These masks are so great. They fit perfectly (loops have adjustable straps). They fit over your nose and chin with separate flaps. There is a spot for a filter for extra protection. Theyre definitely my favorite masks. FURTHERMORE, I ordered a second set for my very elderly mother which I thought hadnt arrived. They refunded me with a smile. But we were wrong. They had arrived, but in her blindness (91 in an elderly home) she didnt see them. I tried to pay Baggu as they already refunded me. They said, Please have your mother enjoy them with our compliments. What company does this? ORDER their masks because theyre great. Do it with confidence because the company is great.Ellen, PA

Ordered Baggu online and during shipping one of my bags was stolen. I contacted Baggu by email. They listened and acted. I was refunded for the stolen bag. My disappointment was turned around.Great bags, great company, great customer experience.I love Baggu.

Ive been carrying around my ole purple Baggu for like, 10 years now (no exaggeration). Today was my first time in the store - so, so many pretty bags. (And all arranged by color!) Much more satisfying than buying online. Got a gift for a friend plus two for me (hehe) -- the young woman who helped me was really nice and said they have a 30 day return policy (with receipt). Worth a duck in for sure.
