Horrible experience... went in to get a couple of new lines, walked away with none and the hassle of getting on phone with VZW customer service to fix their mistake. I wanted a line with new phone and another for the phone I already owned and had with me(compatible with VZW)... I mentioned I want the line for which I have a phone already right away, since the phone I wanted was not in back order. After trying multiple times to create the account and order, somehow my dude ordered the line with new phone first and then he realized he cant order the 2nd line for phone I had IN MY HAND since the first order put the account on pending status!!! Now, instead of trying to fix this, he went out of his way to come up with all sorts of excuses in order to cover his mistake. To make matters worse, he then tried to turn the table on me saying I wasnt clear about what I wanted!!! Ummmmm, really? I mean you mess up, man up, own it and fix it. Dont B$ the customer... I have just choice words, but will refrain...
I just got new phones from there and the girl was super helpful and the store was about to close but she stayed there for long time . The girl working there deserves it and my best wishes to her .

I went to add a phone which I came in with Hosea says we have this deal free phone with tablet so great well 4 months later Im paying still over $100 for a free phone a tablet I didnt want I told him I could not afford this he kept assuring me that it would be all straighten out so now I guess I am going to find another phone company.
Jonathon, was great! Make sure to ask for him because he gave excellent customer service. I have had terrible experiences with other Verizon stores but this store made me change my mind about switching over to AT&T. I also notice this store is open 2 hours earlier than the other Verizon stores around the area which was very convenient for me.

Went in to get a sim card installed. The service was quick and very professional. He gave me a lot of valuable info about my phone.
I would not come back to this location again just notice they added protection plan on my my line without notice. And the manger couldnt do anything for a exchange for my phone I bought with the 14 day return policy.

I came in late December to transfer 3 lines from another carrier and was told about a promotion where they give you $100 for each line and $300 for each smartphone. I told the guy that sounded too good to be true and I was right. Between the misinformation that they gave me at the store and the number of screw ups by Verizon it has been a nightmare trying to collect the $1200 that was promised me.
Great help, needed a car charging cord for my new phone.

DONT GO TO THIS LOACTION. This is not a Verizon operated store. It is an authorized dealer. The sales person lied about the price of adding a new line to my current service to add a promotional tablet to my account. They charge for services company operated stores do for free. Do yourself a favor and drive 1.5 miles down Blossom Hill past Oakridge to an actual Verizon store that will answer your questions honestly and not take advantage of you.
