So far Ive purchased (3) bathroom vanity cabinets from Kingway. I must say, their construction is head-and-shoulders above all the rest. No particle board at all. All solid hard wood. Dovetailed drawers. Soft close mechanisms on all drawers, and they fully and completely extend outward. After researching where to buy bathroom vanities, I went to all the places on my short list to look at the cabinet construction and quality; after comparison Kingway cabinets *are* hands down, better quality than others. I just finished installing my second Kingway bathroom vanity. In this case a 30 bathroom vanity with one door on the left, and two drawers on the right (see pics). Every aspect of this vanity cabinet is better construction. I already installed a 36 vanity (cherry shaker style). Their staining of the cabinet is also very consistent. See the pics attached. Without any doubt, I will come back to Kingway to purchase any other bathroom vanities in the future, as they really are higher quality than most others (beats all aspects of any vanity from Home Depot or Lowes).

Just check out their Yelp for a real insight into how they run their business. They provide very poor quality product and then make bogus claims that the reason their product is consistently problematic is because it needs to be installed by a professional contractor. I consulted a professional contractor and even he said their product is faulty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So far so good. With a little patience and understanding youll walk out with a good product for a fair price. I found Kingway Cabinets to be just a bit better than some of the local competitors. The cabs themselves had metal corner braces and the wood was just a little better quality. This is the second time working with them and Ill go back a third. Communication isnt perfect, I dont speak Mandarin and their command of the English language isnt great, but its worth carefully reviewing the details, theyll come through. My last project cabs were ready in 3 days, I was impressed with the speed and over all quality.

Steer far away from this merchant. File class action lawsuit against their fraudulent business. First of all, this merchant has many outfits and the quote I got from this shop/location is 3 times as much as I get from other locations of the same business. The lady at the counter lied about some restocking fee after I cancel my order the day after. She has done nothing to service her client but harassment. The contract is awfully written that you will see they tried everything they can to put in clause after clause how they want to rob you of your money for doing NOTHING. She thinks she has the right to withhold your money even after you call and cancel the order and they have done NOTHING at all. For all their past customers if you have been lied to about restocking fee and charged cancellation or restocking fee should contact the lawyer to file class-action lawsuit against this fraudulent business.

I have both 2 kitchen cabinet sets for apartments from Kingway San Jose the quality has been much better than average. I also have bought 4 vanity cabinets from them and I can say the same. Their prices is better than the rest.

Buying cabinets for the first time. Both Frank and Ting were very helpful. They asked questions which brought out gaps in my measurement. I went back to my kitchen twice. But we were able to utilize our space better.Order was done in 7 days, faster than our project needed!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at the Kingsway office in Livermore. When we opened a cabinet from the box, the door had a huge dent and scratch, which had been filled with a white filler and the factory gloss was even over it. When we took it to be returned, we just brought the door as our contractor had installed everything else in order to meet his deadline. Three employees yelled and berated us, calling us liars in front of my son. No offer of replacement or fixing was even mentioned, they simply argued with us and were defensive from the very moment they saw it. That is not our fault! were the first words from their mouths, I never said it was, just that it arrived this way and we would like a replacement. In the end I simply said I wont be treated this way and took my son out the door. I then turned around and said this is the worst customer service I have ever had, to which they replied with a snide Thank you.
