ANITA IS THE BEST!I bought two pair of glasses there a few months ago, and one of the two pairs after using it for about 5 months the leg began to loosen, so I went to the store again and the girl who spoke with me at the beginning said she couldnt fix it, even though they were longchamp (very expensive ones) and only 5 months old. Obviously I knew that was imposible, becase it was just the screw that was a little loose and the metal slightly bent so I came back when Anita was there and in less the five minutes she fixed it and they are like new now. Anita is truly the best, I wish all stores had an employee like her!

I am very happy with my purchase. I’ve been wanting to buy new glasses for a while now. Thank you Anita for taking care of my order! I’ll come back again some other time!

Anita and the staff is really amazing. I was blown away by the super welcoming atmosphere. I found this location on a whim one day when my glasses became too loose.They offered to fix my frame for free even though I was a drop in they offered to squeeze me in that day. The staff here are Amazing!! They took the time in taking care of me and listened to all my concerns. They have a vast selection of eyeglasses, from France, Barcelona, Italy and so much more. I bought my Gucci prescription eyeglasses and I’m glad I invested in it, my eyes feel so much better while driving. Thank you Anita for helping me see better!!!!

Poor customer experience. Told I would receive a call back, but never did. Did a comprehensive eye exam and bought frames. Went in to pick them up, a pain to coordinate and you have to follow up with them, and asked them to quickly look at a popped blood vessel in my eye. I asked if there would be a charge to look at it to let me know beforehand, and they said the goal is to have no charge but there was one and without any forewarning like I asked for.

Moving to a new city can be difficult when it comes finding new, nice and reliable doctors, but I am so happy I came here! Dr. Monica Chernoguz was very patient with me as a squinted through the eye exam and guessed the bottom row. The receptionist Anita is just a radiant ball of joy and helpfulness. I was unsure what my insurance covered and she helped me find the best deals and rebates for my contacts. She even fitted my glasses that I already owned. Seriously the best eye office/practice. Totally lucked by choose Site for Sore Eyes. Highly recommend.

First, this place got my glasses prescription wrong. I had an astigmatism that they missed and then they proceeded to tell me it was essentially my fault because I didnt provide them with my prior prescription. They did fix it without charging me additional (hence why I gave them another star).Secondly, the optometrist tried to get me to take a LASIK referral, although I continued to say why I wasnt interested in LASIK. She ended the conversation by telling me that my vision was so bad that if I didnt get LASIK, since I lived alone, I was putting myself in harm if a natural disaster was to occur. Ive been going to eye doctors for over 20 years and never had someone tell me my life was in danger if I didnt get LASIK. It was actually quite upsetting as I had just moved to the city myself and was living alone for the first time.Third, my glasses broke. I brought them to Site for Sore Eyes to possibly fix or at least recommend me to somewhere I could get them fixed. The guy there at the time proceeded to tell me my glasses were broken for good and tried to sell me another pair. I found my own repair shop who was able to easily repair my glasses quickly.It was definitely the pacific heights Fillmore location... I lived on California street. Please don’t try to gaslight me and tell me I got the location wrong. Hence now one star.Would not recommend this place....

Best eye glasses store in SF! Anita is amazing her customer service is unparalleled and she is so fun to work with! I also leave each time with a full confidence in her recommendations and her knowledge of the products and comprehensive knowledge of eye care. 🥰 Their frame selection is vast and astounding and has something for everyone. Best exam experience I’ve had in a long time. Best service in getting a very tough prescription. And, very good quality end product for my two pairs of glasses. I highly recommend this team and this location.

Fantastic customer service, good prices, and great frame selection (and Ive visited almost every other glasses shop in Northern San Francisco). Rich and Calvin are awesome! They know their stuff and really understand customer service. When you need help or an opinion theyre on it, but they also know how to let the customer browse uninterrupted, which I generally prefer and therefore really appreciate. Calvin and Rich are also enormously patient and professional. I probably haunted their shop for 3 months trying on various frames before I made a decision and they were kind and welcoming every time. They really worked with me to figure out the best plan and solution for my budget and helped navigate tricky insurance shifts. My family has since bought 4 frames and several rounds of contact lenses from them, and they continue to be a resource if we need something repaired or adjusted. As I wrote, I have recently been on the hunt again, looking through nearly every shop I can find for stylish frames and an easy purchasing process, and I keep returning to this one. There are some wilder frames in other stores, but this place has a solid spectrum, and the price and professionals make it well worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Richard has helped me a number of times there and he is incredibly professional, friendly, capable, and always goes the extra step! He has set the bar WAY UP THERE in terms of, across the board, the VERY BEST in customer service!!!!

Best Customer Service when it comes to eye wear, i bought two pairs of glasses a couple of months ago, & their still going strong, the two guys that work hear were really helpful on helping me find the right pair of glasses plus super patient. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for new glasses to check this place out! u won’t be disappointed.

I went into the store with my broken sunglasses. I thought it wouldnt be fixed since I asked some other store and they refused to fix it for me. Calvin and Richard are very helpful. They told me they would try to fix it. After about 10 mins, he walked out with a perfect pair of sunglasses. I was so very happy!!!! Furthermore, I didnt even pay a penny!! They did it for me at no cost!! They are super friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing. I highly recommend this store!
