Anthony, owner of the Plumbing Gallery has the most wonderful customer service and beautiful products. Due to Covid, orders were difficult and beyond his control, however Anthony did everything he possibly could to make my customer experience good. I highly recommend the Plumbing Gallery.
Suzanne is excellent as an advisor on bathroom fittings..
Anthony is awesome! I have a non-standard plumbing setup for my tub and needed new valves and handles. Anthony went out of his way to find the exact replacement parts I needed and spent a fair amount of time with me to figure it out. I felt that he really cared about me and my project and I really appreciate his professionalism and diligence in helping me. I highly recommend Anthony and the Plumbing Gallery!
These guys are fantastic. I was looking for a part they didnt have in stock but they were able to pull it from a demo product and they didnt even charge me for the part. They then showed me some diagrams and gave me some specific info on how to install the part. I highly recommend them - outstanding customer service!!!
Waited a month for my sink and faucet with no updates from the store. Told plumbing supply lines would be included but werent, cost additional $200 for the plumber to provide at install. Pop up drain did not fit the sink, these are supposed to be standard but the rubber gasket was too large. Koehler did not properly align the sink holes for the hardware, they are more than 1/2 inch off and look bad. I asked the store at pick up if they checked the sink, they said they had but clearly didnt catch this. Disappointed but I dont think I spent enough for The Plumbing Gallery to care.
Fantastic place. We are building a house in Arizona and decided to buy all our plumbing from The Plumbing Gallery. Anthony gave us great pricing, shipped all our supplies when needed, and worked with us every step of the way. Also very knowledgeable on what to purchase.

Id like to take this opportunity to thank Todd at the The Plumbing Gallery for his exceptional service. I was in need of a replacement toilet with certain size restrictions. Todd was extremely helpful in my selecting a new toilet that would fit in the space I had, showing me different options, and discussing all aspects of my purchase. Todd also assisted me in selecting a Plumber to install my new toilet, set up the appointment for me, and when the toilet arrived, loaded it into my car. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Gallery for any plumbing needs. I know I will definitely visit them for any future projects. Thanks so much.
Todd, Anthony and Dan are some of nicest people Ive ever met, and they have set the Gold standard for service. The Plumbing Gallery was recommended by my contractor for a small bathroom remodel. I didnt want your standard Home Depot/Lowes fixtures, but being that it is a small hallway bathroom for my kids and guests, I wanted something that would fit the look we were going for, clean and modern, and wouldnt look dated in years to come. On my initial visit with my wife and kids Todd was very patient and explained a lot to me that I never even thought of, such as how the different manufactures are systems and have proprietary roughing. I saw some beautiful fixtures that honestly Ill probably be looking at when we remodel our master bath, but he pointed out a few systems and we found exactly what we were looking for. We started with the shower fixture first. He pointed out something that I never saw before. Essentially the shower could rise or lower along a mount. My kids can keep it lower now and raise it as they got older and taller. My wife loved it. He had the roughing right there in the store as that was what our contractor would need before he could do the tiling. Once the shower fixture was picked, he showed us the faucets, and tub filer within the system and it couldnt have been easier. Honestly the hardest part was picking amongst the beautiful fixtures. We were gutting everything including the tub and commode, and I was looking at the Toto series and Todd explained a bit about how their system worked. Shortly thereafter, we had to leave for my daughters activity, but I purchased the roughing with the intent of returning to purchase the fixtures. The next day I returned and Todd was busy with another customer so Anthony took care of me. Todd already had everything pending in the system when I noted to Anthony I still needed to pick a commode. Funny enough, there is more to a commode than I ever thought. Anthony explained what the current code is, and the differences within the Toto systems I was looking at. He also told me about comfort height. I would have never known, or even thought about what goes into the design of a commode. Its a commode. I went with Anthonys recommendation and he was right.Initially my concern was getting the fixtures in as not to delay my contractor. Obviously the big box stores have the things on the shelf right in front of you, but this was a non-issue. Everything I ordered was available for pick up the next day. I had visited another showroom and they were saying at least a couple of weeks. When I went to pick up my order, I was literally 1/2 mile away from the showroom on Camden, stuck in rush hour traffic. The store closes at 5:30PM and I was about to call and let them know I simply wasnt going to make it because of traffic. I made a wrong turn, which actually helped me avoid traffic and I got to the showroom about 10 minutes before it closed. I met Dan and was telling him about my saga and he just looked and me and said, If youre ever going to be late to pick up your order, just call me and let me know and Ill wait for you. I couldnt believe it. I thought hed just want to close up and go home, but we ended up chatting a bit about a TV show I happened to be wearing the T-Shirt of, and then he gave me some good advice about keeping all the manuals for the fixtures because they have the manufacture part numbers in case I ever needed replacement parts. Then he helped me load all the stuff into my vehicle.I have to say The Plumbing Gallery gave me complete 5 Star service. I will recommend them to anyone looking for fixtures and I will definitely go back to them when I pull the trigger on our master bath remodel. They not only know what they are talking about, they are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. Our bathroom is now done and I couldnt be happier with the way it looks. The fixtures were exactly what we wanted.
At other places, its hard to get customer service, but not here! Superior customer service is the norm and they have a concern for their customers success. They found the exact right insides for my leaking cold water faucet which they had in stock. No one has everything all the time, but they sure try hard to have the parts there for you! They showed me how to fix it.
The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Anthony was great. He heard my needs and directed me towards the solution for my problem in moments. (I hate the side handle on kitchen faucets)We talked about a couple of options made a decision and we were finished in less than 20 minutes. Who knew finding a replacement for my kitchen sink would be so easy when the manufacturers have zero imagination and seem to be producing one design for faucets? The icing on my cake? Anthony saved me some $$ and the parts will be delivered to my house. Thanks Anthony and The Plumbing Gallery.

We were re-doing my little bathroom and it was challenging because although it was small, I wanted it to be fabulous. Plus…I was on a budget. I’d heard that The Plumber’s Gallery had a beautiful showroom and I was not disappointed. Wow. I was expecting everything to be overpriced like the other bathroom showrooms we’d been to and found that while they had beautiful top-end items, they also had gorgeous midrange items. Very reasonable. Yippee!Anthony, the owner, helped us and I explained my very exacting requirements in finding the perfect toilet: small, beautiful, skirted, quiet and on budget. Anthony was sweet, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. He made so much sense and was able to eliminate some toilets that were my top choices. I’d spent days on the internet doing research on toilets including Consumer Reports and looking at reviews on Home Depot. The final toilet was perfect and amazingly it was less than Home Depot - imagine that! I could also get it the next day. Hurrah! We’re also building an addition to our home and will be using Anthony’s expertise for everything in our new “bathroom.” We couldn’t be happier.
After being discouraged from attempting a DIY repair at a plumbing supply store around De Anza/85, I ended up here.Dan was amazingly helpful, copied the exploded views of the Grohe valve, helped identify the parts and ordered them for next day delivery and provided valuable advice on how to complete the project... And I did.Thank you, Dan, Im coming back whenever I need any plumbing fixtures or supplies!
