I am disappointed today. I drove out here from San Jose today to purchase some makeup and I arrive at 5pm with my mother and father. When we arrived I wants to purchase some makeup but my father had to use the restroom. I asked the heavy set blond lady behind the counter what time they close so I can see if I had enough time to take my dad to the restroom and return. She said that they close at 7pm tonight. Great! So I left and came back at 6:05 and the door was locked and the lights were turned off. Im very disappointed because I drove over 70 miles just to get makeup and the person who worked here gave me wrong information so I had to waist gas, money and time. I am so disappointed today and I expect a lot more from this company.

Ok its a cool store, great products, but the service was lazy and not on there game. I thought I was going have to throw tube if stage blood at them just to acknowledge me. They were all talking about what they where going yo do after work. What

The aquacolor is there best makeup for costumes that Ive ever tried. I even put straight aquacolor in my hair and it works like a stiff pomade. And it washed out with 3 shampoos.

Needed help with a Halloween look and they were incredible helping me find the right stuff for the look I needed as well as passing on great tips to apply it.

Great store for makeup artists, sfx makeup, actors, and drag queens.

Fantastic array of professional makeup good for theatrical and media work, but also well stocked for drag queen, face and bodypaint and products for everyday beauty.

The people there did a great job of helping me and color matching. Will be visiting again

Fantastic place for Sister makeup

I went from Union Square specifically with my shopping list and when I arrived at the door a little boy was putting a key to the door and when a sign of I return at 3 pmHe kindly reopened the business, attended me wonderfully, we tried colors, spray, brushes and I was amazed with my bag full of excellent products.I always go back to Kryolan in every city I go to
