Until I discovered Reliable Auto Body, I considered most auto body shops as glorified chop shops.First I noticed that the work area was clean and organized. Good first impression. Then they made the insurance claim seamless. To my surprise, not only was the repair perfect and on time, they detailed the whole car! Inside (where years of buildup lay peacefully) and outside --- to new car quality. Juan and his team are friendly and thorough. I’ve already recommended Reliable to several friends. My car was sideswiped, no note, just a Hit and Run. Was going to take it to the Lexus dealer. I happened to see Larry Wagner, who is now with Reliable Auto Body, on the street and literally yelled to him. I parked in a nearby parking lot and he took a look. He gave me a prompt estimate and he dealt with my insurance company.The work was done almost immediately and my car looks great!
