I was pleasantly surprised when I took my Honda to Call Car Collision after getting into a fender bender. They were very professional, patient, clean, and extremely friendly. Humberto took the time to explain in detail the high quality paint they use at CCC. After they finished their body repair my car looked brand new. Humberto and his team are top notch and one of the best in the business. I would recommend CCC to anyone in the Bay Area.

After being told by a few shops around SF that they couldnt fix my problem (or even figure out why it was happening) I finally found the right place. They were reasonable, honest, straight forward and made me feel like I was in safe hands. I recommend this shop to anyone in need, especially if youre paying out of pocket. They were so helpful and kind when I needed a front license plate bracket to correct a ticket! They were quick to say they didnt have the right bracket for my car, but they did me a huge favor anyway and did a quick zip-tie installation, didnt even charge me a penny and wouldnt let me pay them when I tried. With that kind of service Id definitely come back to them for more serious car issues.

I have known Claudio, Richard and Humberto since my fist dent about sixteen years ago and it was my insurance agent who sent me there!Theirwork is unbelievable! the car was like brand new! Claudio and I worked together for four/six months about ten years ago on some added custom work and it still looks great! They also refered me to some excellent mechanics when needed. He walked me through the whole process very clearly and he responded to all of my questions within minutes. My car was repaired and detailed and it looks brand new again! Humberto the owner, was very professional and amazing! He helped us deal with the insurance, and helped us with the car rental. I was very pleased with the service. It was great customer service, he explained exactly how he was gonna fix the car. All I did was wait for one week for the car door to come in, and it was fixed perfectly. This is the shop my family uses if we have car accident. Its highly recommended and you wont regret it!

Great service and work have never been more satisfied with a repair shop!!! They may take a little longer than some other shops but doing a great job takes time everyone here knows how to do there job. I just picked my car up from Call Car Collision last week after they replaced 2 windows and a door for me after someone tried to break in by smashing everything. I was very upset when I took my car in and the guys were so nice to me. They did all the replacements/repairs way quicker than my insurance said it would take because they knew I didnt have a rental car, and they wanted to help me out.They did a wonderful, quick job and the guys are very kind and honest.

These guys remind me of the Sopranos except they are really sweet and honest. My car was involved in a minor accident and I took it into this shop. They were honest about how much it could cost and went to work on it right away. It turned out to cost much less than they thought and my car was ready within a few hours. These guys are trustworthy and good people!

Seriously. This body shop did amazing work on my car. I have a 1978 Alfa Romeo which manyu0010 shops wont touch. My car looks brand new again after being rear ended. Everyone that works there is an absolute pleasure to speak with, and I never once felt like I was being pushed to do something I didnt want to do. There work is priced honestly, and they Maestros at metal work! Best shop to work with and best quality of dent repair.

Do not go to any other car place! This place is wonderful. I pulled in to get an estimate to fix my side panel and bumper after i got side swiped. Instead of giving me an estimate, they just immediately put it back together, buffed out the scratches and said . . . . NO CHARGE! Unbelieveable! He said it was an easy fix and there was no need to charge me. I do not know of any business that would have done this. My hat is off to Humberto and his crew. you guys rock!!!!!

In SF, there are the seven degrees of Claudio. I know people who know Claudio. I know people who know people who know Claudio. Claudio is your man. The first time, Richard reattached my sorry-ass bumper back to my worn out old Honda with a zip tie. Good as new! The next time, Claudio comforted me when an early-morning collision ruined the front bumper of my brand-new-to-me Audi. This fall, I just laughed when my insurance company tried to get me to repair the dent from my *&^%$% hit and run at their in-network shop. These guys know cars, and they tell it to you straight. Theyll give you a good deal, but they wont put crap after-market parts in your car. I dont have the space to write about all the nice little things Claudio has done for me and my car.

I knew Will and his team had the knowledge and experience to make it look like it never happened and to match his paint work to the factory paint. Summary: highly recommended, I would go there again.I had a fender bender and brought it to Call Car Collision to get it fixed. I got an estimate from them and another place - call car collision was $100 cheaper than the other place.They told me straight away that there was a possibility that the cars body was bent underneath the fender, but that would only be visible after removing the fender, and that would increase the cost over the initial estimate.I left the car with them, and there was indeed damage under the bumper - they e-mailed me pictures and a new estimate. I agreed to that, and they fixed it more quickly than promised (they initially said Friday, but finished by Thursday). Claudio stayed late just so that I could pick the car up in the evening - great service.The shop is run by two guys, Claudio (the boss) and Richard (the other guy). They are both very friendly and professional and give it to you straight & honest.

They went above and beyond they are not open on Saturdays however they made an exception because of my work as a nurse. I was able to come in on a Saturday and pick my car.
