There are 2 people who make the end-end experience at Magnolia home theatre fantastic at this location. Brian Corbin the General Manager who is a fantastic guy and easy to work with as he takes genuine interest in helping customers and next is Albert Rivera Lozoya. Albert is really passionate about high quality sound and video. It is not just a job for him, he truly has a deep understanding of gear they carry, which one suites best for what purpose. He takes great interest in understanding a customer’s requirement and goes the extra mile to exceed expectations. Albert is one of those rare professionals whom at first meeting you begin to trust. He harbors no vested interest and purely focused on guiding you and helping you to make the right decisions. Ask for Albert if you are shopping for home audio or video gear, you will truly be happy with the whole experience when someone genuinely cares about your wants. These 5 stars go out to Albert.
Very disappointed with this dept. Alfredo the sales mgr was very friendly to sell us a Magnolia TV mantel with all kinds of promises. He said it would take 15 days for the mantel to arrive but if we decided not to wait we could cancel it anytime that evening. Within AN HOUR we decided not to wait and ordered another type from the Best Buy stock to pick it up next day. Right away we called Magnolia (6pm) mgr to cancel the order and a salesman answered. He said the mgr was on break for lunch and would soon return our call. An hour went by and no call from Alfredo. We called again at 7pm but the salesman told us that the mgr was not available. He said the mgr had told him that he had already cancelled the order and REVERSED the charge to our credit card. We then asked for an email confirmation of the cancellation, but the mgr told the subordinate that they dont give confirmations and anyway the order was already cancelled. Four days later we noticed two charges on our credit card from Best Buy. This time we went to the Best Buy store mgr and complained. The Best Buy manager sent us with a store mgr to speak with Alfredo to reverse the charge. Alfredo reversed it but he was no longer friendly and was trying to hit us with a restocking fee.
