I love this product so much, but customer service is zero! I bought 4 items from their online shop, but I got only 3. One item was missing, so I send email to customer support and guess what? Nobody reply me back, I never got my last item or refund. Shame on you.

Can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to help. What a shame because the products are delicious, but so are Malin and Goetz with excellent service!

Love the products here. Most products I use feel so sticky on my skin after I apply and leave it on for a while and Laline products feel so amazing and do not do that at all. Also I do have a newborn and the scent isn’t strong neither which make it just right. I don’t live in San Francisco but I do not live that far from going to the city, definitely worth going over the bridge to purchase more! Coconut is the scent I use 👌🏼
