This place is nice and it has variety that you cant really find easily at any other drugstores/makeup stores. I always get my face masks here and sometimes some cleansers and korean/ japanese makeup. The prices are pretty fair considering its mostly imported, but I see why some people can be turned off by the price tags; Im a fan of these brands so I dont mind paying, especially since its right there and I dont have to wait for shipping. The staff is pretty hit or miss, but Ive never had any major problems. I never get the same cashier but they pack your stuff in a nice bag and you can be in and out really quick since the space is small. I also bought from them online and I received my package within the week in good condition.

THEY SELL FAKES. Do NOT buy from them. Multiple products I have purchased turned out to be fakes after i purchased the true product from elsewhere and compared the two. ALSO they gave away sample moisturizer containing SHARK BONES. It is cruel and supports the abusuve nature of shark fishing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are not very friendly, but there is one older woman there who is very insightful and pleasant.Overall, dont waste your time. Go over to Kpop Beauty(TonyMoly) or the Face Shop.

Good place for Japanese Health and Hygiene Goods.

This is hit or miss on getting decent customer service. The first time I went it was good, this last week it was very poor borderline rude.Its a fun but crowded shop in the Kintestsu Mall in Japantown that has tons of makeup, facemasks and other products.You wont be able to read much on the packaging and if the service is bad youre just guessing on what your picking.The clerk on Thursday was more interested in her friends than helping out or ringing anyone upI did find some fun products to try. Thank goodness for testers and an adventurous spirit.If youre in Japantown Id give it a try and hopen for better service again.

Overpriced, and far to disorganized. Its hard to find what you are looking for. Plus the staff can be very aloof and not helpful. Ive been in their several times and never purchased anything.
