It had the storage and organizing bins I needed for my daughter’s college dorm. Easy to find. Customer service was nice. No waiting in lines to pay.

I bought some cutting boards here and I was satisfied with the selection, customer service, and cleanliness of the store. It’s a pretty typical Bed Bath and Beyond there isn’t anything particularly noteworthy about this store - good or bad. It is bigger then most Bed Bath and Beyond stores that I have encountered which contributes to a wider variety of selection.

Great service. Ordered online for local pickup. They notified me when ready, which was about 30 mins. Very friendly staff.

One helpful person helped me find things while others seemed distracted. I got there for specific items 15 min before closing and they were anxious to get rid of people because they had one person standing by the door telling people they were closing in a few minutes. She could have been working instead and let someone else watch the door from their work station

These stores are closing so many items are not stocked and what is stocked the prices are really high compared to previous items I have bought before and want to buy more of or replace. I went home and just ordered from Amazon. I always try to shop from my local stores first because so many are closing.

Had everything I was shopping for and I didnt have to wait in line. Before I got up to the counter it was wiped down and sanitized and everything was clean in the store.

I usually find good items on clearance, so rarely pay full price. I did find nice Ugg sheets twin XL size not on clearance, but less expensive than most other brands.

Helpful staff but the layout of the store (except the skin care/toiletries section) is just a confusing layout. Especially at the start of the school year they will put things in a specific college section which can make things hard to find.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of the last department stores in town and its a good one. There is free parking out front, accessible parking, the entrance is accessible, and the aisles are mostly wide enough for a wheelchair.They have a good selection of kitchen equipment and we shop there for our appliances. Its a large store and sometimes hard to find what you want. If you want to shop at a brick-and-mortar store Bed Bath & Beyond is a good place to go.

So many options to choose from when it comes down to almost everything to do with the home. The employees were very helpful in finding items you couldnt locate or just for tips on whats the best. I live almost an hour in the opposite direction but will always come here for their products and service.

They werent Friendly to me at all. Too busy hiding beneath their masks & wouldnt even look up to see me Standing there waiting to be helped at the Counter while they were busy fussing with This, That & the Other.

My husband and I were just in here and a girl who worked there literally asked us to leave because we were the only ones in the store and she wanted to go home (she was not the only employee). We looked at the time and the time the store was supposed to close and she was telling us to leave an hour before the posted closing time. I dont like posting bad reviews, but that was incredibly rude and uncalled for. We left embarrassed and definitely wont be shopping this location again.

I got lost in here!! I didnt realize it was soooo big!!! I kept finding more and more stuff to look at!! I couldnt believe it! There is literally everything in there! Its like an overstuffed less pretty version of target. But it was a great time. I was almost late for class I got so caught up looking around.I even found a $10 coupon on the floor. =D that convinced me I needed to buy stuff. Which I did. Im very happy.

The store is very large with so many products. However the workers were busy and could be bothered to give more than a curt reply we we asked for help. Bathroom was a mess. Go early, maybe youll have better luck.

The staff was helpful and I like the selection there, but checking out was a total nightmare! They kept calling for backup cashiers but the lines just kept growing and growing. I waited for like 10 minutes in one line where there seem to be some kind of weird issue where it stalled the whole process. So I moved to a different line and then that customer and cashier was having some kind of hiccup as well. It was very frustrating!

Still a good store but be aware that their return policy has been changed dramatically. I think they should have taken care of it sooner because some people really took advantage of it they should not have waited too long for it and then come up with a 1 month return policy instead of a long time return policy that they previously had.

I got my new mattress pad here and it was pretty cheap. and I love their new beauty section. they sell a lot of things that arnt sold other places in the area like cvs, target, Walgreens

We seem to end up here once a month or so. Store is kept clean and organized. We will continue to shop here.

A huge store may be good for selection - but its terrible for direction. I consistently get lost in this place. Poor signage does not help. Hard to find any employees either except at the register. Easy to spend hours in this store and still forget something you came in for!

As Im on a budget, this place helps me. I just wish theyd have more cashiers, the line took 15 minutes, not good!

Great selection, coupon deals & sales, the manager & 99% of the employees are awesome - friendly and willing to spend 15 minutes on line trying to find the item you need. Regular (non-sale) prices are about 20-25% higher than most other retail stores for the same item. That, coupled with 1 really nasty unfriendly sales woman, is what keeps them @ only 4 stars.
