Dope lil place specializing in streetwear. Recommended that you go in a group or go when its busy because the workers dont really give you attention when youre there solo, making it an awkward shopping experience.

Check prices online before buying here! I bought a pair of Adidas 4d runners for $375 before tax because I was told that they were rare. I bought the shoes and walked to dinner. At dinner I found the shoes available online with shipping for $150 less at $220 with shipping! I ran back to return the shoes and they told me they dont do returns. They offered me a gift card. Absolutely ridiculous and a $150 lesson learned. Check availability online before you give these guys your money.

I go to a good amount of shoe releases here. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Their branded merch is usually poppin as is the general atmosphere of the store. Finding parking can be tricky and the store might be a little busy or noisy bur overall this is my favorite sneaker shop. 👍

One of the few good sneaker and streetwear stores in the bay area. Theres always a chance to win an in store raffle for all the must have shoes, and they stock a good selection of less hyped shoes. Attentive staff as well.

Worst customer experience ever. I bought a pair of Nike Gyakusou from them just two days ago. Then I saw that there was a crack on the back of the sole after a single use. They said they can’t do anything about it, won’t even help with anything.Anyone wanting to buy from this shop, is better off getting it somewhere who would do a proper support with a faulty product that they would sell.The Manager has ZERO skills in mitigating an issue!!If I can give a ZERO star, I would!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a shop. Employees are on their phone and they barely pay attention to you. Makes you wonder how they got hired. I’m sure there is people who would deserve or need that job more.

So happy I finally found a pair of Naot knee high boots here! This is the 3rd store I have been to and it seems no one carried them. They had every model of knee high boot that Naot makes, and in my size. I have an issue with shoes and the city, Im used to heels but I cant wear them walking around town without being in pain. These saved me, thanks to their helpful service as well.

This place is a joke, they’re employees work whenever they feel like it. Don’t bother asking for help cuz you most likely won’t get it. They never do raffles on time as they post. “Raffle tickets handed out 10am raffle 10:30 sharp”. Didn’t hand out tickets till 11 and then they didn’t call the raffle till 12:30. Why is it so hard to follow directions and be timely. Undefeated more like defeated and depressed. Sorry excuse of a store just to get a Nike account.

Horrible service, I called To confirm sizes left on a product to which they had already canceled my online order on. They said they had every size in stock so my Gf drove 50 miles to pick them up... turns out they couldn’t sell my size because THEY WERE HOLDING THEM FOR A STAFF MEMBER! lmao never doing business again.
