Went to get a new phone, waited 20 min for associate and he immediately started helping someone that just walked in, after I was told Im next. Tried to buy a phone and when I told him I was with T-Mobile was told I have to go down the street to their (T-Mobile) store.I did just that and was told at T-Mobile that what he told me was complete BS. Also, be aware of promos as its always a great price, they charge you and after charging you tell you they dont have the item. Thats illegal, classic pump & dump...

Excellent Best Buy! Nash helped me tremendously narrowing down an iPad and keyboard/case that would work with me. He recommended I bring in my iPad to see which case would fit exactly which the staff at a later date were cool cool with as well. The staff’s patience and knowledge of the products they sell have have helped me make excellent tech purchase decisions. Some places are pushy to make a sale but this Best Buy and their staff are just knowledgeable, professional employees that enjoy talking about the capabilities and limitations of products. If you ever feel lost in the abundant technological age were in, head to this Best Buy to find an employee to help.

I was desperate for a C13 power cord. This is the cord that almost everyone has 4 of in their house. I needed it to power speakers across the street for a funeral at Madonna Inn in 30 min. They had none for sale but literally had them laying around not being used. The cable sells for $7. I offered/pleaded to pay for the used cable, offered to give them my drivers license and two credit cards, and said Id bring it back in two hours. No help. Radio Shack, closed. Staples, closed, Target, doesnt sell them. So I had to buy and return a $200 monitor for a cable. Yes it was my fault for forgetting it. But they couldnt lend me their junk cable at all. Even after offering everything but my first born. I was 45 min late to my grandmothers funeral. Thanks Best Buy.

The store is very clean and has like everything someone who loves technology would want. Games, computers, TVs, phones, things that I didnt know existed. Even a car radio! So if you need to get some cool stuff, come to this Best Buy. It will be your best buy. Get it?
I just had my new washing machine installed by Eleazar and couldnt be happier. He took the time to make sure the washer was properly leveled in our not-so-level laundry room and ran a test to make sure there were no leaks.
FANTASTIC PLACE WHY? THEY KNOW THERE STUFF.. I WENT TO BUY A LAPTOP COMPUTER 8/19/21 TIME 4 OR 5pm... I TOLD THIS FANTASTIC GUY WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY MOM. SHE WANTED EITHER A HD, LENOVA OR DELL. IT HAD TO HAVE BLACK OR DARK GREY KEYS WITH WHITE LETTERING, 15 OR LARGER SCREEN.. SHE WANTED IT TO STAY AROUND $500.. JUST A SIMPLE LAPTOP COMPUTER.. THIS GUY TOOK ME TO THE LENOVIA WHICH HE SAID IS A IBM.. HE TOLD ME IT HAD ALL THE ABOVE & MORE ABOUT THIS COMPUTER, HE KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPUTER COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE... HE LOOKED RIGHT @ ME EXPLAINING IT ALL. THIS COMPUTER HAS THINGS MY MOM WILL JUST LOVE.. ITS LIKE IT WAS BUILT JUST FOR HER! Came into the store with the intent to leave with a laptop, a new speaker, 2 games and several phone accessories. However it seemed like the employees were actively avoiding me in each department. I would understand if they were helping a customer and I needed to wait my turn, but that was not the case. Anyway, I completed half of my shopping list on Amazon while I was still in the store waiting in the computer area. This was incredibly strange since I feel like normally I’m swatting away employees at other stores.
The employees are super helpful and make you feel great about any purchases you make.

Dude at the front with the facial hair is absolutely useless. Asked him for help multiple times and all he did was keep pointing to the “appliances” and told me what I was looking for was on the “left side of the store.” Seemed to only want to be on his phone.
I was looking for an otterbox for my A51 and the website said there was only one in stock. When I got there two emoyees helped me look for the one the website was referring to. One of the guys had to look for it in the back and he found it. They were extremely helpful and the inventory on the website was incredibly accurate.
Bought a gaming laptop that was DOA, obviously not Best Buys fault, but the staff here have excellent customer service. Patient with my exchange, talked to me about options, and were friendly and social. Best customer experience Ive had at a Best Buy!

Im a fairly clean cut regular looking guy who loves his electronics and is willing to spend his hard earned money to get them. However ive only been in this best buy twice in my life, once about 10 years ago and again the other day and both times felt like a criminal who needed to be watched by security despite not having a nefarious thought in my head. I wont be back a 3rd time.

I needed to grab my mom an at least temporary phone really quickly, and cheaply. Gina- one of the mobile specialists, was super patient, and helped me out a ton. Quick, efficient service. Answered questions about making my smart tv bluetooth capable to pair with wireless bluetooth speaker. An easy solution for the problem, a plug in bluetooth device which included 3 cable connection options to use for whatever port system my tv supported. My outport on tv was optical and used that cable to hook to device and tv. Easy instructions and hookup. I did end up having to use program settings in my smart tv to change sound to outside speaker, and pick the appropriate settings allowing my smart phone to sync with the changes. At 71 years of age I was able to figure this out. Nice to have had a great experience buying a gadget that works and a clerk willing to show me and explain the simplcity in making cable distinctions that helped me feel confident in the choice of product I purchased.
I live 20 miles away from the San Luis Obispo Best Buy. I tried calling multiple times for 40 minutes to ask if they carried a printer I need. NO ONE would answer the phone. I tried several departments, asked to speak to customer service, GEEK Squad, to ANYONE and I could not get through. Now, do you think Im going to drive 20 miles just to see if they have what I need? NO. Im going to Target or WalMart.
On my last visit to the San Luis Obispo BB, I had and pen tool on behalf of my boss for his iPad. I ordered and paid online in hopes of utilizing their Curbside pickup they advertise on their mobile. I choose to go to Bestbuy instead of the nearby Apple store because BB offered this service and I already had the app one my phone. I arrived at the store an hour later after they notified me that my item was available for pickup, and parked in a curbside designated parking space. I attempted to check in using the mobile app to notify the store I was there to pick up my item, but app repeatedly told me Sorry and could not procede further. I called listed phone number for the store and received a voice message that the store was not accepting calls - there was no one answering the phone. So I had no choice but go into the store even though I was trying use curbside pickup. When walked into the store, there two employees sitting at the welcome/exit boot just chatting. I told the welcome person that was there trying receive the item I had paid for via the curbside pickup they were advertising. But I was told I had to go stand in the Customer Service line receive my item. Turns out the customer service boot was handling customer returns and item pick ups. There was were multiple customers in this line. The line was moving very slowly because the other in line were there to process returns and there was only one employee there to process Customer Service, Returns, and PickUps. There were two other store employees there with no customers but were at the desk for Repairs. They were in no way assisting the one employee servicing multiple customers in the Customer Service that I was forced to stand in because the curbside pickup the store offers online was clearly not a service the was interested in actually providing. I ended up standing in line over 30 min to reach the counter and ask to receive my item which again, I had already paid for online. I complained about their mobile not working, to which the customer service employee simple responded Sorry, he would look in to issue. Ultimately, I waste a full hour at the store trying to get someone to bring out my item and being forced to go into the store and stand in line for an item I paid for more than two hours earlier. The next item and Apple product for my company, I was order and using Apples website. While was required to go into the rather small parking lot for the Apple store, and I had to go into the store, the first Apple store employee spoke to in store said they would retrieve my product and had in and out of on less than 5 minutes. I wont be going to Bestbuy again anytime. It may just have been that one store in San Luis Obispo, that was interested the curbside pickup service they offered online, as I have used curbside pick up lunch at other BestBuys in the past. But this store in particular was extremely disappointing, and I will avoid buying from them of can get the item somewhere else.
I ordered something online for pick-up and got a message soon after that it was ready. I went after work and gave the notice that I was outside. Someone came out within 3-4 minutes. Much quicker than I expected! He was very friendly and made it quick and easy. Even taking the time to answer a couple questions about whats going on with the store in this awkward covid time. I was able to enter the store also and the cashier was really pleasant! Great visit for me. Didnt think to get their names for props, they made it a good trip though
They had the mouse i was looking for plus a dozen others to choose from. Good inventory of all sorts of your electronic equipment and gadgets.
Josiah was outstanding in helping us pick out a new laptop. He was very knowledgeable about the technical details of each unit, he knew exactly what the store had in stock, he explained pricing, returns, and warranty information in understandable detail. We were more than just satisfied when we left with our new 17 laptop.

We purchased a printer. Its printing all dots - black and yellow - and the colors are uneven on the page. We used it maybe for 10 pages in less than a month after it arrived. They dont want to take it back, since weve had it more than 14 days. No clue why I wanted to support Best Buy instead of Amazon.

Horrible delivery service, was told to be delivered 7am to 1pm. Nothing delivered by 4pm, called to check on delivery, was put on hold for 30 mins to be told that they do not know when it will be delivered.
A little pricey but you know youre always going to get good service good quality and good solutions

I will do my best to avoid shopping from major corporations like Best Buy from here on out. Im tired of huge companies that dont have a care in the world for its customers. I paid 1600 for a defective computer and paid extra for Geek Squad insurance thats proved to be more of a hassle than its worth. I dropped my computer in to have it fixed, told it would take no more than 2 weeks to fix and get back to me. Its now been over a month and no one has any cohesive information on the status of it. I get a different report from every single person I talk to. This doesnt seem to be any persons fault at the store level; just a consequence of working with a giant company whose interest doesnt include serving the customer.
