It is not possible to give zero stars hence the one star. I took my Pixel 4 XL for a simple repair. About a month ago the back glass of the phone broke after an item fell on it. The phone had been working fine until yesterday when the screen was no longer operational. I brought it in for a screen repair since its most likely the LCD or backlight faulted.The shop claimed they replaced the screen and the phone was still wasnt working. They instead were going to check the motherboard for damage. At the end of the day they made the outlandish claim that it was the CPU that is malfunctioning. Completely bogus. The CPU is not the chip for the LCD and second when a cpu malfunctions it overheats from the excess energy it draws.This individual does not know what he is doing or he is scamming people into paying more for repairs he will never do. Dont waste your time and effort with this scammer.Also, I had to pay a $15 dollar fee for the analysis. They guy never even took the phone apart.

In the past Ive liked this store to pick up my shipments but now they dont open on time. Half and hour in.

This place is a complete rip off. take a phone for repair to recover important data. When I went to pick up they gave me a phone that wasnt mine, they just changed it for another. luckily it was only $ 100 lost for no reason. They said they didnt have to pay my money back. I have been cheated! Ive tried to communicate with the owner, but they say hes somewhere else. They are completely cheeky.At the moment I am making the report to the consumer.

HIGHLY HIGHLY.. OH DID I SAY HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS HERE! FIXED MY PHONE WHEN I DROPPED IT IN THE TOILET PLUS IT WAS CRACKED ALL OVER WITH GLASS STICKING OUT! THEN CRACKED IT AGAIN ALL OVER.. THEY FIXED IT AGAIN! LOVE LOVE LOVE

This guys made perfect job. My phone have became like new!!! And they cleaned my phone. They are really take care about customers. They are doing repair at very short time. HORRIBLE customer service! Came into shop for pick up on weekend & guy in the shop was so uncooperative! Hate to see what kind of work they do on items!NEVER going back!*thank you for getting back to me. I came there to pick up an order but the system wasnt Down. Apparently the person who scans is only there during the week and the shop closes at 7 pm. With my work schedule, I cant get there before 7 pm - weekends are the only time. The guy could have offered another solution? He could have just gone in the back and looked for my name amongst the packages - but he didnt do anything! It was a total waste of my time. I had to go home and cancel everything that I had shipped to the store!I understand that wish pick up isnt part of your system, but NO WHERE does it say that it is only avail during the week and the guy who was working there didnt even raise a finger to help. He could have taken a picture on his phone - there is ALWAYS something he could have done, but choose not to! Poor customer service!

Sam was honest fast and reasonably priced. We had a water logged phone with a screen that would not work and he was able to fix the phone the same day. Prices were $50 for labor and $160 for screen replacement.

Fast and fair-priced repair. Offered a diagnosis first, which I thought was a good idea. The screen I had put on myself was bad - never worked. They detected the problem with the screen and I asked them to fix it. The price for the diagnostic and repair was very, very reasonable. They were professional and fast. They also have a wide variety of accessories. I will go back anytime I have an cell phone issue or need.

I was in this store twise and every time I was sure about quality. Lowest price and fast repair that what they offer and its true! My iPhone 6+ was repaired at about 25 min. Great! I recommend it!

This place messed up my phone. My fingerprint doesnt work and i have a pink tint on half my screen. On top of that they took 2 weeks to order the new glass and took 3 hours to fix my phone. This place is very shady dont go here.

I really recommend this CCR store, I took my iPhone 6 for the repair because the screen was broken. When I took it they gave me a reasonable price and said they can finish it under 30 min. I agreed to fix it. They gave me a call when it was done. I went to the store they gave me the phone and it looked brand new as if I just bought from the apple-store. I totally recommend CCR repair store

I dropped off my iPad afew months ago now they’re telling me someone picked it up. I never got my iPad, the guy in there try to buy it from me for a 100 dollars. Filing a police report and calling up my lawyers to sue. They never returned my merchandise and are stealing from consumer.
