I am very impressed by the efficient service rendered by Ms.Kathleen from Parkway Parade Branch. I purchased a table fan from Best Denki but realized the fan was too high and I could not tilt it any lower in my direction. I called up the next day and was attended over the phone by Ms. Kathleen and she suggested I bring the fan down anytime and she would issue me a store credit/voucher for the same amount. This I find to be very professional and good marketing skill as it allows the consumer to ultimately purchase at Best Denki. I am not bothered about getting a refund but a store credit is just as good. I will be doing all my future shopping at your store.Thank you Ms.Kathleen Lee

The sales promoters at Best Denki were knowledgeable to recommend another product that was much better in quality and cheaper, and also quieter. Kudos to the Best Denki Team.

Quite slack. Called yesterday (no answer) and today (no answer, finally pick up) to enquire about Aircon 2 x System2 but either no one pick up or cannot hear me. Something wrong with their phone or whatever. End of conversation it seemed the sales person was not interested and was smoking me quite a bit, what is the capacity?, Whoa! you dont know ah? Really? Gave a few excuses around COVID so not able to do anything. It make sense. Your loss.

Friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy staff. The layout is very clean and spacious. Comfortable place to browse appliances. Prices are not the lowest as they seldom seem to run promotions, but the items seem well-kept.

Best Denki PPway is a Japanese company, dealing with electronics items, electrical goods, such as TV, speakers, etc. Includes in the list, there are cameras, vire finders, fridges, washing machines, dryers, and a lot more.The sale staffs are friendly and courteous.

Staff have poor product knowledge. Some simple basic things that you can easily find in hardware shops, best denki either doesnt have or the staff doesnt know what it is and says dont have. When I asked where to find in parkway, they just say not available in Singapore.

The KDK fan sales man is very helpful. All KDK fans bought from Best Denki will be installed by KDK agent and they will do a free on-site inspection especially if you have false ceiling and give you a quote. The job done by KDK agent was very good

Billy Wong from the IT Department was there when we first stepped in in early October 2018 as we needed an update on the new ASUS Zenbook. A tall gentle guy who is unaggressive & patient with his customers. The advice he gave was constructive. His salesmanship is commendable. He sells the things customer wants and not pushing customer to buy products that need to be cleared. He managed to close the deal when we returned the following weekend for a Zenbook & other accessories needed. Great shopping experience!

Went there to buy a fan, and the salesman spoke rudely to my mother. He then proceeded to get a female colleague to carry the heavy box. A rather unpleasant experience altogether.

A mid-sized Best Denki that has almost every electrical appliance that you need, with a wide selection available. They sell products from Apple, Samsung, Dyson, Asus, Acer, almost everything under the sun. There is fantastic service, too, that will make you satisfied.

Extremely poor service by store staff. Called to enquire if a particular product is in stock, but the staff made me wait for over 12 minutes on the phone. Subsequently called 3 times from another phone to get their attention to check the stock for me. Poor service.
