This is a fantastic business. Ive bought from them in the past, and when my washing machine went on the fritz, we walked in, found a great machine at a good price. They delivered and installed it immediately ( on a Saturday no less). Good old fashioned service, hard work and honesty. This is a first class place.

Appliance Oasis has been great, we have recently purchased our dryer, refrigerator, microwave and now our dishwasher. The unit that we had bought had a defect from the manufacturer, we had called Appliance Oasis and they came out the next day and replaced our dishwasher at no cost even upgrading our model to a nicer unit. They are a great company and I would recommend them to friends or family. Excellent customer service

This company has very knowledgeable and polite employees. Appliances were easily explained to me on how they work as well as the delivery process. Happy this company puts the time and effort into connecting appliances as well. Happy with my decision as pricing is great and a new out of box appliance was not an option for me. The men delivering were sure to be extremely careful and considerate to my home as they delivered and connected my appliance. I highly recommend this company purely on the amazing customer service I received. The on time delivery and respect is such a bonus compared to major manufacturing companies. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

Loved this place! Their inventory changes constantly, what you see is what they have, but if they have what youre looking for the prices cant be beat. Verne is great to work with, very personable and tries hard to make the buying and delivery experience a good one.

Came into Appliance Oasis the other day with my father looking for a dryer. The staff were very polite and courteous, answering the million and one questions we had.The delivery guys were on time and it was a quick and easy set up for them. Definitely worth it.

They have a decent variety of appliances in their warehouse. They also have the best prices in SLO county. I was shocked to see how much everything was marketed down. It’s a good place to check out.

I called this business on a longshot theyd have a common part for my particular washing machine and I was put off by the service I received over the telephone.After informing the person my washer was 13 years old, he told me to not even bother repairing it. The person barely listened to the issue I was having with the washer and my explanation of how I knew I needed this particular part. I called back and asked them to check to see if they had the part I needed (I provided the part number) and received one call back stating they didnt have the part. I provided an updated/superseded number, (which seemingly they should have been able to acquire), and I never heard back from anyone...I ordered the part I needed from Amazon for $26 and installed in under 30 minutes, (with the help of YouTube) and my washer is working just as it should, with no signs of needing to be discarded. I feel the mentally to just get rid of something because its old, is a widespread issue.I hope this review is seen by the owner and some changes are made in the delivery of their customer service.

The worst customer service I have experienced. I received no indication as to shipping time or ETA when I placed the order. I called and was told I’d receive an email once my order had shipped. 4 days later I called to check and it still hadn’t been shipped but I was told it would go out the next day. The next day, very late on the evening I got an email saying my purchase had been refunded with no explanation. I called to check and was told the part was damaged. They apparently only had one part available. Everyone I talked to on the phone sounded put out and annoyed to be speaking with me. The worst part is, it took them 5(!) days to get around to shipping the part only to find out the part was damaged. I was also hung up on during he last call. Meanwhile I’m without a dryer for a week now and still don’t have a part on the way. Don’t waste your time with this incompetent company.

This will now be our only stop for our appliance needs! The super friendly staff helped us quickly buy an oven because ours broke on the fourth of july! Also their prices are better than we could find anywhere else!! Needless to say we were very pleased with our experience!!

I needed a refurbished Kenmore clothes washer & dryer to replace my 20 year old pair. Jana at their Customer Service desk knew what was on the warehouse floor and in minutes over the phone found me just what I needed. I got it installed that afternoon. Their 45 day warranty with free parts and labor gave me the confidence I needed to trust this company. Their service impressed me. Our clothes are sparkling clean! After buying a couple sets of defective washer/ dryers, and having that girl give us lip. We went to Home Depot, and bought a new set for less.

Love the new stove and fridge we got from here. They helped us out with picking them and set a delivery date fast. The guys were on time and friendly...we will be shopping here again

In May 17 our fridge had a loud buzz so we selected one from ao, which also had a loud buzz. We swapped it with one that was a little bit more expensive yet had no handles. It took 5 weeks to get the handles. After the warranty period it developed a heavy ice build up. When we went to adjust it we found the control to be broken. It spins like a little wheel and doesnt control anything. Consequently it doesnt freeze thoroughly. Now, in dec .it has developed a loud buzz. Nice folks but I wonder if they are truly aware of the condition of the appliances they flip. The manager is very creative and persuasive and attempts to rationalize and reassure when admittedly its no doubt impossible to be fully aware of the condition of appliances when you flip them.

9 months later my washer and dryer set from here is still working which is exciting! You never know with used things. Expensive for used but more reassuring than craigslist. They come and install the stuff for you. Glad I found it so I didn’t have to spend $1000+ on new

Dropped off an electric dryer at my home today that is broken, does not dry, timer does not work so it runs forever, screeches loudly. This was just on the first load. Not excited to hear about the return policy as they claim they don’t take returns but have a warranty instead. However that should only stand on fully functioning products, not when you’re told you’re purchasing a refurbished functioning product and then receive a broken dryer. Such a shame.

Bought a part online. I was sent a different part #, it didnt have all the parts (as advertised in the pictures, that without would make it unusable), and because of poor packaging arrived damaged. Will never ever do business with again. But hey, I sent them a photo of the damage so they get usps insurance money, at least they made a profit!! Im still without a washer though due to their multiple mistakes...

They arent nice, they destroyed my bathroom floors and walls by cracking and peeling the paint back, irreversabe scratches to the tile floors, holes in the walls and on top of all that they didnt hook up the washer OR dryer properly. My bathroom flooded into my bedroom shortly after the college kids who installed it left. I called to get further service and they gladly scheduled someone to come and fix it but they never showed up and when we called to ask why they arent here an hour after the scheduled time they told me it shouldnt be that hard to fix it myself and at this point Im so fed up with this company and the way they handled this Im going to have to take it further because I wont get my deposit back for the holes they made or the damages done. Way to go SLO.
