Great store with a wide variety of everything. Only downside was the lines.

A mix of Asian and Mexican produce and snacks. Other Lion Markets are only Asian foods. The music is in Spanish. A very interesting combination of cultures.

This store is like a mix between asian/chinese foods and mexican foods. Really strange mix but Im obsessed with all the food they sell. Masks are required but I didnt give this place 5 stars because they didnt limit the amount of people in the store and it was crowded.

This place lists that they are open till 9pm, I drove all the way from Los Altos and they didn’t allow me to go in they stated they close at 8pm, please provide correct info for the consumer, we are willing to shop but be honest. You should’ve honored the request instead of being rude at the door especially if I showed you your business listing.

I like it but not enough to come here regularly. There are variety of Asian vegetables, condiments, seafood. The seafood area has some distinguish odor that is unpleasant. But it looks clean.

Lion is a great market to buy Asian produce and products. They also offer a wide selection of meats, poultry and fish.

Well stocked store, prices seem ok on some foods, but way high on most staple items. Only items that were priced well were the advertised items in their weekly ads. Store was crowded and people were not social distancing at all! Got out quickly without buying anything.

I always get my head on shrimp from here, best prices in the area.

I do recommend this store to all my friends and family this is one of my favorite stores to shop at including the one on the corner of tease in tents theyre the cleanest that Ive seen in San Jose and the friendliest both of the stores the other one that Im talking about is on 1080 South 10th Street you should visit both of these places

Asian market. Good meat, fish, and poultry. Store is somewhat disorganized and sometimes hard to find things.

Go to place for for Choice USDA short ribs. Very in expensive and mostly good to great quality.Also this is where I go for my Al Pastor and taco meat. Crazy to think in Lion market you also are able to get your Mexican grub on too.

The store outside is really dirty,the manager needs to pay attention with homeless people because they made pop in one corner of the store!

Love it or hate they treat you like a thief even if they know you but you cant find there product anywhere else so its ok. Just enjoy the fresh fried fish and and assortment of seafood and all the asian and Mexican things you can find in a grocery store in the United states.

Lion Supermarket/Fresco Supermarket. This store has both Asian and Mexican food items. Its a large, clean store and it has a good ventilation system. I would have given this place 4 stars but my experience and interaction with the employees hasnt been pleasant. The cashiers never smile. 🤔 Ive tried but they wont crack not even a little smirk. This will be a personal challenge for me, make a cashier smile. 😁

Pretty good, but not as much variety as 99 Ranch. Lion has more American and Mexican foods mixed in with the Asian, for more of a neighborhood shop feel vs specialty Asian. Nothing wrong with what they do have for the most part, although some (not all) of the produce seemed a little tired.

Great grocery store -- best place to buy fresh lemon grass, and other harder to find produce and groceries. sometimes a little chaotic (loud and packed), and the store could be a little cleaner, but otherwise a great asian/specialty market with good and fair prices!

Easy to find what I needed, staff was friendly, cashier was fast and w/a smile.

Fruits and vegetables are always fresh! Meat and poultry as well is stocked and fresh. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is there is often some cross contamination. I would like to see the use of butcher paper or bagging meats more often before going on scales. I will continue to shop because I usually buy and cook meats the same day. Prices are very good on all products in the store.

Low prices, enormous selection, quick andquality service. 4 stars instead of 5 because the corner of the store where they sell the fish is rank, but everything else seems fresh and I assume the smell from the fish is not due to old meat but due to display cases that are not thoroughly cleaned. All in all it is a store worth visiting if you are in need of products not found in typical American markets. Just steer clear of that back corner of you are sensitive to strong odors

I hate to buy here cuz, all the Chinese people there always are yelling at me and other Hispanics people and thats no fair. You ask for prices or something that they tagged at one price and when you gonna pay they charge other price. And they started out.

Crackers were what I was looking for and the selection was quite limited and somewhat expensive. When I wanted rice this was theplace though.

They stock hard to find items other asian and american markets dont stock. Large vegetarian and vegan selections as well!

Ive only shoped their meat department and its addicting. Their chicken and beef is so fresh and flavorful! Love it!

Great place to buy sea food. This is more of an Asian Market. You can even buy it fresh fish and they will clean and fry it for you. Prices on the cheap side. Located on the corner of Story and McLaughlin.

Typical of Asian/Hispanic market. Have good deals on fresh meat, and if you want fresh fish and seafood, get it live here, like most Asian markets.

It was so much fun coming to this place seeing all the different products that you cant really find anywhere else Ive been to the line supermarket a little bit farther northwest but I really didnt know this one was down here founded by accident its great to see all the fish even though I dont care for the smell at least you know youre getting real fish and you know what kind of fish are getting and if you come between I believe its 10 and 8 PM they were fried up for you for free. Now thats what I call service

This Asian supermarket is big and clean. They sell everything from dairy products to meat and seafood. If you love coffee, they sell all kinds.

This store and wall mart need a 5 story parking lot garage...you want to wait for an hour and get better prices? Go to costco.

So many cool things that youd never find in a typical grocery, along with some of the funky smells that make the meat dept a place that worries me. I like wandering and usually find a few things to try to expand my palate. Parking is a nightmare

Aisles are too small and tight. But then they have a okay selection of groceries. Produce is at great prices compared to major supermarkets.

I just paid $395.00 for a parking lot since it was towed after parking there for more than 2 hours. Even though I bought $29 of dry food. I was going to buy meat, fish and frozen goods after we came back from getting drinks and checked out the stores around the area. Well, lets say that I will never going to shop there again, ever. After waiting for a hour to go pick up my car with the kids crying in front of the Lion Market, I think I am done shopping there for my life time..... BEWARE of their PARKING LOT!

I come here to buy the coconuts. I dont pay much attention to anything else because they are your typical asian grocery store.... with some really good coconuts.

How can they sell old vegetables thats been sitting there for weeks and the price is outrageous! Example....Breyers ice cream is over $8 which it cost normally $3.49. Green onions cost $.99 each which at other places are 2 for $99.
