Customer service was outstanding. We had been searching for Cambria quartz and found the selection was extensive and the pricing was good. Jorge was very patient and took his time. I highly recommend them. Forget the big box stores.

Absolutely great customer service provided from purchase of our granite countertop to installation. We also purchased porcelain tiles from them. I highly recommend visiting the showroom from a great selection.

Apex Marble did an outstanding job doing all our countertops and waterfall island. If you don’t know the difference between the materials George is very helpful and knowledgeable. Asunción, the fabricator they work with is also extremely helpful. There was a problem with our island the first time and everyone including Raj, the owner works together to get the issue resolved. My kitchen looks really nice and I can’t recommend Apex Marble enough.

Jorge Vega is the best! We had shopped endlessly for large slab quartzite for our home project in Truckee. We finally found the large size and excellent quality at Apex Marble and Jorge provided outstanding service. The price was right and negated the cost of transportation to Truckee! We will be back for return business!

Raj was always available and would troubleshoot immediately if any changes were needed. The team was flexible to our indecisiveness as well and patiently updated our order several times. I am not sure what the bad reviews are all about. But we have been having good experience with Apex. Raj and Jorge are very nice and give us good customer service. We ordered our counter tops and a quartz slab for our Island today. Today they closed at 5 p.m. but they stayed a bit longer for us. The place is very nice, well kept, and clean. Raj said we will get our stuff that are not in stock in a week. What not to like. :)

We were shopping for a quartz counter and found a great selection here. Nick was very helpful and showed some BEAUTIFUL quartzite natural stone. The price was very reasonable, so we were sold immediately. Their team recently installed this and it was done to precision, they really know what they are doing, very professional. Since then, we have been back many times, flooring and shower tiles, patio pavers, they got it all! Raj and team were always very helpful and great to work with. 5 Stars!!!

It was definitely the best experience of purchasing stone. I remodeled 2 houses before and this this time I was mentally ready that it is going to be stressful. Before Apex I visited 3 stores but didnt find the counter top that I wanted. I got my first impression when I walked into the showroom. It was clean and organized. The sales people were incredibly helpful and very polite. They helped me with color design of the kitchen, and a little more then one hour I headed home with a purchase of the fabulous counter top and backsplash tiles. Great place to shop for natural stone for variety and selection. I recently bought stone here while renovating my house. Amrit and Raj are patient, knowledgeable and informative. I started my search for stone slabs in San Francisco, but Apex had the same quality I was looking for yet at a price point that met my budget. The staff made my experience a pleasure.

Ive been looking around for quartz slabs for the remodeling of my house and Ive had a lot of concerns and questions regarding how to choose a nice quartz slab with high quality, how many slabs will be needed for my kitchen and vanities, how to keep the seams as few as possible, how to make sure the measurement to be precise, and most importantly how well the fabrication work will be done. I visited a couple of marble stores but I still wasnt sure whether I should proceed with their services or not until one day I stumbled upon Apex Marble.Raj was the one who helped to answer all my questions and his expertise has raised my confidence and so convinced me to proceed. Apex Marble has variety of choices for the materials, I was very excited to find the quartz slabs that Ive been looking for and he recommended the worldly famous brand in very high quality. And then he provided the estimation and explained the workflow from template taking, layout review, to fabrication and installation, so I got to understand what to expect next. Raj was very responsive and I always got immediate responses from him whenever I called or texted him with questions. Id say the customer service from Apex Marble is very good and their price is reasonable for quartz slabs in high quality.After my contractor finished installing all my kitchen cabinets and vanities, I called Raj and he sent Maurice to visit my house for template taking. Maurice was very responsive and he did very good job in precise measurement. And soon enough, he met with me for template layout review. Not only he provided the solution to keep only one seam to the countertop of my kitchen, but he was also trying his best to keep the veins on my quartz slabs continuous for the center island so that the waterfall would look stunning. He told me it would take 7 to 10 business days to complete fabrication and then he did notify me that the fabrication was done exactly on the 7th day after layout was reviewed and approved. And then he came to my house for installation on the right next day. I have to say that Maurice and his team had done amazing job on fabrication and my center island in waterfall style looks great!In summary, Ive got very nice experiences of working with Apex Marble - reasonable price for materials in high quality, quick turnaround for delivery, precise measurement, and impressive work of fabrication.

They have high quality slabs, some of the best Ive seen in person. We bought some Bianco Antico slabs and Raj and his team were very helpful throughout the whole process from writing up the quote, fabrication, installation, and sealing it up. Jose handled the installation and he was great with his communication and precision work. Overall, they run a clean and well tuned operation. I love our new kitchen countertops!

I just bought 700 sf porcelain tiles for out door patio but they sold me ceramic single fired, what does it mean, I dont know. These people are very dishonest. Their business should be taken to the District attorney and shut down.

Hi. I had this company instal my new countertop. Thought tbe price was fair. My complaint is this. I dont like to see the cuts, where the seal is. These seams are not only visable but i can feel them. Im not happy at all with my new countertop. Raj, I see your other reviews and i suggest instead of being stubborn and defensive. Take a look at the way you conduct business. Telling your customers that they are comiting bribery for a discount is a NO NO on your part! Bad for your business to not handle your complaints with integrity.

We were stupid enough to order more than $2000 worth of tile there and the service was the worst in the world.The reasons were simple:1) They dont deliver the tiles on time at all, so our renovation were delayed big time!!2) They would tell you one thing and then blame the fault to others (e.g., the owner Raj said its not his fault that he order the wrong tile for us and it never arrived at the time that he told us.)3) Their tile isnt any cheaper than other store4) Even our contractor told us that he had bad experience with him (he had to wait more than 1 hour just for them to bring the tile out of the store).5) The store assistance CANT count! They dont even know how to convert square footage into boxes of tiles.I learned my lesson the hard way and hope you dont make the same mistake as I did. Any other tile store near that area are way better than theirs.Best of luck to everyone!
