The stores are always clean.. better than most.. but I was at your store this afternoon and wanted 1 bottle of the grapefruit body wash. But when I tried to pay with a 100.00 bill I was told they could not sell it to me. They tried to up sell me, but I only needed 1 bottle.. it amazed me that you have 3 employees in a empty store and because they didnt have change I couldnt buy from you.. well I went to body works instead and they liked my money.. you get 3 stars for clean store, hand sanitizer and someone ask if they could help.. but to refuse a sell because of lack of change.. -3..

This place is amazing. I went in with a friend who doesnt really like strong scents and he found something subtle and soft that he loved. I prefer bolder floral scents and there was something for me as well. I have been using what I got here for a few weeks and its truly nice for the skin and long lasting.

The Body Shop in West Field Mall in San Francisco is great. I have gone to The Body Shop in Great Mall in Milpitas. These two stores are great.The Body Shop in Emeryville and Concord (Sun Valley) have closed.The Body Shop in (Sun Valley Mall) had a great employee. When I or my son would come in she would call us by name. If my son come in by himself she would ask where is your MOM.I am to the point I am going to start ordering on the THE BODY SHOP WEB SITE. HAVE it sent to my house. I like coming in to the store

I wish the workers were nicer and more helpful by being armed with information.

This shop is less crowded and easier to shop in than the one on Powell street. They may have stock of items other stores run out of. If youre sure if they product youre getting is right for your skin, ask one of sales rep and theyll give you a recommendation. Dont let them talk you into buying too much. Theyll says if you get two more one will be free. Remember the cheapest item is free so it might not be worth it to grab two more items.

I really like body shop so i go there often. they always have sales and many events. i made the body shop membership card too! i really like the products and i think the price is a little bit expensive for a student like me but i think it is not that expensive. it is reasonable. it is everywhere in san francisco so i like it!
