The aroma as you walk in to the store is very pleasant! I immediate fell in love with the smells of the like essential oils that you can put in a diffuser.The store is very clean and the slightly dim lit store puts in a relaxed mode the customer service is top notch. Isabela was a great host. She served us tea as if we were regular customers.She was knowledgeable of the products and offered some free samples. And I love “free.” I’ve never been in this store nor have I tried the products but I do walk out with a purchase :).

Love this place! Awesome products. I love the aesthetic, the fragrance and even the store is always clean and the staff always friendly. I spend a little more for their products as a result. Highly recommend stopping by if youre shopping in the area and try out a few items.

Such An Amazing Experience

Great service, friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. We first tried their products when staying at a park Hyatt hotel and we loved them. Really happy they opened stores in the Bay area .... For such high end products they are fairly priced.

High quality products! One of the staff, Gatsby, was very helpful! He suggested me products based on my hair and skin condition. He also gave me a lot of simples to try out at home. Will come back again!

Like all Aesop locations, this store has a super clean, fascinating design and very friendly, knowledgable staff! Aesop is unrivaled in terms of store and product design -- and all their products are heavenly! The staff members at each SF location have been super nice and easy to talk to -- especially Gatsby! We once talked about fragrance for like 45 minutes.
