I should have walked out immediately after walking in. The first employee I came across practically snarled at me, I said hello to him. Another employee was helping other customers, so I walked through the showroom and outside yard alone in search of a piece of travertine or granite to serve as a base for my Buddha. When I returned to the showroom after walking around for 10 or 15 minutes, an employee did ask if I needed help. After explaining what I was looking for, he showed me some granite tile that would work for my purpose. I only needed 3 tiles, I get it, Im not a big sale, and I was definitely treated as such. Whatever, I was already time committed at this point, so I paid cash for the tiles and waited 10 minutes for my tile to be brought out to my car. I saw only the top piece which looked fine. When I got home I discovered that the corner of 1 tile was broken off, and the 3rd tile was polished, not honed which iis what I purchased. What a joke. I will never do business here againI have been doing business with Bullnose Tile next door for more than 20 years, and they are WONDERFUL! STAY AWAY FROM TEZ!

Good quality tiles and slabs.

About a month ago we bought a slab from Tez Marble for $1,760. Few days later our contractor told us we can not use that slab around the fire place so we went back and canceled it and got tiles. They assured us that they would credit the slab back. We have called them several times and have only gotten a run aroundWe now are $1,760 is debt and have to put a credit card stop and dispute :-(

This is a terrific tile shop. We were looking for a sparkly vanity top and found one in black with blue and gold to match our bathroom. The employees are good to work with. I will be back for our next project.

This company has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is horrible. They dont return phone calls, meet deadlines, and have 0 respect for the paying customer.

These guys are a joke. Got my counter top from them, and when I got it home, i found a blemish. They would not take it back, so Im now stuck with a blemish on my nice counter top. They said You signed for it...SO... you be darn sure when you sign for something you look it up in down. Also, I asked who is the orignal manufacturer of the counter top (so I could talk with them)... they said I dont know.. China. YIKES... thats a bit scary!.Stay away!!!

Dont buy from them. I purchased marbles for kitchen floor. My contractor picked them up. When I saw the marbles, 30 pieces of 60 pieces were either broken or with holes and chips. They refused to refund me since my contractors signed..And when they signed, these marble were wrapped in package, no one can see anything!
