I stopped by Carstar with a minor but essential matter: the law required me to attach my new California license plate immediately, but I could not do so because I had just moved and didn’t have the proper tools to unscrew a stuck license plate screw. The attendants took care of the problem immediately and at no charge. Efficient and considerate service!

Not a sign of that bashed-in fender.) They kept me informed of progress, and completed the job earlier than estimated. The final charges were exactly as expected, and they handled communication with my insurance company and the rental car agency with no hassle for me.I hope I’ll never need body repair on my car again, but if I do I’ll be heading right down to Chilton Carstar on Pacific Avenue.
