner - they dont give you an opportunity to respond to a response)..... simply put, how can you say that Customer service is a priority for us when it is obvious from my telephone experience that it is NOT. Or at least youre comfortable having an employee who doesnt care about customer service. Do not need a canned response - how about sorry bout that, well work on fixing it????

If I could give you zero stars I would. I came in asking for return but I lost my receipt. I wanted to give them my number to look up purchase history and item to return because THEY HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. Well this guy has the audacity to tell me they don’t do that here and he can only do store credit. Very rude and basically handing me back my item. NO. Then we called to ask about it and they hung up once they realized we were calling about a return. Horrible.

I’ve been to a lot of auto zones &this 1 is the crappiest. They try to sell you everything they can. When I ask the guy, after purchasing stuff from this@ this location, if he would just come out & help me loosen my oil filter he said no we don’t offer that service! Um........yea you do. Every other Az I’ve gone to has helped with that particular thing & put the oil away for me. Don’t say you don’t offer that service when I know you do. If you just don’t want to do it or don’t know how then say so!

Came into this store because my car wouldnt start this morning. They checked and found that the car battery that I had purchased previously was defective but was still under warranty. The guy took a quick look under the hood and told me that Ill have to swap it out myself because hes too busy helping other customers that will be coming in. What? They changed it out for me when I purchased it originally. Just because hes not making any money off of me this time, he didnt want to do the work. What kind of customer service is that? Ill take my future business somewhere else thank you! Went to AutoZone in Vista and they were glad to help me out.

I didnt fit within the mold of who naked sell a reproduction part by the tens of thousands to so I was of little concern to them I needed an obscure turn signal bulb and they had nothing that would fit my vehicle
