The two employees in the entrance just spoke among themselves as if they weren’t working there. Only acknowledged people who bought their merchandise, otherwise they won’t say anything and go on about their mediocre day. Loved the layout of the store though!

Nikes customer service was super. At first it did not look like they had what I was looking for. But they took the extra effort to look over their merchandise in the back of the store enabling me to walk out with two football jerseys precisely as I desired. I would recommend this Nike flagship store in Union Square to anyone.

Definitely the biggest and coolest Nike Ive ever been to. The lighting and design of the store is jaw dropping from the start as soon as you set foot in the store. Multiple floors of the latest in style shoes and clothing. An equal amount of good finds for both men and women.

The flagship Nike store! And Ill surprise this that shoes take up such a small percentage of the floor space. Lots of apparel for men women and children. Pretty cool stuff but as you know its not cheap.

For a name likenike town you would imagine a place with lots of shoes but it was. More like 5 floors of nothing . instead walk .03 miles about 5 blocks to westfield mall....now thats a place and i found some jordans that were sold out everywhere. I was so happy i found something good and didnt waste my day and gas . they gotta step there game up just being honest.

I’ve never been inside a store where employees will sit around and talk to each other and never even bother to acknowledge our presence.Not even when the associate with the pigtails almost ran into me. On all four floors no one even looked up to say hello, and I didn’t see them greet anyone else in the store. Choose to spend your money where you are valued and it’s clear customers are not valued here.

They sell the PS5... shoes!Also the shoes here are better and cost way less than the nike store on my island.

Union square Nike store is the biggest i’ve seen with a separate floor for men’s and women’s Apparels. Very well decorated and maintainedI wish they had more rare shoes but i guess they sell out fast.Overall positive vibes

Beautiful store for just to know and not to by, because the prices is more expensive than others stores like Macy’s. But is all organized and clean. There are 5 levels and a nice structure colored glass pendant on top, it’s amazing place.

They have all the new released gear, so you wont find any low priced clearance items. You will find the latest and the greatest Nike and Jordan shoes and aperal however.

The merchandise was dull and uninspiring; numerous sales people standing around, talking to themselves and not customers; the fitting rooms were closed due to COVID, but the elevators were packed with people so I had to walk down six flight of stairs. It is really fun to come here and try on the shoes! They even have a machine where you can try to shoot out and go for a mini run which is fun. The staff is very helpful. The only reason why theyre getting four stars is sometimes you have to wait for a staff member to help you if its very crowded.

When I’m in town in San Francisco I always went to this location to grab me a few pair of sneakers. This location specifically because this is one of the only ones in the country. There was more clothes then shoes. You can find the same shoe at Shoe Palace or Kohles for so much cheaper. In fact 50% cheaper in most cases. Also Shoe Palace has a better selection of Jordans. If it wasnt for the Disney store it would have been a wasted trip.

Modern and high-energy, this is one of the largest Nike stores Ive been in...five floors. Seemingly focused mostly on their sneaker line, My 11 year old son was in heaven and ultimately found two pairs of awesome late model sneakers (that were impossible to find anywhere else) that we purchased. I appreciated the efficiency that the find and delivery the shoes- a floor representative radios another employee and the shoe immediately appears...very efficient.

Really cool place and amazing design. However, the customer service sadly does not match the interior. Have been there multiple times and was sad to experience not interested staff, with little knowledge about shoes and what running shoe would fit me. Definitely expect more from a Nike Flagship Store.

Poor service. I visited the store twice, a Friday & Saturday. On both occasions I had to approach the staff to ask for sneakers. Not the end of the world but the reason for the low review is that all 3 members of staff were not very polite, friendly or helpful. The store itself is average, far better Nike Towns in other cities but there’s nothing worse then terrible service

They dont carry 14 in my size no lucky finding shoes

Im not particularly interested in Nike but a nice building has everything nike and I like how you cant only access Lv7 vie the elevator and only to see that there is only a Bathroom up there.

Store manager Danielle was a life saver! My son was searching for a pair of sold out Jordan 12s and the San Francisco store was the only one anywhere near us that had a pair in his size. Unfortunately they were three and a half hours away. We placed the shoes on hold trying to decide what to do. I called back the next day and requested a manager. I told her that it was just too far. She informed me that I could buy a gift card online and they could then ship me the shoes. Amazing! Why didnt somebody else tell me this sooner? She went above and beyond to make my son very happy. Thank you so much!

Not a large selection of shoes think there are better sections at the stores in the mall. Good selection of clothes even have womens plus sizes. Did buy a pair of shoes, no sales. Service is not the best everyone seemed like they had to be at work less concerned about helping the customer.
