I wrecked my car and took it to this shop and got a estimate of two weeks for the car to be completed. after two weeks the car still was not completed and I was told they need more time. I gave it another week and found of there were still waiting on some things to be fixed and etc. after 4 and half weeks they call and say my car was ready to be picked up and that ended up not even being the case. I get to the car thinking it was ready. the car was never test drove or completed. so another week later and 3 estimates later the car Is finally complete. the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. never again !

Im reviewing my experience with Michael. I needed a custom crash bar for my show car. The problem was I needed it ASAP. Unfortunately the shop was full. He helped me find another location that was able to do the job THAT day! He was very professional and courteous. I hope to be able to use their services in the future.

Very poor experience. Was promised multiple times the car would be done in 20 to 25 days that didnt happen. Gave them a another chance to finish on another date and still wasnt done. After 62 days the car still wasnt finished and they installed new parts on a bent frame that he said multiple times they had straighten and they didnt even touch it. I had to remove my car from there shop since it wasnt completed on multiple dates give and also wasnt being done correctly or as promised.

Fixed my car for a fraction of what I had been quoted somewhere else in a fraction of the time as well. New front bumper and A/C was ordered and finished within two days.

WORTH THE READMy parents offered to repaint my 2002 Dodge for Christmas, as they tend to fade. I must add that I just started college in a town 4 hours away from the establishment and come home as much as I can because my life is in this area. Anyway my parents decided to take it to Mike as he assured us that taking it to a competitor we would be sorely disappointed. We dropped it off in November. (I got a 5 week break from Dec-Jan.) Got the truck back late Dec. With A LOT of problems. Just to name a few, the emblems that originally came with the truck had to be reattached after painting and are now very loose, there are drip marks on my truck from the paint running down, he “lost” my locking tailgate latch inside my tailgate...and the roof was missing the clear coat, within a week it was faded. It looked like he didn’t even bother with it. (Short story- my windshield was previously broken before being in the shop we paid to have it replaced and the people who had replaced it got black adhesive dots all over my hood, fenders, and roof on my BRAND NEW PAINT JOB, Mike was able to get he black adhesive marks off the entire truck, without repainting the hood and fenders) In the end we took it back in February and he fixed the roof for an additional $300 when he told me the paint had a lifetime warranty and that he would fix it If it was a problem with something he had done. Time went by it is now spring break. I called him because I haven’t heard anything about my truck he told me he could not find the locking mechanism to my tailgate. Told him bottom line that it went there with one so I want one when it leaves. There was some back and forth with that so I went to Napa and got the part number and gave it to him, he “went to Napa” and said that part number was no good. My mother went back to Napa ordered the part. (It is now on my truck thanks to my boyfriend.) I called back again a few days later asked him when I can pick up my truck. He said he lost the top brake light. It was sitting for weeks without that part in the rain. He told me over the phone he needed more time and later on in the conversation he hung up on me and I did not hear from him for a week. I tried calling multiple times with multiple numbers with no answer. I had to take off school so I could get my truck back. Bottom line. If you want your vehicle done right the first time you might as well look elsewhere.
