Tony, at Blossom Hill TV is the go to person for service and repair of modern televisions in Silicon Valley. He is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and he is the one that the local Samsung sites call when they need service on their own screens. They know that he offers more skill, and superior service, compared to their own authorized network, which is very mediocre (check their Yelp Reviews) ..Tonys rates are very reasonable, however he has not chosen to become authorized by the major manufacturers because they pay completely inappropriate amounts for in-warranty service.You can really save yourself a lot of hassle, by just starting out with the best. I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Blossom Hill TV. I spoke with the owner, Tony, last week to get an estimate on how much it would be to repair a TV I have had for at least 10 years that I was told needed a new sensor. I had received some outrageous quotes from several other vendors previously, but I thought I would give it one more try since Blossom Hill TV had received some great reviews on Yelp. Well deserved!Including a nominal charge to pick up and deliver my TV, I could not have gotten a better deal. I had the privilege of meeting Tony in person when I paid him. He is such a sweet, honest man. My TV is working like new and it is wonderful to know that small businesses like his are still able to be successful. Tony takes pride in his work and seemed to really care that I was satisfied with the job. How refreshing it is to feel like a person and not like a number. At some point, you take a stand against the disposable economy. My almost new Sony took a dive shortly after mfr warranty expired last week. I couldnt really afford to replace it, in fact had just finished paying it off (of course). A quick search for repair facilities demonstrated that we dont really have interest in fixing things any more...but then there was Blossom Hill Television.Over the phone, Tony was able to accurately diagnose the problem with my television (apparently a common problem with this model...sounds like Planned Obsolescence in action here), gave me an estimate, and arranged to come and pick the TV up last Thursday. He let me know it would probably be next Thursday before its return.Flash forward to Monday, and Tony lets me know that its all done and fixed and he can drop it back by tomorrow. 3 days early, and $115 under budget.Rarely have I had such a positive customer experience, but I just have to crow from the peaks about the quality of Tony and his team. Dont discard...repair!

Tony from Blossom Hill TV installed my Plasma TV a number of years ago and connected everything (Blu-Ray, CD player, Turntable etc) through my Receiver and programmed my Universal Remote so I didnt have to have four remotes to operate each item. He is very knowledgeable. I recently got a Firestick so I could get Amazon Prime programs and explained everything to me patiently so I could operate it. Tony goes above and beyond to solve your problems.

Great service! I recently had a monitor in for service but the actual problem was not quite obvious at the time. I finally made a recording of the problem and Tony was able to isolate the problem to the power supply. Once ordered, the repair was completed quickly! I have not experienced any problem with my monitor after the repair.

My Pioneer plasma TV recently had an oversaturated/yellow picture and was in need of repair, so I started researching TV repair shops online. Despite living in FL, I contacted Blossom Hill TV in San Jose, CA. Since Blossom Hill TV has a very high number of positive reviews on Yelp, I figured I could at least give them a call and see if anything could be done. I spoke with Tony, and after a brief amount of troubleshooting, Tony knew exactly what was needed to bring my TV’s picture back from the brink. I purchased a main board directly from him, and he walked me through the installation process with ease. It is very rare to find a repair shop that will go the extra mile to make sure that everything works, as it should, and Tony at Blossom Hill TV truly deserves my absolute highest recommendation.

I called Tony up and explained my TV situation. He told me to bring it in to take a look. Took him less than 1 business day to determine it was my circuit board of my Samsung HDR LED that was causing the TV to malfunction. He applied the initial $40 fee to the total cost, ordered the new circuit board, and I had the TV back in 5 days.I dont normally write reviews for businesses, but I felt the need here. I couldnt be happier with the customer service and the TV fix. He saved me from buying a brand new TV, and as a gamer, I couldnt be happier. I easily got another 2-3 years out of this TV.Please support shops like this and try to fix your TV before you explore buying another one.

The guy came to my house for my samsung tv repair. he actually fixed my tv, but after one week, i see the same problem. i call him again telling him the same problem. he said that he will come to fix it again. since then, he never show up. i tried to call him several times, he did not pickup the phone anymore. he charged me $350 and went away! not responsible!
