They are the closest beauty supply to me as I live in the marina. I made a wig purchase (Natural hair); left the store; went around the corner; got a call from my bf who preferred the option I did not take. Returned to the store (this within 10min max from the purchase) to exchange the wig I bought with my bf’s option. The store manager (Jason) literally told me this was not doable as he does not accept exchanges for health reason. I forgot to mention the wig I purchased was actually a sample; meaning had been worn numerous times by others. I went with the sample because he no longer had that particular one in stock.This review is not to put his business down; but to raise awareness. This Chinese owner is money hungry and can’t care less for customer satisfaction. My first experience; I could be wrong. The moment I find a separate store I am taking my hard earn money there.Ps: The real reason for not allowing the exchange was because the wig I paid for was three times more expensive than my bf’s option.

The only reason why I go here is because its super close to where I live but honestly whats up with having cameras on the atm machine? theres cameras every where you turn in this store but why do you guys decide to put one up on the machine? where people distribute there private information, low-key way too pricy for the stuff they sell, also I just dont feel comfortable and welcomed in a store that thinks their customers are going to steal 24/7. Fix that.

I WENT HERE SATURDAY 11/7/20 & BOUGHT ME. A STRAIGHT BOB WIG THE GIRL THERE WAS SO HELPFUL AND SHE SHOWED ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I LOOK FOR THAT WHEN I GO INTO THESE STORES TO BUY THINGS WITH THESE PEANUTS .

Found exactly what I needed very quickly.

This store is awesome! They are so fast and straight to the point. GREAT prices, and they are really easy going with exchanges. I bought the wrong Wella shade and they fixed it. All I have to do is tell/ask the last at the front for what I’m looking for and they make it happen in a flash. They totally adjusted to COVID rules. They have a security guard in front so they must get stuff stolen from them all the time. People feel like they are being watched, but that’s what happens when people steal from businesses, what do you EXPECT?! What other option do the patrons have, the shopping center is not the most friendly and has a lot of unsavory characters. I never feel safe in the parking lot so I feel like the owners probably feel like they are going to get robbed 24/7. I usually go here to get my Wella t11 t18 toners and developers / combs / bandanas / bleach / dye. It’s like a Sally’s.

Staff was not the most congenial, but not rude. They were, however, extraordinarily vigilant and watchful. Going to Oakland (or, sadly, Amazon) would be far preferable. The floor of the store is a tight labyrinth, likely to discourage grab-n-dash visitors.Though not at all what I expected, I tried to keep an open mind. For starters, as I entered the store, because an employee was at the door smoking, my visit started out very poorly, with a cloud over it... literally, which had me thinking, Never again.The selection of haircare products was decent; the prices were just so-so.Though the saleswoman was helpful when showing the ponytails (which were hung about 15 feet overhead and had to be retrieved by a pole and hook) I found her offer of a 10% discount for the dusty display ponytail to be sad and more fodder to encourage me to leave, grab my phone to shop, buy and have delivered to my doorstep what I needed.I like to, as much as possible, patronize brick-and-mortar stores, mindful that keeping them in business is a plus to neighborhoods and communities. However, $19.99 for a cheap, dusty, synthetic drawstring ponytail, minus $1.99 (the 10% discount) was just enough to make me forget and want to leave quickly.For the first time ever, I got out of a beauty supply store with spending less than $100, and it wasnt at all difficult.Oakland or Amazon for me. Surely wont go back.

Easy parking and friendly staff. Its the place to go to for the perfect Halloween wig as their wig collection is one of the most extensive in SF. Its also a very popular place to buy hair weaves, braids and extensions. Imagine Toys R Us for hair / fake hair and youll get the idea.

Its the only hair supply in my area so no competition. They can charge whatever they want. Nice staff. Never had any negative experience. They always have the latest styles which I like. Its neat and clean and thats a big deal for me.

Amazing selection of unique products - such as hair accessories and colorful makeup you can’t find at the drugstore. Got a bright purple matte lipstick that stays on for hours. And great prices!

Jennifer cut my hair this afternoon. I brought in a picture of how i wanted my hair to look and she gave me her honest answer of how she wasnt able to give me want I wanted due to the current status of my hair. Instead, she offered advice on how to approach my haircut and my hair ended up pretty similar to what i wanted. Throughout the haircut, she was attentive, careful, and kept telling me what she was going to do next. I highly recommend Jennifer for your next haircut.

Terrible! Two people only answered my questions in have sentence half grunt, with a point in a general direction. Finally a sweet young lady came out from behind the counter and asked me if I needed help. She answered my question, directed me and led me there. Explained they probably wouldnt be carrying the product anymore. That settles it! Lost my business for sure. Thank you nice lady. By rude grunting people who hide behind the counter.

I was insulted by a male employee their real cocky guy he even be the owner but if he keeps it up the warehouse will be closed and a new one will be opened. Law Suits are real. The service here is disgusting; they are so rude and racially profile. Literally would not let us be in peace and kept following us. If you can find another place I suggest you do.

The supplies and inventory is good...dont get me wrong..there stock is correct, but the feel of the store is NOT. I assume shop lifting is an issue for them and they treat everyone with a suspicious eye when you enter the store. I really dont like to patronize them at ALL. If I do go...Im in and out.

You can only enter the building on one side, and the entrance itself is a 2.5 wide corridor made by cases, a rude customer walking in made a remark about me being impatient as I was leaving, and she was pushing a stroller and there was congestion - not my fault the entrance is a fire hazard and not to code. While it looks like the store is well stocked, they didnt have the brand I was looking for. Okay, thats excusable. I spent a good few minutes dugging through their messy hair sample box for colors, and there were samples for colors they didnt carry at all. They had no good Red color, and none of the staff on hand could suggest another place to look. 2 stars for looking like a clean store and for having what seems like a decent supply of wigs only.

I got RACIALLY PROFILED and got the brush that I was going to buy taken from me to be “held at the register” after I was FOLLOWED while shopping for hair products. This place is disgusting. It is a beauty supply hair store targeted towards women of color but they follow women of color around making it uncomfortable to even look around for products. I would give 0 stars if I could. I did not purchase any products & I will not be returning.

If you dont feel like going to Oakland to get hair. This is the next best thing

Charged me $250 for 3 bundles that ended up being horrible when I washed them. They came out natty and more difficult to deal with then my own hair (which defeats the purpose of a weave). Turns out the same product was offered online for $40.These people are scammers and should really be ashamed for selling low quality hair and products at highend prices.

They locked the door to the store right in front of my face 10 minutes early. Explain my situation of starting a new job the following day she didnt care she told me to come back at 8 oclock.
