I absolutely love this Pro store. So much selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. For events it can get pretty crowded. The staff are very friendly and so far I have always received great customer everytime I have gone in.

Nice store! I came in because they carry the palettes where you choose which colors you want. I thought I’d just pick a few colors myself but a nice make up artist named Gerry insisted on doing my makeup for me. He picked out colors that were perfect and showed me an every day look. I’m really happy with my purchase thanks to him!

Just got my makeup done here by Mel, and it was incredible! She was super patient with helping me pick out color options, and ended up doing my whole face (even though I had come in to get a new highlighter).Melinda also was awesome and gave great advice. Between the two of them, I now have a great bronzer, highlighter, foundation, eyeliner, and lipstick!Thank you, guys!

Whoa! Seriously busy. Stopped in before attending Daft Brunch. April was a total sweetheart helping me with my Back To Mac. Even figured out and fixed my Select account. Love this location.

Very courteous staff, especially April. She made call to other stores to check availability of products which was not available in this store.Also I would like to mention, I forgot my wallet at this place, but April kept it safely for me.

Convenient and everything that I need

I went in to have my makeup done for a wedding. My makeup wad great...but the service was awkward. The mac pro didnt talk to me except to tell me to turn, close my eyes etc.. also the $60 uninterrupted service was full of interruptions. He kept helping others and checking people out at the cash register. Thats not the service I paid for, being there took longer than it was suppose to. I understand that customers need to be cashed out...but i paid for a service as well, and it didnt happen.

Wow! First I want to start by saying that I have been a customer for this brand for years. I can say that I have had many experiences, some of them not so nice. Im from LA and I got a gig on SF for the weekend. One of the products that I brought was giving me issues and I did not knew how to deal with them. Even though It is a great product It was tricky. I decided to visit this location and I had the opportunity to meet Chris Norton. Thank got this lady works there because She knows all about the brand. She took her time to explain me how to used the product and ever since My makeup is flawless. Also she does great makeup you can notice when you see her. Wow! Im so happy I visited this location! Thank you chris!!

Terrible service. After trying to flag down an employee for 15 minutes, I finally caught the attention of one. I asked if a specific item was in stock. She pointed to the other end of the store and said maybe over there and walked away. When I checked, the only item there was a worn down tester. After another 5 minutes of trying to get an employees attention again, I gave up and took my money next door to Sephora, where it was better spent.

Like every other MAC store, great makeup but really expensive. In this store I was treated really well, they helped me find the perfect foundation, nevertheless, I asked for a brush and they just took it to the cashier directly - for my surpise, when I went to pay the brush was the most expensive one, twice the price of the foundation...

They were real busy, but tried to call around to other stores to get me and my friends helped with a full face makeup. While I was waiting for that, I went to the lipstick counter and it felt like I got lost in the shuffle after I was helped to pick out one shade to try on.
