I’m quite torn about writing this review since I love the bag but the quality is not up to par and customer service needs an overhaul. I hope my experience will help others. This was my first purchase from this company. The communication from customer service is arduous. It takes a few weeks to get an answer about the process of a repair. I ended up taking the bag to the store and dropping it off as instructed. Then 4 weeks later I was told the strap was being shipped to me. I had to remind customer service I was not in possession of the bag. They said so sorry we didn’t know you were not in possession of the bag. I hope this doesn’t take another 4 weeks for an answer. I will update with final outcome.April 2021: purchased my mini aluna bagJune 2021: strap brokeJuly 2021: still waiting on repairUpdate: The leadership team reached out to me and expedited the repair. July 29- Received my bag back with the repaired strap. Thank you!

I got a Senreve bag a few months ago as a gift from my husband, and it’s hands down the best gift I’ve ever received.The style I got is the Midi Maestra in the color Mimosa Storm (dark grey), and I’ve worn it almost every day for the past months so I have a few thoughts to share for anyone who might be interested in the brand.ProsDurability: The bag has been through a lot as I travel every week to different cities and am not always the most careful with it. The “mimosa” leather is similar to the LV Epi leather, which I really like because scratches won’t show easily. I’ve walked through light rain with the bag without any issuesDesign: no loud logos and I generally like the shape (reminds me a bit of the old Celine). Very minimalist.Organization: I’ve never had a designer bag that had pockets and zippers on the inside! I love the fact that all of my make-ups, iPad, notebooks etc. fit neatly into various compartments. The light blue suede feels nice tooConsWhen I put a bunch of things in the bag it does get a bit heavy if I wear it on one shoulder, so I usually wear it as a backpack or a crossbody if I’m commuting on foot.I wish they made the medium size JUST a bit bigger so that it’ll fit my 13inch laptop. It can squeeze in there if I try really hard, but it’s just way too tight of a fitOverall though I’m impressed that such a new brand has this level of design and quality. On top of that I read a few articles about the founders and really like that they are all about female empowerment! It seems like some people have had issues with their customer service, which I’m a little surprised by since my husband told me that they gave him a card wallet as an apology for the delay. I think they are probably going through some growing pain as a startup, but I’d give them a shot because they have their heart in the right place.

Update:I really appreciate the way that Senreve has rectified this issue, so I will change my rating. Additionally, the bags are beautiful, durable, and well-made. I really like how functional the bag is.Old:I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.Senreves website currently has an appointment system which allows you to make appointments to the San Francisco flagship store on the weekends. I made an appointment and no one was at the store. I contacted Senreve and they sent someone who said she had to come all the way from the East Bay when they realized that they had an appointment that they werent prepared for. I had waited for about an hour for someone to finally be available for my appointment.A second incident, and I really wish that this was my last encounter with the company, is when I drove to the store to return a bag (I wanted a different color) on a Saturday at 2PM because I was told by a Senreve representative AND I verified on the Senreve website that the store is open on Saturdays from 12PM-4PM. Please see attached images. Also, please keep in mind that it takes me ~50-60 minutes to make a round trip to and from the store. Again, no one was there. I again contacted Senreve and all they did was apologize.I do not ever want to purchase from this company.

I love my gorgeous Senreve midi maestra. It’s a high quality, functional and beautiful bag. The best one I’ve owned actually. Senreve customer service was also excellent. I’m based in Australia and needed to order several bags to determine the right size and colour as I needed to touch and see the bags for myself. Anne at Senreve was friendly, helpful and super timely with her responses and facilitated all the delivery and returns for me so that it was speedy and hassle free. This has been my best experience with an international company to date. Thank you Senreve for my beautiful bag, please produce one in an emerald green please too! I have already spread the word to family members and friends about the wonderful bag and company and already some of my friends have stopped in their tracks and squealed “your bag is so cute!”

I love my Senreve bag! The wait for my sand maestra was definitely worth it. In San Francisco most people sport a backpack, which I too attempted but 3 Herschels later I had to admit that it simply wasnt me. As a career woman who is admittedly still *very* vain and superficial, I appreciate having a bag that does it all, too. The soft suede pocket for my laptop, functional zippered compartment and practical storage pockets really make this bag as functional as it is beautiful, and I love that it can easily go from workplace --> happy hour --> long international flights. I definitely recommend getting one!

Im so excited that they opened up a Showroom! I first encountered their bags through a complete stranger (thanks Uber Pool!). The bag quality and design was so unique and beautiful I wanted one for myself, but pulling the trigger on a new luxury purse is hard if youve never handled it yourself. Once I saw the purses in-person, felt the quality of the leather, the microsuede inside, and interacted with the team at Senreve, I knew I needed one. This is their corporate office and showroom all-in-one, so youll have to book an appointment to go in. The space is really gorgeous and the team is very knowledgeable about the brand and bag construction. I highly recommend every lover of luxury to stop in to add this essential bag to their collection!

SENREVE is one of my favorite brands this year! I have 2 of their products - the card wallet and the maestra - and both are amazing for organizing my things! Also all of the women at the company Ive met are so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

An absolute hidden treasure in SFs Union Sq! This brands bags are truly beautiful and the Maestra is my favorite handbag I have purchased in YEARS. I still get excited to use it everyday and it has held up phenomenally after a year of use. I just recently visited the showroom to purchase my second style and the staff here are great! Thank you for all the help. It was such a tough choice, but getting to see all the colors in person really helped; although, I have a feeling ill be back soon for my third! ;)

I own a marine mini Maestra. I love the color and the quality of the bag. I honestly think the material is the highest in quality (I own bespoke leather bags from Italy and LOVE companies with a deep commitment to craftsmanship). I do not enjoy wearing brands that everyone else wears which is why I purchased the Maestra.Whenever I wear my mini Maestra, I get a lot of compliments and questions regarding the bag; I believe they are curious about the brand since Senreve is fairly new. While I absolutely love the quality of my mini Maestra, the bag itself is not the most practical for business use. Unfortunately, the bag tilts while you wear it and the metal clasp does not close easily (the metal should be larger so that you can quickly & simply clasp it). So the bag stays open (when you are in a rush) tilted, which is not the most ideal. If you are the type of person who zips up the bag and rarely open it throughout the day, itll be fine.Another problem I had with the bag was how the strap fell several times while I was wearing the bag. Later when I went into the pop up shop at Nordstroms, Senreve reps informed me how my bag is missing a loop that surrounds the long strap, making the bag fall easily. I emailed them and got an immediate response. Their customer service is friendly and prompt.Even when you hold the handle of the bag, the bag tilts. I wish I was able to read honest and realistic reviews from real consumers (not sponsored fashion bloggers) before purchasing the bag.I was thinking of purchasing the Maestra for work but I am not very convinced that itll be a sturdy, practical and functional bag. I am still shopping for a high quality work bag! (to carry my MacBook, Ipad, files, agenda and a small makeup bag!) Please recommend one (if you own a good one)!Purchased Jan2018 from Senreve Website
