An absolutely fantastic Auto Body Repair shop. I had accidentally hit a low rock when turning around in a tight driveway and cut my bumper on my brand new car. They had to replace my whole bumper and my biggest concern was matching the paint. They did a fantastic job, would never be able to tell it was replaced. The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional, I highly recommend this shop if you ever need some body work repairs.

I took my car in due to someone hitting it while parked. Auto body of San Marcos did such an amazing job fixing my car and Martin was great with communicating and giving me updates through out the process.

Found this shop from USAA, and chose them for their high reviews and warranty. I was not disappointed and so glad I took my Charger Hellcat there. Excellent service from start to finish. Certainly not the least expensive option around, in general, but if you have a nice looking car and want to keep it that way, I cant recommend them highly enough.Brought my car to them for the second time yesterday, with the ends of the plastic bumper cover having been pulled loose. Wasnt from a specific accident, and there wasnt an insurance claim involved, so I was hoping to be able to get it fixed without breaking the bank too badly.Not only did were they able to take care of it at a VERY reasonable price, they also did it right then and there, while I waited!Cant recommend them highly enough.

Although the final price was off by a few hundred bucks from what was discussed, I have no other complaints about the outcome of a very good job from the men and women of this establishment. Cheap work aint good and good work aint cheap and it was worth every penny to ensure my wife and daughter have a safe and well repaired vehicle. This is a business that is ran by people and they treat their customers like people. You are not a number or a ticket here. They are more than fair and reasonable. This shop has my highest recommendation for its quality customer service and friendly kind staff. I will never take any of my vehicles to anywhere else and I will personally recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

They were very accommodating. They came and picked up my car from my home and delivered it back due to having 2 small babies and an active deployed husband. Martin was very sweet and made this little mishap as painless as possible. I will definitely do business with them again. Hopefully I wont really need to but if i do i am definitely calling them.

Auto body of SM was great! Todd was quick, very kind and professional in giving me a quote that was much better than the other 3 quotes to repair my bumper. His fix was practical and exactly what I was hoping for to avoid unnecessarily replacing my entire bumper. All of the staff were great, very courteous and completed the job quickly with great communication. I will certainly be going back!A nice extra touch was they washed my filthy car too :-)

If you have insurance you are fine here but if you are self pay run away from this place. Estimates are based on gimmicks to make you use their shop rather that using a fair and honest estimate. IMO they used a bait and switch tactic. They get you in and then crank up pricing over 50-70% of original estimate. This is a testimony that their error rate in estimating to fix a car is that awfully bad. I can tolerate 5-10% but anything higher is a crime. I had the unfortune to use this shop instead of other competitors and was ripped off with an unfinished paint job. I hope to keep things professional and complained about services already . Buyer be aware!!!

After researching body shops, I decided to have work done here. The shop was in contact with me & provided updates during the repair. The work done is very good & you cant tell I had been hit at all. Not only did they repair the damage I received from an accident (rear door & rear bumper) but took time to realign my door trim & window molding on my front door. I highly recommend having your car repaired here.

I highly recommend this local business because they are honest and very efficient. At first, I took my car to a shop in Escondido and I thought the estimate they gave me was outrageous. After I did some research on line, I came out across Auto Body of San Marcos, and I took it there. I met with Daniel at the shop, there was no need to make an appointment which was convenient. I felt comfortable talking to Daniel, he explained to me what kind of job he will perform. The price sounded reasonable and the estimate time was much better than the first place I took my car. I called my agent in AAA, and I had them do business with this shop. If you live in San Marcos or nearby take your car to Daniel, you will appreciate his business.

A sign at my work fell on my car. I took my car to Auto Body of San Marcos. Todd met me there before they were even open so I could get to work on time. I brought my car in on Tuesday and it was done by Friday. And it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Auto Body of San Marcos they care!

Stopped in for an estimate and left with a free repair. I had a scheduled appointment, they greeted me promptly, the office was clean and they were practicing social distancing. Martin thoroughly inspected my vehicle and then showed me that it was a minor fix. It took him less than 5 minutes to hook me up. He was so kind and courtesy. I would definitely recommend them. I hope I wont be needing their services any time soon but am comforted to know that I have an honest place to go.

I found Auto Body of San Marcos in 2017 AFTER getting 3 other estimates for repairing my bumper and their estimate was way more competitive than the other shops. Since then Ive taken my cars in 3 times for body work with great satisfaction in the excellent quality of the job they did!Yesterday I was so impressed when I was able to pay my bill by credit card on the phone then my car was delivered to my house in San Marcos because I was pressed for time with dinner guests coming at 6pm. Beyond stellar experience. Needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced because I knocked it backing out of driveway. Honda quoted me $800 for the part and $200 for labor. I ordered the part myself online for $518 and Auto Body of SM installed it for $78 in about 30 minutes. I saved time and money. Plus they were super nice. #winning

After receiving a few online estimates from different places for a front bumper/fender repair, this place gave the lowest estimate by a significant amount. I decided to bring it in for a more realistic estimate, and it was upped by about 15% (and the final total about 20% higher), but this was still lower than other places.The staff is nice and helpful. The only issue I had was the lack of communication. From my perspective, I was given a time estimate of 5-6 business days, but I had to call in to find out they needed longer and the original date wouldnt be met. The reason its an issue is that other arrangements for a rental car and to pick up the finished vehicle had to be considered, especially since this business isnt open on the weekend. So depending on the severity of the issue, I wouldnt take their time estimate too seriously.However, I will say the finished work and repair was excellent. The area did look new, and the paint job so far matches and is still in great shape.

This is the place to go for auto body work, especially if youre in North County San Diego. Mike was super nice. I needed a new passenger door on my Altima after an accident. I had an 8am appointment with them to drop-off the car but decided to show up at 7:30am so I can get to work on time. They were prepping to open the shop and but were flexible enough to take care of me right there and provided me a ride back to my place to get my other car. After the work was done I couldnt believe how nice it looked. I thought it was a brand new Altima. They even removed a big scruff mark unrelated to the accident. The entire staff was very nice. Superb professionalism and quality of work. Thanks!

Great shop best customer service and excellent paintwork

Last March this shop repaired our Honda Accord after a truck hit us while stopped at a light. Their repairs made the car look like the damage was never there.They worked directly with the trucks insurance, and arranged a rental car. The owner was helpful and was clear about the repair time they met on time.If we need car damage again, we will return to this shop.
