First time mattress shopping went very well, got a good mattress and nice frame at a good price. John was very pleasant and helped us out the whole way. Hopefully I wont need another mattress soon but if I did I would come here again definitely

Upon walking in we were greeted by Brian. He showed my husband beds previously before me coming in. With having a spinal fusion surgery not long ago we were looking for a more firmer mattress. Brian was able to help us find the most comfortable bed for our budget. Can’t wait to get it. UPDATE Finally got our bed second night sleeping in it and I slept more sound the first night. Not as much pain as I normally wake up with, and I feel in time it will get better. My husband even said his body does not hurt as bad as it did with our previous mattress. It can only get better from here!

I had purchased a mattress 4 years ago and there was a defect in it.The manager was very helpful and got someone out right away to look at it.Within 24 hours I was able to get my new mattress no out of cost to me.I did however got new box springs so I would have everything new.Delivery was set up for me to get it I. 4 days Do to the great service we will be buying another mattress end of July for are other room.Keep in mind buy a mattress protector it is warranty for 10 years with one even if you get a stain if you don’t buy one you need to make sure no stains get on it or you void the warranty they explain this to you however my warranty is good for 15 years

I highly recommend Mattress Land Sleep Fit in SLO. The salesman Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He ran us through the Sleep Fit program and then directed us to the recommended mattresses. He patiently answered all our questions as we tried out multiple different mattresses. My wife and I had a great experience here. Brian was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help us figure out a mattress suited for us. He had us do this firmness test thing that gave us a recommended firmness level, and when we gave him our price range he had a specific mattress picked out. It was within budget and was incredibly comfortable. He showed us a few others similar to the first one but he had it spot on with the first mattress he picked for us. He didn’t try to upsell or push us into purchasing immediately, he was very nice. We ended up buying that mattress right then and there because we couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience and the mattress we had picked out. I love helpful sales people! I was looking to lower the profile of a bed and was expecting to purchase a new, lower profile mattress. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive mattress, John Kassner told me I only needed to purchase a new, low profile box spring. We arranged delivery and I purchased the box spring on the spot. I went to mattress outlet first because of a student discount, and decided to shop around somewhere else due to lack of choices and a worker with a bad attitude there. BUT THEN I found Mattress Land SleepFIT and found a beautiful high quality and overall amazing mattress and they MATCHED THE PRICE of the student mattresses I was looking at over at mattress outlet, even though this new mattress was obviously superior. Bryan helped me and my boyfriend out and even took another $19 off from the already matched price just because we were new to town and had picked him for our business!! On top of that, we were able to head right down the street to the warehouse and pick up the mattress and take it home that same afternoon! Efficient and overall GREAT company!!!

Kimberly the store representative was very friendly and courteous. She has good recommendations and also mindful of your needs at home. The sleep fit test is an interesting screening technology to narrow down beds that would fit you better. Kim called the day before scheduled delivery so I would be expecting the automated telephone calls to confirm delivery window and arrival. The delivery guys who showed up are polite and knew the routine well in assembling the bed. Was in and out in no time. Mattress is great just like when I tried it at the store. Happy with the shopping experience from beginning to end and would recommend to others.

The only place I come to purchase a mattress. We started with a spring air for our spare bedroom and its excellent. We then came back and purchased a cal king caldera sterns & foster for our bedroom which weve now been enjoying for the past 2 months. Kimberly was an mediocre sales person. I had shown up already knowing what I was going to purchase . There was no one else in the store so when I started to tell her my short story about needing a new mattress and why she kind of looked around and shoved me off all she cared about was getting me in and out and getting my money at least thats how I felt. I was also told on the phone that I would be able to take the mattress home because they had the size mattress I was looking for in-store when in fact I had to drive over to their warehouse to go pick it up. I was also charged a recycle fee for my old mattress which they didnt haul away for me, I intend on keeping it as a backup just in case something a rose or somebody else needed it. All in all I do love my mattress but I wasnt very impressed with how I was treated as a customer.
