We werent planning on doing any shopping in particular, but decided to stop in just to look at whats new. My wife and I both saw 2 pairs of sneakers that we thought would look great on her and snatched them up. Both of the guys working this morning had great customer service. They werent pushy but were very helpful and had great energy that made our shopping experience fantastic. Definitely a great store with great staff

What a friendly staff! Devanshi, especially, was so sweet and helpful. We live over 6 hours away and she made us feel very welcome and special. She helped me with a shoe purchase, a purse and wallet purchase! The other staff members we spoke with were all pleasant and helpful, as well! Thank you for a great experience :)

Fabolous experience

Ive had bad experiences back to back at this current location. Wish I could give 0 stars.TLDR: Honestly come in if you know exactly what youre looking for and double check to make sure they put what you bought in the bag.The first was my negligence of not double checking my bag that the sales associate had put all the products I bought in the bag. I realized this the night I bought a bracelet and a charm. I put the charm on the bracelet and asked the associate to package it like that. The associate told me she was going in the back to locate a box to put the bracelet in and ring me up. When I went home to show the product off to my friends, the bracelet was missing the charm. The next day I went to the store to ask for the charm that I didnt receive and for the 10-15minutes the associate was looking for it and couldnt find it. So after a big show and hassle and a talk with with I assume is the assistant manger they finally gave me the charm I paid for. Making comments like, Thats so weird, I put it in there. and Are you sure it didnt fall out into the bag? (If you packaged it in a sealed box, why is it falling out in the handle bag?!)The second experience at this location included no sales associate greeting me (only the security man acknowledged me because I waved at him) I went to the register and waited behind a woman who was being rung up. Two sales associates were going back and forth behind the counter and not acknowledging my presence once again. Finally after waiting in line for 10 minutes a sales associate came on to register two and asked if I had been help and I answered no. I proceeded to step up to her register as another sale associate came behind the counter and she directed them to complete a task and have me wait. While directing her coworker, another sales ambassador came from behind the register and went on the floor to talk to a customer and have a conversation like they were friends(She hugged the customer and started a conversation). All the while Im standing waiting (apparently it must be normal for customers just stand around looking for someone and the staff not engage). So when the woman at the second register is done directing her coworker, she told me she could help me. I told her I want to conduct an exchange for a product I ordered. I showed her the order number, and before I could tell her I ordered it in store and had it shipped to me, she was leaving me at the register to go into the back room (currently working in retail we are trained to asked if the order was online or pick-up. She did neither, and apparently Michael Kors process is different). I waited again knowing that she wouldnt find it because I had bought the item yesterday and was going to be shipped to my home. When she came back she told me she didnt have it (I already knew that) and I explained to her I wanted to exchange the product I bought for another product. She quickly stated. We dont do that. And I probed her as to what the process was for exchange and produced ordered online and delivered. Where she responded in a somewhat rude and annoyed matter-of-fact tone We cant take products that arent here. You can buy the one you want and return the one you ordered. At this point Im like its gonna take forever for you to ring me up and Im paying for 2 products when I only wanted one. So I was like Ill just come back when I have it. It wasnt the process that was annoying but the lack of service and attention I was treated in the store that was beyond furious. I was waiting patiently and asking question for clarification. But instead I was ignored, talked to as if I was bothering a person who was working, ignored again, and rudely explained something.Sadly this is the only Micheal Kors store in the area but I definitely wont be shopping at this location if I can help it moving forward. This location has staff that are typical of the iconic Pretty Woman Scene. If you dont come in dressed to the T in expensive gear or shopping bags you wont be helped.

I wanted to say that this store is the best MK store I’ve shopped at.I bough an Iwatch and had problems with it. They exchanged it without any issues or problems.LA Onate provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The manger as well was extremely helpful.Hats off to your store for your outstanding and superior customer service.

I have waited many years to purchase my first Michael Kors purse! I was so excited to get one. After a month, one of the straps started falling apart. Andrew, the store manager was wonderful. Normal policy is to ship it out to be repaired under warranty but he made an exception for me and gave me a new purse on the spot! I am so pleased! Thank you Andrew!

Nice store & great collections. You will never be disappointed with smart casual dress at this store. The only downside was a very feminine seller guy. Reminds me of Bangkok street seller !! Runs after you with different new shirts & coats !!

Good map says they close at 8:30 on Fridays, but store closed at 8:00! I was there right at 9 pm but they didn’t let me in.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE ITEMS FROM THIS STORE - They charged me $200 for a bag but did not print me a physical receipt and I received NO confirmation email. They say they have no records of my purchase and will not give me a refund or replacement order but the cost of the bag has already been DEDUCTED from my bank account. TERRIBLE customer service - tried calling 2 days in a row but to no avail. Not even the manager or remote customer service could help.

Customer service was great, prices were ridiculously high. All of the purses and handbags were on hit but the shoes and clothes wasnt worth what they were priced at.

Great selection and even better service. Staff was very attentive and helped us with all our needs even though the were quite busy because of the holidays. If looking for lux handbags, purses or jewelery this is the place to go. I went in to but a smartwatch, which they were able to fit to my wrist, twice. The watch is amazing and Im so glad I went to the store instead of buying it online.

I brought a bag from them for mother day and I found out I have a gift card for another’s store to shop at so I went there and say hi I would like a return than I look for a receipt I forget it left it at home but they was like check email no recipes was send to me I say I don’t mine go back home get it and come back they they keep try help me and say we can’t let you do a refund for your money back I was like why is that We have a Policy what policy is this you buy some think not like can’t get a refund back in cash no they say we can Mail You a echeck whst the different tell me it not a good store to buy any more if you do make sure it what u like and able get you money back it my worse experience there if I was you don’t go buy there stuff any more or you have lot of problems just get what you pay for back I was you I go Bloomingdale And shop nicer people and easy return if you not like bag anymore I try give 0 start but can’t hope they close down soon

Staff guy was not friendly at all.. I purchased a watch and next week the battery was dead so went and asked him about the battery he said I have to pay extra for the battery at next store and get it fixed.. I already spent so much on the watch and now I had to pay for battery again.. he was rude he wore spectacles and trying to make me just go out of the store..
