Customer service was great. He quickly replaced my battery and charging port on my iPhone 8 Plus. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be having him repair another phone. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, I broke my screen earlier today, got it done in 20 min! I would recommend this place to anyone that has a crack in their screen. Overall the best price I found after looking all day. If I ever break my screen again(hopefully I don’t lol) I will be coming back!

IPhone 7 wasn’t working and then he told me something is wrong with the battery. Got the battery replaced, still didn’t work. Then he told me something is wrong with the motherboard. Took him almost two weeks to get back to me just to say him and his friends couldn’t fix it. I went to apple and they told me there are missing parts in my iPhone. I went back to him and told him what apple said and he was acting like nothing happened. THEY ARE THEIFS who stole parts of my iPhone and now I can’t check the serial number. They probably took it and put it on another used phone to sell it for profit. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Unresponsive Customer Service- used product sold as new- over charged for shippingAll around not thrilled with this company. The part I recieved had thermal glue on it, which the site claimed was a new product, so why would there be thermal glue in the corners. Another issue I had is with the shipping costs. They offered priority mail for an additional $5, so I paid it to get it faster. Then I saw when I got my shipment confirmation that they shipped it first class, one of the cheapest way to ship. I then wrote customer service 2 times regarding the over charge in shipping and got no response at all

I took my phone in after its been cracked for a whole year and John fixed it within 10 minutes! Good as new! Even threw in a glass protector. Definitely will come back if my phone has issues in the future.

I called this guy and described my problem and he quoted me a price of $120 to repair a loose connection at the data port on my ZTE phone. What kind of crack is this guy smoking. to buy an entirely new phone would cost me $70 less than that quote this guy must be drunk stupid or ignorant.

REALLY PISSED OFF - absolutely not recommend. Lousy customer response - lies about schedules. You can literally never get them on the phone.
