Yes the stores are open, under the guise of shopping safely. But the sales people are all clustered together with no social distancing playing with their little tablets and if you dont happen to have an appointment theyre not actually willing to help you. So you can go shop somewhere else. I guess they have enough business they dont actually care if youre a customer or not

I want to like this store, but the experience I had today was not the best. I recently broke my Galaxy A50 and went to trade it in. A store associate helped me pick out a new Galaxy. I asked about trading in my phone, and he went to speak with his manager about this. Upon returning, he said I would be able to trade the phone in for $100. I said that this sounded good and moved forward with purchasing the phone. After the transaction was completed, the store associate informs me that my old phone doesnt actually meet one of the requirements and will not be able to be traded in for the amount he said earlier. This is after I already bought the new Galaxy believing what he initially told me about the trade in value. I told him that I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years, and surely he could keep his word on the trade in value he first told me. I was disappointed that he did not. This is a shame because it was a positive experience up to that point, and I feel like I should be able to trust the sales associates. It ended my shopping experience on a very negative note. I will have to consider going to other locations next time I am on the market for a new phone.

This place is one of the worst experiences i hav had in a long time.So I walked in .Im the only customer at the time. They asked me what I needed to do. I tell them . Or him. then he said oh hold on a sec. As a customer walks in. So then he blew me off. And helped the person who walked in after me. To make things worse. There is a Young girl that worked there. And she was taking selfies and fixing her make up. Didnt help by the way!

What a headache! I went to this store Sunday to open a new account. I wanted to transfer two lines from an existing Verizon plan and bring in a third line from T-Mobil to the new plan. The rep that helped me added the T-Mobil line to the account that I was trying to transfer the other two lines out from. Now I have to wait 30 days to be able to transfer it to the newly opened account. Which means paying a higher rate on the two new lines for the first month. The representative was nice enough but not professional at all.

I just became a VeriZon customer. I had some issues to set up my autopay because I lost my original password. Representative, Justin, he was very kind and nice and professional. He spent a lot of time and solved a lot of problems I couldn’t solve myself. He even helped me to understand this to set up my account. I am really happy for his really detailed help. I’m 100% satisfied.

Movement of customers in line is horrible. Long spans of time before a Verizon person comes outside to assess customer needs. One customer at 12pm was stuck without assistance for 10 minutes. The flow is mismanaged.

I came in because my phone was telling me that I don’t have mobile hotspot on my plan, even though I do. I was told that it was on my plan (which I knew) and that it should show up (which I also knew). The first thing they suggested was to upgrade the plan for one that “definitely has hotspot” which I found odd because I already had it. I asked what they would do if a new plan didn’t fix it, and they said if that didn’t fix it they’d just call support, which is just the same line customers use. Totally useless, and dishonest.

If you want a positive experience, stay away from this place.Bunch of entitled punks that are rude and ignorant to customer satisfaction.It started with me walking in and trying to ask for a SIM card. I have a Verizon account but its a sales type of account, so I knew there would be limitations, but did not know a SIM card was one of them.The guy that started helping me was nice, and trying to find ways to help. He asked for my number and I gave it to him, he said that he is not able to access that account. I told him I was just looking for a SIM card, and he said, Let me check with my manager if I can get you one. He comes back and says that he confirmed with his manager that he cant get me a SIM card because he cant access my account.OK, I tried updating him on what I needed... Told him, Well, does it matter if I dont want to activate the SIM card right away? I just need a cold SIM card that I can activate later. He starts looking around and his co-worker, some dude with a ponytail and tattoos stops him and tells him, No! You cant give him a SIM card. As if I wasnt there. So I turn around and gave him my attention. He tells me that the SIM cards are actually by inventory and they cost $20. I said, ok, I will buy one... And he completely ignored my request.Then the other employees start telling me NO, but with an attitude... As if I was begging for a damaged phone to be replaced.. And as if I didnt hear the first time they told me NO. At this point, I was no longer being persistent, I was just trying to educate myself as to why I cant even buy one, and why they werent able to give me one at all.It doesnt matter what type of account I had, I am a Verizon customer, and I was being treated like if I wasnt. Never going to visit this store again. Even if I ever drop from a sales account, I am not going to visit this place filled with these arrogant, ignorant excuses for customer service. I hope you guys read this and realize that the way you were treating me does not look good for Verizon.The only guy that was nice to me is the first guy that greeted me at the door. When he told me NO, it was with information as to why, and no attitude.

My mother and I went it to upgrade phones. Are sales associate was very polite and super helpful. One problem was the plan on our account didn’t change. After calling Verizon support the next day to change them they still didn’t. Had to go back into the store a few days later to get our plan properly adjusted. The second issue was we got 2 cases for the wrong phones and had to exchange them.

Some of these reviews are brutal. You sound like a bunch of self entitled babies. “I waited 40 min” probably more like 20. I went in there, not knowing what to really expect. Hoping to get in and get out. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady, whom was already helping someone at the time. She checked me in and I waited. 15 min had gone by, I was then approached by a consultant, who shook my hand and introduced himself professionally. Long story short. He helped me get the best plan available. Pointed out all the discounts I was missing out on. He leveled with me. He didn’t try to sell me on accessories that I wouldn’t be needing. I walked out of there with a knee phone for my daughter and a new unlimited line for it. It raised my bill by $40. I thought my bill would double but, with the mentioned discounts and a lot of questions asked, I made out like a bandit. I can’t say I get the same respect or results when using the texting platform in the Verizon app. It’s useless. But, because of the great service in store, they have a customer for life!

Representative lied. Tried to sell me a screen guard for a S-10, I declined but later found out that it already came with the phone from the factory. Sensitive issue as well because fingerprint recognition happens (not very well) through the screen guard.Said I had 5 days to return my wifes old iPhone for a $200 credit which Will reduce your bill by about $9.I arranged time to bring it in and wait through the queue only to find out that the offer was only if we upgraded to unlimited data. The bill reduction actually became an increase and I literally wasted a trip to the store and a 2 hours finding this out.We have never exceeded out data plan in all the years of being verizon customers but he was willing to sell us one.When I confronted the sales person on these issues he cowered and literally walked away without saying anything. They just lied to me, sold me a device (Mifi) for $200 saying we would have unlimited high speed internet through it. It was max 15GB, and when we came to return the equipment (that was useless, since we could just use our phones hot spots) they said no returns on equipment. Even though it doesnt provide the service they promised. So thats how they work: lie to you, sell you something that doesnt work, and leave you with the money loss. What is $200 for a store this big? Sad to live in a time when businesses rather damage a family and have no honor than to just fix they mistakes and lose 200 dollars.

Every time I have gone into this location I get the best service. I bought a Samsung Active 2 smart watch from Samsung and I came in to get it activated to my account. I had the amazing Hien help me out. He explained the process of what will happen to my account even before we began, he also helped me sync my phone to the watch, he also answered my questions about possibly adjusting my account without over selling me. We also talked about phones, Iphone vs. android and models of andriod phones I was thinking of upgrading to. He is an AMAZING person to speak to and ask! He has a great way of explaining how and why you would use either or. So if you are thinking of possibly switching devices or upgrading and tech means a lot to you but you are just indecisive, ask for Hien! He can talk you through making the right decision on a device. And his customer service skills are excellent.! Yes the parking is a pain but well worth going to this location in general.

Terrible experience.Promised me one thing, then after I paid, completely changed the story and then refused to refund my money and stated its to late you already signed.Went in to upgrade from my Note 8 to the Note 10 +. The Note 8 has $300 trade in credit which the employee told me would be applied to my next bill. He told me I had to pay off my $160 existing balance on my Note 8 before we could do the upgrade. I paid the $160 and right after he told me I would be getting $12.50 off of my next 24 monthly payments, completely contradicting what he previously told me. I decided this was not a good decision for me as I expected to get the $300 back in a few days via a bill credit. I asked for the $160 to be refunded and they told me they cant do that. Manager agreed. Left with no new phone and out $160.

Was told i could drop off my old phone by one of the workers. When i went to drop it off they told me i had to take it to fedex. They also dont do anything there anymore. You go in for a problem you have and they tell you that you have to call tech support. That is why i went there.

The coverage is very good, however their customer service USED TO BE excellent, the last couple of years declined dramatically,They have a G P S tracking device called HUM, IT IS BAD NEWS, most of the time it doesnt work on Samsung telephone or Google pixel 2, and teck support are aware of the problem but they dont do anything about it, and of course VERIZON refuse to intervene, BUT VERIZON refuse to release me out of the contract and they expect the bill paid even though I am not getting half of what I was promised, and believe me I was not asking for things were not told that the device performance.I DONT RECOMMEND THE HUM FROM VERIZON. IT IS NOTHING BUT WASTING MONEY AND THE AGGRAVATIONS IS NOT WORTH IT.BR WARE, once you sign up you are STUCK.

Went in for an upgrade. There was a minor scratch on my phone and the associate told me I needed to pay 424.00 (my remaining amount to fully pay off the phone) because it wasnt in perfect condition in addition to the 110 dollars for tax and upgrade fee- totaling to almost 550.00 dollars. These phones are sold directly back to Apple for salvage. Will never take my business back to this store. These employees dont understand customer service at all.
