Pretty good prices for quality stuff. Customer experience is typical of a Chinese/Indian kind of store - dont expect niceties as they are too busy but they do try and accommodate you even after hours! Got quartz as well as LVP VINYL SPC flooring from here. My contractor tells me both the stuff looks pretty good for the price I paid. 10% discount if you use licensed contractor info. 10% restocking fee for returns.

Countertop was not installed to the wall leaving a huge gap! This could have been avoided if the installer told us. We could have just purchased a larger slab.

Just ordered my cabinets. They look nice and the pricing is competitive but I’m concerned about the quality. The spacing between the cabinet doors are off, the drawers don’t sit completely centered, and the hinges are attached so that they can’t be easily adjusted. My contractor is having to reattach the hinges.Some hinges are screwed in so tightly that they’ve split the wood. Looks like they were rushing through the assembly process.

- over sell.- not reply msg/call.I bought my kitchen cabinets here the other day. and when i went there for picking up. they didnt have the molding, and told me to come back again after another 2-3 days.Then i been there the 2nd trip after 3 days. They told me they still didnt have it. But saying it was in stock at Hayward warehouse. They promised me again to come the next day after 2pm and they would get it from Hayward by then, meanwhile the sales person gave me her personal number to follow up.The next day i texted her after 2pm, she still said not yet.Then after another 3-4 days, i texted her and call her, but she wasnt answering no more...Then I been there the 3 time, that sales person wasnt in shop. I asked for help from another young sale person, but she was only repeating: no more stock. sold out. no more stock. sold out. and didnt want to help our situation...It took us finding the last sale lady who was willing to help. She said not even in Hayward warehouse this molding was in stock... and we found we were not the only one who they sold air to... The lady eventually gave us a solution to use a different molding and cut it a bit to fit in. Im giving 2 star instead of 1 star, because the last lady helped us, I think she deserved some good review.too bad the shops customer service is and the warehouse management it. I wont recommend it to me friends... =(

You are not going to get service at this place, i really mean it. they offer cheap cabinets and stuff. there will be no service whatsoever. i am buying stuff to renovate a property for resale than personal use so i dont mind as much. heres my example. i used yoyo to order xyz. i paid thousands for it. I had questions on what i purchased. she is no where to be found, either not working that day or busy. they force you to only speak to your designer than anyone in the store. that is messed up so if your designer is busy, youre not gona get help from anyone at this store. you been warned. so the only good thing w them is their pricing. i cant speak for the material. as i havent gotten my stuff yet.

Very bad service. No one will help you to find what you want. Even you want to talk to someone they will tell you I am very busy. I don’t have time to talk to you. I don’t know who is the manager.very rude. Typically rude. Although I am a Chinese. They are Chinese too. I think they are too much to the customers!! Even in some uneducated place in the world people who serve you won’t behave like that. Don’t buy anything here . They insult the customers all the time!!

Perfect place to be if you are looking for tiles and countertops. We purchased our tiles and quartz from Unimarble. They offer a wide selection of items, and the pricing is reasonable. Their shower panels are my favorite. Outside their warehouse, you can find discounted quartz and granite.Customer service is so-so & they don’t pick up their phone. However, I must say that their people were all helpful and knowledgeable during our visit.Parking is okay, and the lot is somehow clean. All signages related to Covid-19 required by the county to be posted were adequately posted. Social distancing marks are also visible easily. All of their employees (office and warehouse) that we saw were wearing a face mask.If you are visiting, consider wearing gloves, especially if you intend to touch the tiles and quartz. I do notice that they clean the surface, but an extra layer of protection cannot hurt.We enjoyed our time here.

This is an amazing store in the Bay Area that has Building Supplies. Theyre great night and stone is really at a good price and there are lots of options. Its a good place for kitchen cabinets countertops vanities and bathroom Stone. It seems to be distributor of some manufacturer so the prices are really good and the service is reasonably good. They do have some basic operational shops in the back for fixing minor defects

Sorry, but this is very good quality, inexpensive tile. Period. You can save yourself THOUSANDS of dollars on your remodel if you buy tile here. You have to be willing to play by their rules and their selection is limited. However, they have lots of tile ready to pick up there and then. I just got a large amount of big white subway tiles and octagonal tiles for my bathroom niche and shower floor as well as wood-like huge floor tiles (ceramic, but look kinda like wood). I painted my walls birds egg blue and put in a double white vanity and cool sleek white tub. My bathroom looks FANTASTIC! The is the second bathroom that I have done using Uni Tile, and I am now planning my kitchen remodel. I will go back there for sure.

Most horrible customer service - the lady who helped us purchase was very nice and helpful. We purchased counter tops, shower walls and vanities.They called us pick up the vanities which were part of the order as they said they did not have room to keep them so we had the contractor do so even though he was not ready to install them. Today he went to pick up the remaining items and they asked for yellow paper - which was given when the contractor picked up the cabinets - during that process there was some mix-up - bottom line the contractor now did not have it but he had copies of the invoice - and there were copies in the shops files showing cabinets were picked up and balance items were not yet picked up. I went over personally to the shop to resolve this - The manager on duty has no idea how to behave with customers - she insisted on charging 10% for not having the yellow paper - after lot of arguments, she indicated she was doing a one time favor by charging only 5%.What kind of business does not honor their own records?Worst experience. Avoid at all costs.

There is NO customer service in this place. 15% restocking fee and won’t let me pick up my order with a photo including credit card receipt. KZ Kitchen which is one of their competitors does a much better job. Don’t buy from this place!!!

Im only giving one star because I cant give zero. I spent a lot of money purchasing cabinets and quartz counter tops for three bathrooms. They were due yesterday, we called before arriving and confirmed they were in. Arrived at the instructed time, but two cabinets are missing -- they actually wanted us to drive to Hayward to pick up! Um, no. Then last night, the sales person called to say the missing cabinets are in, and to pick up after 2pm. I got here at 2.30, guess what? Theyre not assembled! To add insult to injury,the guy on the loading dock is YELLING at me, because Im unhappy. Unacceptable. Spend your money somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give no stars if possible. I bought cabinets and counter top and other items from them and first off, the display model is completely different from the product I received . Not only was it assembled poorly but the material was cheap and screws were constantly falling off. I looked into their return policy (which was not disclosed) and there were only exchanges wothin 24 hours with a minimum 10% restocking fee.After this I was on the phone for almost am hour and constantly getting hung up on. I spoke to 4 different gentlemen that said theyd give me a call back within an hour and no calls or attempts were made.

Our kitchen counter look HORRIBLE, especially when the day-light is shining in from the windows. I HATE them. I should have read reviews beforehand. I purchased a shower door which I did not use after all, then I was still under the 30 day return policy they have and some Indian guy in the counter told me that I could not return it because they don’t take shower doors back, I was like seriously!!!?? That’s not stated on the policy terms !! he just kept on saying we can’t !! We can’t!!! And he also was rude to me and said that the store was not homedpot, some other guy was having the same issue at the moment I was there, his was worst he told me he had purchased 5000 dollars on cabinets and that he got some defective ones and wanted to get replacements but they were not willing to do that and he was arguing with the manager some Asian lady and he said that at the end they ended up denying his request because it was not they’re fault, these people have very bad business ethics.

This place has nothing to call customer service after you purchase and pay.They did not give us all the items we bought.They didn’t not go over every items that we bought but told us to count the number of cabinets we only. We came back for the missing toe kicks. They told us to purchase new ones and call us back after one week. They never called. We came back and asked them after 2 weeks they said they couldn’t check and it was our fault.

This is a great wholesale warehouse. If you want a full service design center, this is not it. However, if you know what you want and are looking for the cheapest prices, Uni Marble is amazing. RaeAnne and Angela are great.

They cut the two cook top holes the wrong size and then recommended I buy bigger cook tops. Seriously? ...then proceeded to also err on the other two slabs. I had to show them how to use a compas to make a radius guide for a corner cut. They were going to do it by eye. Again, seriously?! Poor quality materials, little help in the warehouse, confusing and disorganized loading bay and then the install from hell. Pay the extra few hundred to have it done right and avoid wasting an extra day with the re-install and the stress of it all.

One star is too much for them. Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in a store. They just ignore you and tell you to talk with someone else. Finally we put the orders in and when we wanted to pick up they said they don’t have it, even though they called us the day before.

Horrible customer serviceWe went there to design our kitchen cabinets. They dont have appointments and so went ready to wait. Initially they said someone will help as soon as computer becomes free and then they said person is not free. We continued to wait. Around 30 minute mark, I asked for an approximate estimate on when some one can help us. Their answer was We dont know...you have to just wait. We did for some more time and then got the same response upon prompting again near the 45th minute mark....Then we just left.Not sure if they are interested in selling anything to new customers.Update: We went there again for granite based on our contractor recommendations. This time we were helped by a decent employee (Manjeet) and things went smooth. It looks most are bad but if you can get hold of few (may be 2) good employees, you are set.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I was informed AFTER it was installed that they sold me soft quartz counter tops and that they should not be used in kitchens. Nice, I was in several times and nothing indicated any differences in quartz counter tops or uses other than in kitchens or baths (they sell cabinets for kitchens and baths!!!!)Anyway they said they cant do anything, if I even put a dish on the surface it leaves a scratch, a wine glass leaves a spot.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY SELL SUBSTANDARD MATERIALS!

We purchased granite tops and backsplashes for our new kitchen and my contractor installed it about a month ago. Then we found many blemishes on the top (dents, cracks, scratches). We called the store but they did not accept our claim about product quality issue. So we visited the store and talked to the store manager Lotus. She came back with us in email that she will come with her GM Henry to inspect and further discuss solutions. Then she rescheduled it twice within a couple weeks in a short notice. Finally she said in email she will come with her GM this evening. But they never showed up, nor gave us a call or an email that they cannot come. Their products are poor in quality and their customer service is far below expectation. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

Im going to give those guys 5stars. I bought two full kitchens from them over the years and have two more coming. Yes the service may not be perfect, its a warehouse but you get what you pay for. If you can point me to the place that has better selection and quality with at least the same pricing, i will be glad to check. I had no issues with granit and onyx slabs and at times i picked up when purchased and a few times i marked the items i liked and picked up later. I picked up kitchen cabinets assembled and boxed whenever it was convenient for me. They may be understuffed at times and you may need to wait a bit longer than some place but if you expect a boutique experience just dont go there and bash the place. Its not a botique store and it never meant to be. It may not have everything in there nut it has enough of selection to satisfy many different tastes when it comes to materials. As far as kitchen cabinets they only have like 5 choices, so it is very simple, you either like it or not. The bottom line is you get a great deal for what you get. If you are not ready to deal with some minor hassle to work through it, get a contractor and let them do the job for you. But in that case they will not pick the right color or will not get something on time, right? Life happens, things dont always go as expected or scheduled in a remodel or construction in general, just accept it ;) there are things you cant change.I will by from those guys again. That being said, i didnt use their install it cutting services, so cant comment on that side.

Good prices on tiles but limited selection. Not all service reps at the front counter are helpful. Some are downright pointing you to the wrong section due to their ignorance of their own store. But if you can find what you need, you can’t beat the price on tiles.
