Avoid coming to this location if you can!!Very unprofessional and rude. The lady with the short bob blonde hair that works there would not let me shop or help me with my return when I got there at 5:50pm. She was like why did you come 10mins before closing? When the store clearly close at 6PM!! Then she added “oh I can’t do your return now because I have to be in the back to do shipments, come back tomorrow morning”. I’m sorry you are short staffed, but you have just wasted my time making my way to the store. Seriously the worse CosmoProf location I ever been to and the rudest front desk ever. Do not come here.

I love coming here to get all of my supplies for work however there things that they need to work on. Answering the phone when the store says it’s still open. Having more back stock of equipment I need. Every time I go there always out of stock on things that I need. The people there are nice. Just not always getting the service I want and deserve here.

Good amount of products for the size and location.There’s a really cute older lady that works here. She’s helpful and will help you order things if they don’t have it.

The store is for lcense professional only. Service licensed hairdressers, salon owners, students, manicurists, estheticians, massage therapists and barbers only.

I visited during the pandemic and they were very helpful and kept everything clean and sanitized while I was there.

My mother comes here to stock up for her salon. I accompanied her to this location before, and to be honest, the staff were quite rude. I had to help pick some colorants for my mom and asked a couple questions, and they simple went youre supposed to be the colorist, dont ask me.

I dont know the name of the guy who help me out but he is always very helpful and experienced. (He speaks spanish as well).He was for hisself at the store doing some inventory, I made a question for him and he made the time to guides me to the best products.This is not the first time this happens, he is always helpful, my clients are very satisfied with the results of his recommendations and I am grateful with him.The best costumer service, I totally recommend this store.

I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by this comapany, if I could give this a 0 I would.I was an employee at a cosmo prof in the bay area in California .I was An employee starting in June, and I was harassed and bullied the entire time up till I left to move to Nashville .First and foremost I had no idea this company tolerates and accepts Bullying of any kind!! I guess I was wrong. In case anyone wants to know I was bullied because I am disabled and have a disability.I called corporate, several times !! And the 2nd time I called the lady had the balls to tell me “ there’s no need to be getting upset, and no need to get a lawyer”EXCUSE ME!!!There is NO NEED TO BE UPSET, or to get a lawyer!! Would you say that to your child who is getting bullied.I finally got the personal number for the DM AND she was apologiteic, I have to say she wa more empathetic and sorry than the manager . They put us on different schedules which worked for a few weeks then out of know where I’m now being forced to work with this person. .When I asked why am I being scheduled to work with her?? I was told “ We are short staffed “ like this now my problem .The person that bullied me never once apologized, was never once written up, or reprimanded for any of this, she even refused to let me in the building at 7:45 Am made me wait 5 more min and told me “ she can’t not let me in unti7:50 “ SERIOSLY?? If I’m suppose to be clocked in at 745 then why on God green earth am I being told I can’t come in until 750 ??I was forced to work with the person that was bullying me, in the end the manager had the nerve to say to me “ I really don’t believe she was bullying you”EXCUSE ME?? Ok I was born disabled, I did not chose to have a disability, I’ve been bullied my entire life for it, and I know have enough courage to speak up and say no this is not ok! Of course she does not think this girl was bullying me, cuz she does not have a disability so she has no idea what it’s like.In the end, I emotionally suffered from this situation, I feel like the propper actions were not taken, this individual got away with harassing me and bullying me and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT . This company has NO IDEA HOW I SUFFERED EMOTIONALLY FROM THIS, I was physically sic, and had anxiety attacks before I had to be in the building, And not one phone call from corporate apologizing to me .So I hope Corperate and District managers from the stores in the Bay Area are reading this!! Just got off the phone with a lady that was NOT helpful at all.... I called and asked if they had pink hard wax she said she didnt understand the question .. so I repeated myself except I rephrased the question. Do you have pink hard wax thats the color pink she said what brand ... I said I dont care about the brand just that its the color pink.. SHE AGAIN said she didnt understand the question !!!!!!!! So I said how do you not understand the question????? Do you have hard wax thats the color pink?? after about 5 minutes of the run around she said yes we have pink wax -_- get employees that know their product and know what you have In stock.. she was useless and no help at all

I now have to rescind my earlier statement. The product was not restocked, again. I asked for joico lumishine 6N. They gave me what I thought was joico vero 6N. But, in fact, it IS N9. Now I still dont have color on a Monday for eork. Oh, and the response I received for not having the color was, You should come in on a Thursday or Friday when we might have it available. Hmm. I am wondering if cosmoprof is dismantling. I realize I sm looking for only one thing. But they were out of 6N, and 7N, completely. This is not good. Check your figures, please. But I am sure that these colors are used more on average. Therefore, they would be stocked more frequently. Stylists days off are usually sunday and monday, NOT Thursday and Friday. This would be when we could replenish. Forgive me if I am harping on this but there is a lack of fundamental organization, it SEEMS. Good luck on your future sales, cosmoprof.They usually have what I need. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Ive been a shopper there for 20 years, now.

As a hair Colorist this place is key! I am a WELLA user, so I couldn’t live without this place! Plus they have a small parking lot in the back, but leave me a space 😉
