The folks who work here are extremely helpful and communication is excellent. They also explained my insurance options well and worked within my budget. Highly recommended.

Great service and great staff. From check-in staff, to the Optometrist and to John who got me fitted for my glasses.It does not come cheap, but this is a case where you get what you pay for.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality glasses and service who cares about their eyes.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and efficient, and was even able to accommodate my toddlers! Super clean and safe and professional.

Dr. Leon and her staff were very patient in teaching me to how to use contact lenses for the first time. I was able to find the perfect frames right away and the covid sanitation process was extremely careful and thorough. Everything was wiped before and after my use. I felt very safe being in the office and highly recommend Lunette’s.

This is a nice place with low stress vibe. I just stopped in the morning to get new nose pads, and got a lovely nice new pair at no charge. I was impressed by the nice low-pressure atmosphere, and also the tasteful selection of glasses. I came on here to give the place a good review, and am impressed to see I will have to join the ranks of all the other 5 star reviews. Indeed a great place. Pro tip: You actually access this place from Mission St. :)

I am just so disappointed how they treat me. In general they are very nice when they know they can make money from you! I need to get some update/referral information from them to schedule appointment for an eye specialist and they block my number! I have to switch to another number to get them pick up the phone! I called them from different times on a work day and no one got answered, but once I witched a number they picked up the phone immediately!

Love this team, very friendly and knowledgable staff! Was very convenient when working in FiDi. Theyve done well thought out transition to keeping patients safe and extra sanitary. The communication along the way made the process as easy as it can be - highly reccomend!

The staff are high knowledgeable and fit you with the best pair of glasses for you. Came to visit SF and realized I forgot to pack my contacts!!! The office/front desk worked with my doctor in Seattle to get my prescription and I was able to pick up a box for my weekend trip in SF!! This is above and beyond and am truly grateful!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Ive been going to Lunettes since theyve first opened and have sent over a dozen colleagues to them over the years. They are super helpful, submitting my rebate request for me, etc.; friendly; and very professional. Through their help, I now wear the most comfortable contacts Ive experienced over the last 20yrs. I hope they stay in their current location but I love them so much that Id follow them wherever!

Best place EVER! I usually hate going to the doctors but Lunettes has made me part of their family. They have bent over backwards when I need a last minute appointment or contacts before I go on vacation (This happens a lot). I love their theme events, and that if I ever need a friend I can swing by and say hi. They also have amazing glasses. I get more complements on my Tom Ford than I knew possible

I switched over to Lunettes Optometric in 2015 when I finally had to start paying for my own insurance as I was no longer covered under my parents. They have such great customer service! I couldnt be happier with my experience and have recommended my family/colleagues to them without any hesitation. All have been very happy with their experience as well.I have strong astigmatism and am also very nearsighted, and had been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. I was advised to use hard contacts (RGP contacts) since I was about thirteen to better control my vision.As a student, I studied long hours, and since graduating, I work long hours seasonally in front of a computer. I had a problem with dry eyes/redness for many years. Lunettes convinced me to switch to soft contact lenses, which has changed my life so drastically! My eye redness issue has improved significantly and my skin as well (as I used to rub my eyes often due to dryness).Also, Marianne really knows and loves what she does and it really shows!

Top notch service--very knowledgable and friendly. After troubleshooting for months with another eye doctor (read: hours and hours), the staff at Lunettes was able to resolve my contact issue in the 1st visit. They even shipped my contacts to my house when my baby decided to make a surprise appearance 6 weeks early.

BIG BIG FAN! Been coming to Lunettes for several years now and have always had a great experience. Marianne at the front desk, Dr Leon and team are incredibly friendly and attentive. They never forget a face! Now I dont go as often because I got Lasik (through Dr Leons recommendation) and am super happy with the results. Overall 10/10!

I had the worst VISIT to get glasses EVER! THIS establishment should have its license pulled. First I arrived early and forgot my glasses (work glasses and single vision sunglasses for work). I was quickly Pulled in to the eye exam room and asked which one is better this one or that: I had a hard time because all were out of focus so I tried reading them the her. She corrected me and stated: I do not care which one you can read just tell me which one is clearer At the end everything was out of focus.After that appointment (EYES OVER DIALATED) I tried to pick eye wear. They had no safety glasses just Military Rated (NO ANSI 87) Sunglasses and directed me to shop on-line. I did and purchased some ($238) with the prescription delivered to my e-mail address. And the following day (still wanting to patronize this business after following their advice) I returned for the Sunglasses and wanted to add some elegant glasses to the order I had looked at the day before: but the Sales Staff stated: I do not recall your being here yesterday at this same time: Do you know which glasses I showed you? I stated the Military ones from yesterday? His response was: sorry I have no way of knowing this.I left and the following day arrived at Lenscrafters where I ordered my eyewear and waited five days. Upon its arrival I placed them on and asked whos prescription is this? I COULD NOT SEE THE WALL Their response was the prescription you gave us. I should mention that the first one had someone else name (Laura something) on it from Lunettes Optronic which Lenscrafters kept and would not return to me: they said it was not mine as it didnt have my name on it. I had to pull up a second script from Lunettes that had my correct address and name on it. This one Lenscrafters accepted and filled the order. Luckily Lenscrafters honored their policy of no bad eyewear and saved me a $1500 more in losses on top of the $402.95 for the safety glasses that are rendered useless as per the BAD SCRIPT FROM LUNETTES OPTRONIC. TOTAL LOSS WAS $402.95 NOT COUNTING THE BILL TO INSURANCE COMPANY PLUS TH POSSIBLE DAMAGES OF LENSCRAFTERS ABSORBED. (Thank GOD they have staff and custom build there onsite) THIS MISTAKE COULD HAVE COSTED ME MORE $1903 plus repairing all the wrong lenses on my own. I should add that I reached out to these people and they refuse to accept responsibility for this mistake to this day> Stating: :Thats you prescription because it has your name on it.Long story short two wrong prescriptions from HERE.I WARN YOU STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I EVER ENTERED!
