I wanted to go in person to get measured for some leather suspenders because of all the reviews saying to do so. I made time to visit during my trip to SF and Aaron helped me out. Aaron was very friendly and efficient! Measured to a perfect fit, took about half an hour in store to get cut. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Shop and the materials are good. However, their staff members only talk and assist white customers. Seems like they only care about white people. I wanted help in choosing clothes, and I wanted to purchase four items. I also looked at their staff members and tried to go to them, but right after the employee saw me, they turned their face away and went to another white person who did not need any help asking them if they needed anything. The staff asked many other white customers if they needed anything in front of me, but no one attended to me. Just because I am a brown person I feel I was treated differently. San Francisco has Brown, Arab, Asian, Black, and people from other ethnicities too. So Mr. S Leather should not ignore people from other ethnicities who visit their shop.

I would never buy my puppy gear anywhere else. You guys have such amazing products and services. I just wish you guys had a closer store so I could just swing by and pick up my items. The suspense kills me sometimes.

Shop a lot. Things are fancy and of course expensive. But if you are kinky, it’s definitely worthy your time and money. Staffs are generally nice and easygoing.Glad they reopen again, it’s also a place you can show people all the kinks you have.I am always dress like a normal person in store shopping, till I see a lot people dress so much different kinky suits.I was like, ok, next time, I’ll be back.Lol.🤣🤣🤣

After ordering my new custom puppy hood, I was very happy with the speed at which it arrived to my door. Upon trying on the hood I found that the snout was crooked. I contacted Mr. S Customer Service and they told me that they would make me a new one free of charge. After a few weeks I got my new snout and it fits perfectly.A big thank you to John for the awesome service and to Brian for the cute note in the package.

I am truly impressed at the service I received from both Spear and Ariel. My transaction isn’t even complete, yet they already deserve 5 stars. As other reviewers have said, the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to demo anything. Happy to let you try on anything while you’re standing there. It’s refreshing to be able to openly discuss their business without worrying what people might think, because everyone in the store is there for the same kinky reasons.

This was my first time in a leather shop and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They helped me out with by adjusting a harness, lacing up a pup hood, and giving me advice when it comes to toys. I strongly recommend this store for anyone interested in leather.

I would like to let everyone know how awesome Nichole is. I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and was lucky enough to get her to help me.Now Ive been there before and asked clerks for help. Theyve always been professional, and knowledgeable. That being said, the reason Im writing a review and mentioning Nichole is that she did some things that I didnt realize were missing from my previous shopping experiences. First off, as soon as I asked her for help, she smiled. Now professional and knowledgeable is one thing, but friendly is another. It immediately made me relax, which helps because Im always nervous asking clerks questions, because it a) exposes my ignorance, and b) makes me think Im pestering the workers when they could be doing something more important. Then, she stuck her hand out, introduced herself and asked me my name. This did something that I didnt expect which was to personalize my shopping experience. She made me feel like I had a friend at the store who was truly interested in making sure I got what I wanted instead of just making sure all my questions were answered. At one point, she had to step away to help someone else and made it a point to holler over to me, call me by name when she did this, tell me that she hadnt forgotten me and that shed be right back. WOW! What all this did for me was to humanize my experience at Mr. S Leather. Which was something that I didnt know was missing from my other experiences but now look forward to when I go back. However when I go back in the future, Im going to ask if Nichole is on duty when I go. If shes not, Ill probably still go, but Ill be hoping shes been a) promoted to manager, and b) taught everyone else the value of humanizing the customer experience.

We were there for Folsom Street Fair. The store was super busy! The staff still spent time fitting us and making us feel like the only people in the place! They are all extremely helpful!

Great customer service and helpful staff! Ordered a custom harness from them and worked with Omar via email. He checked photos of our measurements and saved us from getting the wrong size. We did a rush order and they were able to get it to us with plenty of time.

Got my first harness through Mr. S and they took the time to custom fit it for me and let me try on a few styles and colors. I just wanted to give a quick review for these guys. I ordered something from them online and when I received it I quickly realized it was the wrong item. However...right in the shipping box was a number to call if there were any problems. I called and got a live real person in seconds (Eric), and very quickly he figured out the problem. He shot me a return shipping label to send the item back (no cost) and will be shipping the right order soon. It is so refreshing to be able to get something corrected so easily. No hoops to jump through, just an nice apology and a promise to bet the right item to me. Customer service 101.

This place must feel at least a little intimidating for a newbie, but its absolutely worth the visit (even if just to look). Pricing is expensive, but the quality more often than not makes up for it! The staff is super and helpful.

I had such a great experience at this place. I am almost embarrassingly new to anything leather but I felt no pressure or judgement as I tried things on, tried to figure out how some things worked, and just studied the merchandise. Fortunately, Robert, an employee, came to my assistance with an Aw, pumpkin as I couldnt figure out how some of the harnesses...or how any of them were supposed to fit on my body. He brought me around the store and showed me the chains and whips that excite us all and we had some good laughs and he was very knowledgeable and had great advice to share.Hope to make my way back there!

Got my puppy tail here a few years ago. A wonderful squarepegs xl tail which I never thought Id get in but once I did I really never wanted to take it out... unfortunately I damaged it badly one day as I had to make a speedy exit from a friends place with my tail between my legs... After a year of dangling by a thread it unfortunately completely fell off and that made me a very sad sad puppy 🐶😢😥But thanks to the awesome folks at Mr s leather I was able to locate an awesome new product by squarepegs called peg away putty which I was able to use to reattach my tail to its plug and I am a sad puppy no more!! I know I could always just get a new tail and will buy one to have a sturdy back up next time I visit SF, but this one has been through so many adventures with me and I literally cried the day it fell off... Havent used it yet since my repair job but Im 90% confident that stuff is legit and its gonna hold up and reunite this happy pup with his tail which will be wagging frantically again very soon!!! Also the color I picked was pink so I may just convert this pup tail into a pig tail once Ive got myself a shiny new squarepegs puppy tail. There was a little mix up with the order. Customer service worked to correct the matter in the most prompt of fashions. The post office mixed up the second order ... which was ridiculous... and Mr. S Leather customer service was quick to have a resolution to ensure my order was to my by the date of my event.
