Have used Best Appliance Guy on three different occasions and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service. Each time I have been able to receive an appointment quickly, Todd shows up on time, very professional and knowledgeable.

I would give him a minus if possible. He just took my $60 and never came back to actually fix my refrigerator. Saying hes ordering parts. Calling him constantly makes excuses for over a month now. Very disappointed. Dont hire his service not worth your time and money.

Todd was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me a new part.I do not understand the negative reviews. If I had seen them first, I probably wouldn’t have used him. But so happy I did. Give him a chance. He’s a good man.

My refrigerator stopped cooling. I freaked out but Todd arrived, figured out what was wrong and fixed it in no time at all. He was so competent, friendly (even to my dog) and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend him to anyone/everyone. GREAT WORK!!!!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER. His google reviews are decent, but his yelp reviews reveal more.I paid Todd “The Best Appliance Guy” $60 to repair my dishwasher. He said he needed to order after diagnosing the problem. I chased him by phone for more than 2 weeks for an information update. Each time I spoke with him, he said the part would be arriving any day and he would come back and repair. He never called or came, but he sure took the money and ran. Do not call Todd unless you have $ and time to waste. He is quite friendly though so beware.

He was able to come the next day and fixed my dryer in 10 minutes! Definitely calling for all my appliance needs!

Fixed my fridge very quickly and arrived promptly to the appointment. Called on a holiday Monday and he was at my house on Tuesday with my Sears Kenmore Pro fridge working great! Better service than Sears repair service, good price, competent and professional. Will tell all my friends about this local, honest repair service!

Called and set up a time range and date. Waited at home for him to respond for 3 hours after latest time. Called multiple times and left messages on voice mail with no response. No idea what is going on with him. I noticed another review suggested similar conduct.

My Samsung refrigerator stopped pumping out cold air. I called on a Monday shortly before 11 am. He said he could be there that day between 1 - 3. He arrived at 1:30. He fixed the fridge. It cost $119.Im darn happy. He was nice and professional. He even wiped out the bottom of my fridge which was pretty dirty after all the drawers were pulled out. He put everything back when he was done. My fridge works now and is cleaner than before. I had called around trying to find someone to come soon because there was a bunch of food in my fridge; I needed it to work. Im impressed that he was able to fit me in so soon.Update April 2019:Our dryer broke and we called The Best Appliance Guy. He was able to come over the same day and gave us a 2 hour window. He came during the window and fixed our dryer within the time window as well. Hes friendly and efficient.

Called for repair on 36 Jenn-Air Professional Range. Todd arrived on time. A year prior I was told the parts needed were very expensive and quoted $500 - $600 for the repair. Todd informed me that the Jenn-air stove was actually another brand of stove re-branded with the Jenn-air nameplate. Todd was able to get the parts for a lot less than the Jenn-air branded parts. Stove works great now! Todds work was half the price of the other quote. Would highly recommend!

Do Not Use This GuyTodd came to my house, diagnosed the problem, said he would look into getting the parts and call me later. He never called and went return my calls. Hes a con artist. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Flaked!!!We talked to this guy on the phone and set up a time he could come, he did come at that time. He said he needed to get parts for our install and went to go to the store, then called later saying he was in a fender-bender and needed to be dealing with that, and said he would come later in the afternoon. He NEVER called back, never showed back up. Not even to give us the common decency of saying he actually wouldn’t be coming back. By Friday evening it was too late to call in some other company. We tried calling/texting and no response. We had a party the next day and had to go without a functioning oven. Extremely disappointed. Be warned.

Terrible! Todd arrived and said the washer needed a sensor. It still did not work, so he said it needed a board, but needed $175 check to cover the part. We gave it to him. He arrived several days later and said the board must have been damaged in shipment and he would be back in a few days. He never showed. We made numerous calls, but it only went to voicemail! We have placed a stop payment on the check and have contacted another service provider for service. Do not use Todd!

A little slow on the follow up but came through.
