Gas mileage is awful on the 16ft truck

Penske stole from me.After having multiple issues with renting a one-way route truck that I had previously reserved, I was able to go out of my way to rent a truck from the San Jose location. After confirming the booking, I took the truck and drove to Concord where I dropped off the truck. A few days after that I noticed that I never got my deposit back. I called both of the locations and I was told that they will not refund my deposit because I didnt return the truck to the original location, when in fact, the sales person in the office confirmed that I wasnt going to bring the truck back to the San Jose location.Now, every time I call to fix this issue, Penske give me the runaround.

Very helpful in getting my trailer off and working with me on a few other issues. Recommended
